Twst JPN spoilers
So, I have two theories on the reason Silver is tired all the time.
The first is that it’s an effect of being under the spell so long. He was asleep for 400 years and he’s been awake for less than 17 years. It’s adapting.
The second is because it’s as Lilia theorized; the spell never broke, just wore off. The spell was, “when someone who truly loves [Silver] comes, the spell will be lifted.” NOT Someone who would truly love him.
Lilia didn’t know who Silver was when he entered the area or that he existed, so how could he love him then? Especially how could he love the baby truly? And Lilia did meet him face to face, he hated Silver for “being the son of Malenore and Revenre’s enemy.” So, either way it wouldn’t work. Plus, if the spell was still working, how did Lilia enter in the first place?
I think Lilia was right; the spell wore off. However, as Silver spent more time around magic and fae the spell began to restart itself, or is trying to. Basically, the spell went faulty and Silver’s dealing with the effects as it tries to fix itself.

Twst JPN Spoilers
Is there an in-universe reason why there was no dead bodies at the castle when Lilia found Silver? If I understand correctly, then no one could enter the castle because of the spell on Silver, and since there was an attack--one Lilia assumes killed Leah--then shouldn't there be a body or two?
I know the meta reason; Disney ain't showing no corpses. But at least during the war, the in-universe reason no one died except for Malenore was because the war hadn't officially started yet at the time of the dream and they just going around trying to scare the humans away.
So, what's the in-verse reason for the lack of bodies here? Did they all run away, including the fairies? Did the fairies really just leave Silver alone for 300 years and never check on him? Did a cleaning crew come for the bodies and decide to leave Silver? Were they collected by the horned king's hench men?
Goon1: Welp! That's the last body for the King's pot! Ready to go?
Goon2: Hey, there's a baby in the throne room, should we grab it?
Goon 1: Is he dead?
Goon2: No.
Goon1: Then leave him, we're only supposed to take the dead ones.
Goon 2: Kay.
