Years ago this coffee cup was given to me by my boys on Mother’s Day💖 It’s one of the sweetest things they’ve given me, and one of my favorite treasures! Today marks five years since our Daemeon was born an angel. It’s hard to not get upset about how we’re supposed to be getting ready for kindergarten and playing kids sports, but I know this is all part of God’s plan and Daemeon is with Him in Heaven. I wonder everyday what he would look like and what his interests would be. I often look at Kai and see his big brother shining through, especially in the cuddles and kisses. I just want to again thank everyone who came to the hospital and who prayed for and with us while we went through this. Another year is here. And all I have pictures, songs and memories. I know you are watching over me, no matter where I go no matter what I do. Your going to be that voice that says, ride that roller-coaster. Take that shot. Sing that song in the car. Sing that song (period) Blast the music while you clean.... CLEAN!

I remember you asked me why I didn’t want to go to grandma hall’s wake, “I said because then it’s forever.”

I think we take people we know for granted, we expect them to be there the next day. I surly thought you were going to be there, I thought mom would last a few more years. This life thing is hard- we don’t understand  how easy we have it when we are young... ok easier.

I don’t just miss you on your birthday, I don’t just miss you in October. I miss you everyday. Days are getting longer, with fewer and fewer people.

Omg- I am turning 25, the age you were when I was born. This, this circle of life thing is too much. Because now I am going to be an aunt. At the same age you were an Uncle.

I miss you.
