1- Social Media control, is there a need? If yes, how. If no, explain.

In light of illegal use of these networks by exploiting them to trade in prohibitions, fraud and spreading rumors.

It is necessary to control the pages that incite violence and constitute security risks, as a danger to society socially, economically and militarily, which must reduce it because it represents a danger to the state and citizens.

2- Media laws and ethics - do we have enough, too much or too little of it. Discuss

There are enough laws and ethics of the media, and we may see this in the concession of the press in many countries for a part of their freedom in order to support the realization of these laws, but in spite of that, the workers in the press in general and journalists in particular are human who could be biased or even harmful; they arise partly from the nature of the profession and partly from the values prevailing in the countries in which the press operates.

3- Bring together the result of 1 & 2 on understanding

media have many features such as integration, participation, openness and the absence of borders. This imposes surveillance of media, which is a legitimate legal right of the state. For example the controlling of companies operating social media using encrypted applications such as “Whatsapp and Skype” indicates that this risk does not mean stopping the interaction through these networks, which has become an important part of our lives, because we limit progress and development, Freedom of opinion Expression, but Maifterd employed is to find a way to be safe under the control of government security agencies contribute to the feeling of the pioneers of those sites safe control, in addition to the feeling of a person wishing to breach that under the control of and access to it can, and subjected to punishment.

Bullying is deliberate negative acts to harm others by repeating negative words that contain threats,rebuke,and insults.

My cousin Fatima was falled in the trap of bullying when she was in her first year at the university she was accepted in the music department but her parents did not accept that. They said to her, "Your voice terrifies people, so now you enter the music department." Then she had a state of depression for months.

We find bullying more clearly and prevalent on social media because it does not disclose the identity of people directly, people behind the screens may bullying on others.

Bullying could connected with Disinformation by when someone share informations but the people had wrong understanding of his information or thoughts then people will definitely use bullying at him.

Also bullying connected with discrimination for example When they bullying on black people only because their skin is this color.
