Spent two hours in a meeting with The Most New Yawk Accents, felt the shape of my mouth physically changing to keep up with them, got out of the meeting and listened to a carefully constructed playlist of George Strait, Randy Travis, and Midland to reset, got called into an unscheduled meeting, spent fifteen minutes expositing unchecked, got a text from the IT rep (the only other overlapping person) after that said ‘lol you sound so diffrent now’

#yapping tag #by 'called into an unscheduled meeting' I mean my zoom ring cut into the howling at the beginning of Chris Ledoux's Call of the Wild #I had to jump directly from laying flat and basking in music times to defending my database setup plans #it was very unfortunate that song is incredible #and actually by 'carefully constructed' I mean I hit random and skipped anything that didn't make me switch breathing patterns #but I think it should still count #I should make a more intentional playlist though #who's actually from Carolina? Darius Rucker and Eric Church and Lee Brice all have songs that talk about it #google says they are all from one of the Carolinas yes and actually so is Randy Travis! bless the man he's a gift #Charlie Daniels of course of course I should've known #Emmylou Harris!! and Aaron Tippin and Don Gibson okay yes I can definitely make a playlist here
