Inside Aave.com: An Investigative Report on the Alleged Scam
Aave.com is an online platform that claims to provide a decentralized financial marketplace where users can access lending and borrowing services. While it may seem like a legitimate service, there are concerns about its legitimacy, prompting many to question whether or not it is a scam. In this article, we will delve into the legitimacy of Aave.com and discuss the risks of using an unlicensed broker.
Is Aave.com a Licensed Broker?
One of the first things you should look for when considering using an online broker is whether or not it is licensed. Unfortunately, Aave.com does not provide any information about its licensing status. You cannot find any license or authorization tab on their website.
Tumblr media
The governance tab takes to a forum signup tab. Even if their contact us button is just a mail-integrated button, there is no way to know about their license.
This raises a red flag as it is required by law for brokers to be licensed and registered with the relevant regulatory bodies.
Why Should Not You Trust An Unlicensed Broker?
Using an unlicensed broker can be incredibly risky as they operate outside of regulatory frameworks, meaning they are not subject to the same scrutiny and oversight as licensed brokers.
Can Aave.com Be Trusted?
The fact that Aave.com is unlicensed does not necessarily mean it is a scam. However, the lack of transparency about its licensing status is cause for concern. The platform does have a good reputation in the crypto community and has been around since 2017, which suggests that it may be a legitimate service. However, traders should proceed with caution when using Aave.com or any other unlicensed broker.
What Do Traders Think About Aave.com?
Online reviews of Aave.com are mixed, with some traders reporting positive experiences and others reporting negative experiences. Some traders have reported difficulties withdrawing their funds, while others have reported slow customer service. However, it is worth noting that negative reviews do not necessarily mean that Aave.com is a scam.

Why Should You Trust an Unlicensed Broker?
Unlicensed brokers like Fivoro.com have no accountability to any regulatory body, making it easier for them to engage in fraudulent activities. Additionally, unlicensed brokers do not have to comply with strict regulations, making it easier for them to offer attractive bonuses and promotions that may seem too good to be true.

Today I saw a review that is 14% plagiarized, and 6% of it has been taken from my Review. Akhila Saroha @the_unquoter did the Plagiarism; when I mentioned it in her comment section, she deleted it instead of apologizing or removing the content. This is the link to her article - https://www.theunquoter.com/2040-the-battle-for-life-book-review This is the Original Review written by me - https://www.bookscharming.com/2023/03/2040-battle-for-life-by-sanjay-mittal.html Also, this is not the first time, she has done something like this, I saw her Instagram reviews, and she did the same with The White Maze book review. Her Instagram Review is taken from this site word for word - https://www.theliteraturetimes.com/the-white-maze-but-dark/ Adding a picture as proof, also #authors and #writers beware of these types of reviewers. Akhila Saroha @the_unquoter take down the plagiarized content and issued an apology to the author of 2040: The Battle for Life by Sanjay Mittal, The White Maze by Arunima G, and Books Charming to avoid legal action. What does Indian law say about Plagiarism? Under Indian law, Plagiarism falls under the ambit of copyright infringement, which is a civil offense. The Copyright Act of 1957 protects the original works of authors, musicians, artists, and other creators from being copied without their consent. Any person who infringes another person's copyright by reproducing, distributing, performing, or displaying their work without authorization can be sued in civil court and made to pay damages. Section 63 of the Copyright Act specifies that any person who knowingly infringes a copyright and commits the offense for commercial purposes can be punished with imprisonment for a term of six months to three years and a fine of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2 lakhs. Therefore, it is essential to acknowledge the source of any content used and seek permission from the copyright owner before using their work. Plagiarism is a severe offense and can have legal, ethical, and professional implications. #bookreviewers #bookscharming #readers #plagiarism #scammeralert (at India) https://www.instagram.com/p/CpuRm36rKn7/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
