Short stuff about the stars and some shit

You know the drill.

➼ Just starting out on Astrology? Here's a cheat sheet:

Angular Houses (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th) are related to the "Self". I relate this to the foundations of one's self. Succedent Houses (2nd, 5th, 8th, 11th) are related to the "Material". I relate this to the desires of a person. Cadent Houses (3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th) are related to "Knowledge". Oddly, I relate this to travel.

➼ This is one of the reasons why I don't travel long-distance whenever Mars goes through any Mutable houses. If there is no other choice, I do my best to be careful.

The last time that Mars entered my 12th House, I got mugged. LMAO.

➼ I know (I think) I've talked a lot about Mercury-Uranus people but they're just so complex. Their mouths have no breaks but they're the most understanding.

➼ It's wild that Christopher Lee has Jupiter conjunct Saturn (8 degrees but hey, it's still something) in his birth chart. Not that I have further input on this, it's just.. wild. It makes sense.

➼ I knew Giancarlo Esposito is a Moon in Leo native the first time I saw him on Breaking Bad. No one can tell me that all Leo moons don't have that faux eyeliner on top. That, or they have short but thick eyelashes.

➼ I never realized this, but Taurus placements really have beautiful necks. Lately, uh, I find myself staring at Gregory Peck and Vincent Price's necks for no reason.

➼ Aries + Aquarius combination in a Natal chart is The Weeknd's album personified. Whatever album it is that you're thinking of, it'll probably fit. Angsty sad bois/gworls.

➼ Traditional method is recommended here. If you know someone whose Ascendant is two signs away from yours, chances are they'll be your ride or die. That's because your own ascendant will fall on their 11th house, and their 1st house will fall on your 3rd house. This is the "sharing the same single brain cell" synastry.

➼ Venus in an Air sign is unhinged when they find someone attractive. Shameless, even. There is something with the way they discuss the person they're interested in that cracks me up.

- Look to the degree of your descendent sign. It can also indicate what placements your attracted to and what type of partner you desire

Ex. mine is 1° so I’m attracted to Aries placements or people who embody some sort of Martian qualities

- Also if you have a planet in a degree that is the same sign as someones descendant it can give the feeling of a 7H overlay

Ex. My Venus is in a Libra degree so Libra DC people might have a relationship with me that feels like a 7H overlay and I love Aries rising so no complaints here 💋

- My best friendships are usually people who have Sagittarius, Capricorn, Pisces and/or Cancer placements. That’s probably because Sag takes up most of my 4H, Capricorn is 5H, Pisces 7H and Cancer is 11H

- having personal planets in the angular houses (1H, 4H, 7H and 10H) can make someone popular and could even indicate fame

- Venus-Saturn age beautifully chefs kiss 💋🤌🏽

- The Venus PC can indicate what type of woman/ feminine person your attracted to

- The Mars PC can indicate what type of man/ masculine person your attracted too

- In the Juno persona chart Rising sign, Jupiter (Husband) and Moon (Wife) can represent how you might meet your spouse

Ex. So for me I have Jupiter 1H Libra 17°, I might meet my partner at an event with lots of people. Potentially a fashion show, dinner party or a brand event (something not too crazy) it’ll be at a place where we’re both dressed up. I’ll see them as extremely handsome and friendly when first meeting

- Check your Lust Persona Chart to see your “wildest self” iykwim 😏 especially look at the mars, venus, 8H and Lilith

- if you have personal planets in Sagittarius that that most likely means that people close to your age has Pluto conj. that planet which can make these people go through karmic and sometimes really painful relationships (platonic or romantic) and this is coming from a Sagittarius moon 👊🏽😔

- if Libra was a smell it’d be Vanilla

Angular Houses of the Zodiac

Angular houses 1, 4, 7, 10 (AC, IC, DC, MC) are Cardinal sign houses and correlate to the equinox and solstice seasons. They catapult us into action and are associated with generating and releasing new energy. They represent the spheres of life.

1h personal identity; 4h home, family background, roots, ancestors; 7h personal relationships; 10h career and public life.

Having planets in any of these houses will oppose or square one another

(depending on degree of planet of course). Even if they don't exactly square or oppose one another, you still have the push and pull of polarity between these houses, with said planets, causing tension or friction as the houses automatically square and oppose each other.

This is generalized as planet roles play part in fully describing the aspect.

Planets in:

1h/7h opposition this can give a dilemma of personal will & individual identity versus relationships. How much of one or the other do you sacrifice to keep the balance? Too much towards the 1h you become self-centered to much in the 7h you give away part of your identity.

4h/10h opposition is a conflict of staying home or establishing a career. Childhood conditioning plays a huge role in how we function later in life and our roles in society.

1h/4h square, we are born unique, but to what degree does the home life(4) support or diminish our growing individuality(1)? We might want and like to be independent and free but the security and comfort of what we know and what was instilled in us may inhibit us.

4h/7h square is where we project a parent(4) onto a partner(7). This arises from a complex we grew from parent that didn't give the emotional support needed during our formative years. Typically this is the father, sorry guys but history shows it is typically daddy issues that projected.

7h/10h conflicts arising between career(10) and a relationship(7), giving us less time to form our keep important relationships. Too busy forming a career(10) gives less time for a relationship(7). Or vice versa. It can even have you seeking a relationship that's contingent on social status.

1h/10h square, society approval and validation may place restrictions on what we're naturally inclined to do professionally. Self-discipline is needed to create a career(10h) and this could limit your personal freedom(1h).

Simplified but still relevant !

It's important to note that contrary to popular opinion, Aries is not the same as the 1st house, Taurus is not the same as the 2nd and so on and so forth…because every time you ”react” you’re in your first house! You always react according to the ascending sign. When you’re ”relating” you’re in the 7th house. This means that you’re relating according to the descending sign and this sign may or may not have anything to do with Libra.

The signs are activated based on your activity (house) not according to their function!

The houses describe the activities!

The signs describe the flavor/nature of the activities!

The planets describe the energy that's put into the activity (house)!

oh hey you noticed that eda has big ears! thats actually smth i noticed when i was looking at the character designs, cuz one thing thats neat about this show is they actually have different ears! they arent just all the same pointy shape, which is p neat. eda's are particularly large, compared to other witches, (and like amity's for example are rather small. willows point upwards and are a bit thinner, augustus' are wider, ect ect ect)

i tried telling a friend but she couldnt notice it at all lol

Oh, you're right! I was just thinking of it in terms of "Eda has bigger ears than the others because the Owlbeast has really big ears and the curse is affecting how she looks even when not transformed" but the ear shapes definitely differ for the other characters as well!
