Sun: Acts of service (as in the one reverse au drabble) and also very very big on words of affirmation. Totally the person that would make an entire presentation (including citing his sources) about why you're great and why he loves you and he will not hear anything against it! Loves doing things for you, cooking, treating wounds, helping out with chores - that's all him and he loves to take that off your hands, loves to see the relieved smile and the affection in your expression when he can do that for you! Loves taking care of you both with actions and with words, making you feel the best you can <3

Maybe has a bit of an issue with feeling useful, so receiving it's very effective to drag him into some quality time and physical touch - just drag him onto the couch for a movie and an extensive cuddle session, and he blanks. You love him even when he's not doing anything? You just like this too? This is fine? He'll be addicted after just one time but will be incredibly shy and awkward about asking for it, since he's so used to being the "provider", but he needs it, too <3

Moon: Quality time and physical touch. Oh my god he's such a whore for physical touch fr. The boy could cuddle 24/7 and in canon struggles because pre-reveal there is just barely any excuse for some friendly rival cuddling. He does get the quality time at least, but he truly thrives on the combination with the touch. Would be all over you as long as you're okay with it. The purring, you know <3 Also loves the cuddling sessions during movies though he'll shit talk the movie the entire time, loves stupid movies for that reason exactly. Honestly, talking shit together about other people/ things is a love language in and of itself for him <3

Absolutely floored and baffled and gobsmacked when he gets hit with gifts though - the thought that someone thought of him while he wasn't there, thought of him enough to get him a gift? Something they thought he would like, that could help him somehow, just something that reminded them of him? He melts just a bit and will cherish it forever. (That's why reverse au Moon is so weird about gift giving - Y/N gets him one and he blanks because he has no scripts for this. They thought of him? He needs to show affection back asap but his usual ways to show affection aren't possible due to the relationship as it is? Gift giving should work - but he's awkward) <3

Eclipse: His sharing translates into a lot of quality time and gift giving - he just wants to spend all the time with you, and while he also leans into physical touch as a sort of consequence (boy is starved for all the love, it translates into all the love languages /hj) the most important thing for him is just to be with you, any minute he can get. He'll shower you in many gifts too, not necessarily big gestures but always thoughtful, little things, and the consistency can be staggering. Almost counts as acts of service, as he tries to find gifts that you would enjoy the most or that might help you somehow. @zelda7999 depicts that beautifully in New Horizons! Eclipse is a big softie who just wants to shower people in love <3

Receiving he's definitely very big on physical touch, like that's a surefire way to get him, and also of course the quality time and giving him gifts, too! Words of affirmation melt him absolutely, even if it's not his first go to regarding expressing his love (still happens often enough lmao) so honestly, any love you show him (though you might have to be very direct if you want it to be an actual confession) he'll just eat up gladly. Love the boy <3
