me and my friend who write this AU love jasper a lot too, and we put a LOT of thought and effort into her backstory and arc in the comic! she and lapis are both in the “anti-hero” category, rather than the “villain” category. (the two of them have quite a history together.. but more on that later!)

No, Error doesn’t know about Ink’s backstory. How could he? After all, Ink cannot remember it either. But Error is well aware that Ink doesn’t have a soul and he knows that he uses his vials as a substitute to make up for that.

Well... We don’t know! It’s never mentioned anywhere how Error’s soul looks like. We are sure he has one or maybe just a part of a soul but I guess there’s only one person you can ask this at this point. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Trust me, if it was that simple to create souls, he would be much more a ‘creator’ than a ‘protector’. Souls make up living, self-aware life forms - on a scale of how hard it is to create, living beings are the worst nightmare. There’s so much to screw up, so Ink keeps his fingers off that topic. He’s not here to make life, he’s here to support you in your creation.

As for creating a soul for himself... it won’t work. If it was possible for him to make one himself, he wouldn’t have all the trouble with the vials to begin with.

Nah, there’s not an other blog. Everything you can find here is the full story. When they refer to “before”, it’s implied that something happened in the past. Everyone has a past. You might just not know everything about that. We might do some flashbacks in order to tell a few things, like that first part of the confession, in order to enlighten a few things. c:

Yes, that’s exactly what happened.

It’s not like Ink didn’t like him or found it disgusting, but he didn’t know how to deal with these emotions in that moment. This situation came out of nowhere for him, he wasn’t prepared for Error to act like this. So he threw up because he was overwhelmed by his own emotions.

back in last year san diego comic con, i had the chance to apear in the new music video for stronger than you.

i had arrived early and we were just like 5 people, i took out my sketch book and asked if anyone wanted a request. then this girl asked me for a commision, i asked her if she was for real? and she said yeas, and asked for a drawing of jasper. i drew it and i we agreed on 5$ (she wanted to give me 7)

Tangie runs past Yellows office while shouting. "POOOOPPPYYYYYY!" And then the sound of glass or ceramic shattering was heard.

She had six gemlings. SIX. Each of them more troublesome than the previous one, and Tangerine was the youngest. Youngest = living chaos. Honestly, Yellow was so stressed and drained that at this point she just didn’t care at all about things breaking, as long as it didn’t affect her work directly.
