Hc’s of Jake and Amy’s wedding but without the bomb please :)

- it was the bomb still. Figuratively. Amy's planning worked out into a perfect day and evening, despite a few hitches here and there (like the cake being an hour late). Even Jake's difficult aunties were impressed.

- Jake did not do his Addam's Family Rap for vows, btw. He had a surprise speech because of course, the dork, and it was so sweet and loving that Amy definitely cried, and so did Camila.

- The dinner speeches range from emotionally charged (Roger+Karen) over sickenly sweet (Camila+Victor) to... Charles. Also Rosa actually did a speech, instead of her usual one sentence remarks, and Amy was so stunned she pulled her into a hug that she didn't even try to break out of.

- Their first dance is abhorrent, and they have to pay Gina several favors (she doesn't care about the money, honey) so she deletes the video she's taken (not after secretly sending it to Jake though).

- They have a much, much nicer little swaying dance later when the dance floor is filled with other people too, and when All Out Of Love starts playing. Some aunties are definitely not too happy about that song choice for a wedding, but Amy just grins because she knows Jake must've requested it without telling her.

- Amy also gets to dance with Captain Holt and yes, her father daughter dance was wonderful before, but this? THIS? She's not gonna stop talking about it for a while, Jake already knows

- When the music turns into more upbeat party songs and everyone celebrates, Jake steals Amy away for some time alone. They sit on the edge of the podium where they exchanged vows, in a now empty and quiet hall, and just giggle and talk about random nonsense and basically how happy they are. They thought they were alone, at least, but for their first anniversary Kylie gifts them a double picture frame of them sitting there, one where Amy is leaning her head on Jake's shoulder and giggling about something while he smiles at her, and the other from seconds later where they kissed. It's some of their favourite wedding photos by far.

- Gina, Charles and Rosa filled Amy's nice car with balloons, styrofoam and other things as a prank, so much so that they couldn't drive it to their hotel as planned, and ended up taking Jake's horrible old mustang, which... was also kind of perfect, considering how they started.

- oh yea, they booked a room in a fancy 5 star hotel in New York, complete with newlywed brunch and whatnot. And almost miss is it in the morning because damn, that bed is comfortable and tbh the sight of Amy's wedding dress and her pearl-coloured lingerie on top of it on the chair next to them is enough to make Jake never want to leave the room with his wife (HIS WIFE!!!) again.
