Being disabled/having a chronic illness and having to go to the ER is the worst. The drs don’t believe you or think you are being overdramatic, drug seeking even, and will straight up say things to you that if an able bodied person encountered they would be outraged and appalled. But somehow awful treatment to chronic illness patients is so normalised and excused. People think we are some kind of burden on the healthcare system, which clearly means we should be okay with drs not believing us or refusing to help us every now and then because we already ask so much of them.

Y’all Mike was NOT trying to control how Eleven uses her powers. He was literally worried about her overdoing it! She had a pile of bloody tissues next to her and he was the only one who told her she didn’t have to do this, that it could be dangerous. It was! He says when he confesses his love that everyone was being careless with her which they were and that he wanted them to come up with a new plan because he didn’t want to her to potentially disintegrate like she didn’t in S1.

Eleven really did her thing in S3 but she was so exhausted. The last time that happened was when she closed the gate in S2.

I really don’t get this. Like his concern was valid and he whole heartedly trusted her and her ability to do her thing. He was just rightfully worried.

Ok so this has happened a couple of times, with or without it being brought to my attention and I’m choosing to address it now.

With my Collector’s Legacy challenge, I have had multiple people attempting to copy/paste the entire basis of my challenge and then post it up as their own. Until now, it hasn’t made me SUPER upset just cause the idea of completing the collection list is 100% not “owned” by me whatsoever. However, I did make a legacy challenge surrounded by that idea and I did make sure before I even created and posted it that no one else had one, which I never was able to find.

This is what’s pissing me off, if you’re creating a challenge that is entirely based around mine, making generations doing the same exact thing as mine, for fucks sake even making generational descriptions VERY SIMILAR TO MINE, It’s fucking rude and I’m tired of it. If people contact me and wanna get my “permissions” or credits to change things around and make the basis of my challenge their own in a different way, that’s completely fine. I have been contacted before and have happily said that’s great go ahead! But if you’re intentionally plagiarizing my own writing (that I KNOW you just backspaced a word or two to make it look slightly different) and idea and then having the fucking nerve to @ me????? Fuck off.
