AOMG Profiles

Hey everyone! So, I finally wrote the AOMG profiles. If I missed anyone, it’s because I don’t know much about them yet. I only really know about Sogumm from Sign Here and I’ve seen her live. We went to the AOMG tour in Dallas, so we saw Wonjae, Coogie, DeVita, and Sogumm. As always, send me a request of whatever you wanna see! Also, be forewarned, these are just bullet points of dumb shit, tbh.

1. Jay Park

-        Fukboi Extraordinaire

-        Workaholic

-        Probably addicted to sex, tbh

-        Definitely projects his sex life to the world

-        Has some big name friends, he literally works for Jay-Z and that’s weird

-        Probably has a secret softboi side but is mostly fukboi

-        Has so many freaking tattoos

2. Simon Dominic

-        The world’s softest Uncle

-        Used to sleep in his studio

-        Is in the weirdest group when you consider people like The Quiett and Yumdda. Great song but a concerning group of individuals. He also literally had a broken leg in the video. Why? What did he do?

-        Loves to harass Jay

-        When listening to the song Simon Dominic, you can stop spelling his last name and just spell Simon Dom

3. Gray (He’s so hot)

-        Incredible producer and rapper. The originally 119 is fire and I will take no criticism

-        A soft boi who sometimes gets really awkward

-        Somehow way more pretty than most women that exist

-        Has threatened to take We Are back from Wonjae on more than one occasion

-        Listen to his album, it’s fire

4. Loco

-        The most awkward boi

-        If you haven’t watched It’s Dangerous Beyond the Blankets, please do. He’s ridiculous and his mom likes to buy him As Seen on Tv products

-        The cutest bean and must be protected at all costs

-        Was not here for Sign Here but they did have a large cardboard cutout of him

5. Woo Wonjae

-        A small, soft bean who is also depressed

-        I’m not sure he leaves his house that much

-        Definitely a drink at home kind of guy

-        Is best friends with Cokun, for some reason?

-        Is glad he’s no the youngest anymore

-        Is as tiny live as he appears on tv but he’s freaking amazing live. I have video evidence after seeing him in concert

6. Code Kunst

-        Dedicated Cat Mom

-        Kind of looks like a drunk aunt

-        Has now gotten super buff and I’m concerned about it

-        Wakes up and chooses violence most days

Likes to be an asshole for absolutely no reason

-        Is a giggly little baby. My source is SMTM 8

-        At one point, his shaved head with bright yellow hair looked like a tennis ball

-        He’s really just a tiny e-boi and I mean, tiny

-        Is proof that violent rap comes in all sizes

-        Disappeared off the face of the planet for a while

-        Tiny, weird, and pretty. She’s quite confusing

-        I’m concerned by the existence of Balming Tiger

-        She sings like she’s been drunk her entire life but her live vocals are freaking insane

-        All I ever think of is her versus Sokodomo and them being labeled as Psycho versus Pyscho

-        Her fashion sense is strange and I don’t understand it

9. Yugyeom

-        Hey, look, Got7!

-        Has transformed into a large fukboi under the tutelage of Jay Park

-        Has some of the most concerning friends. Especially if you consider that he is friends with both BamBam and Jungkook and Jaehyun from NCT. The 97 line is concerning

-        I think Jay wanted another dancer since he spends all of his time forcing other members of AOMG to dance. He then just hired Yugyeom

-        I think he might be the tallest person in AOMG

10. Coogie

-        Look at that soft boi go

-        I think The Quiett might be jealous that AOMG got him. He was obsessed with him in SMTM 777

-        He’s super excitable and listening to him try to speak English makes me giggle

-        He’s also phenomenal live and is ridiculously pretty

-        His music is fun and he is adorable

8 years later, Matthew and Y/N have a happy marriage and they have a 4 year old son together. Y/N is still a dancer and Choreographer but has recently become a performance director for stages and music videos. Matthew is still in K.A.R.D and also makes his own solo music, produces songs for himself and others. He is also a music video director now. Y/N and Woohyun are still in a dance group together and Woohyun now lives in LA as a Choreographer for Megan Thee Stalion, Arianna Grande, Normani, Doja cat and many more A-listers and is happily in a relationship. Wonjae and Emma are still in a relationship but is thinking of proposing to her very soon. He keeps in contact with Jason sometimes. Emma still works at H1gher as a translator. UK and Gina got married and had their baby son and are also living a happy life. Gina is still a successful jewellery designer and still runs other businesses with her father. UK's restaurant business sky rocketed and now has another one and a cafe. Astrid is still in Sweden. When she first got deported, she committed fraud in Sweden , got arrested and now she is out and is trying her best to live a "normal" life. Jay Park has matured as a person, doesn't entertain groupies anymore and still has a great career. The rest of the AOMG members are still going strong in their musical careers.

When I first started writing this fanfic back in 2019, it was out of boredom because I was bedridden and sick. I couldn't move and had nothing else to do. I then took a 1 year hiatus due to getting hate on the fanfic. I never knew that this fanfic would become like this. I originally intended it to only have 5 chapters but plans changed lol. I'm so sorry for this rushed ending but I hope you all enjoyed not only the chapter, but the whole fanfic. Thank you all for being with me for these 3 years and for those who are new comers, thank you for supporting me and being with me through the tough times. Now that I'm done with this fanfic, I will be returning the Ph-1 fanfic and I have a few other fanfics brewing for you all. The soft light from the sun rays bleeding through the gap in the window curtains dancing across Jay's face and his neck tattoos.

"What are you thinking about, Jagi?" he looks down at you, a soft loving look in his eyes. He felt very content at the moment. With you in his arms, he felt like he could stay like this forever.

"Nothing, just admiring your pretty face and tattoos." you smile and softly trace his neck tattoo causing Jay to chuckle softly.

"I can stay like this forever," he mumbles softly.

"Same." you agree and curl up closer to him.

"We can stay like this for another hour," Jay starts, resting his head on your hair, "I don't have to be in the studio until later."

"Yay," you cheer tiredly, "I get to have you to myself for a little while more before the AOMG fam steals you." you giggle. Jay laughs lightly at your playfulness.

You end up spending way more than an hour in each other's embrace, but the AOMG family knows better than to ask why their boss is late because it doesn't happen very often, and they already know that you're probably the reason for it.

An introduction to DeVita

Do you want to learn all about the AOMG artist DeVita? This article will cover everything you need to know about the third female member to join the labels roster.

The content of this article is also available in video format, embedded at the bottom of this article.

Prelude

In early April of 2020, the Korean hip-hop label AOMG ambiguously announced that a new artist was signing onto the label. This label was grounded by the Korean-American triple-threat; Jay Park, who’s also one of its executives. This is a label with a very organic feel and artist-oriented nature, which stands out compared to many other music labels.

On April 3rd, the label’s official Instagram account posted a video. It was titled, “Who’s The Next AOMG?” where fellow AOMG members talked about this upcoming recruit. They sprinkled small hints and details by sharing their thoughts on the artist without mentioning who.

Around the world, fans immediately began speculating on who this could be. The major consensus was that it had to be the solo artist Lee Hi, due to reporting like this: “AOMG responds ‘nothing is confirmed’ to reports of Lee Hi signing on with the label”

A few other names got thrown in fan speculations like Hanbin (B.I), previous member of IKON, Jvcki Wai, and MOON (문) aka Moon Sujin. This despite a few of these already being signed to other labels.

On April 6th, three days later, the account was updated with a part two. This time dropping more hints, which would exclude many names from fan speculations.

On the 7th of April, the label’s official Instagram account posted a short teaser. The video sported an 80’s retrofuturistic setting, with a woman turned from the camera, dressed in all black, rocking braids, and some glistening high-heels. As it seemed to be a female, some were now certain that it had to be Lee Hi. A small few actually guessed correctly that the one who would be joining AOMG would be Ms DeVita.

Finally on April 9th, it was official! She debuted with the music video, from which the teaser clips was taken from, EVITA!, which accompanied the release of her EP, CRÈME.

What does the name DeVita mean?

The name DeVita, draws inspiration and meaning from two things. Firstly, Eva Perón – also known as Evita – who was Argentina’s former First Lady. When Chloe was learning about Eva’s life, it inspired her to combine “Devil” and “Evita”, thus creating “DeVita”. The name signifies the duality of how both Eva Perón and DeVita could be perceived. Either being a devil, or an angel depending on the eye of the beholder. Secondly, Salvatore Di Vita, a character from Cinema Paradiso, was also a source of inspiration.

An introduction to DeVita

Chloe Cho – now known under the artist name DeVita – was born and raised in South Korea, until the age of eleven. In 2009, she moved to Chicago, where she would learn English.

In 2013, she went back to Korea and participated in the third season of the show; K-pop Star. A talent show, where the “big three” (the three largest music labels in Korea) hosts auditions to find the next big k-pop star. However she didn’t win, therefore neither got signed.

Later on, she returned to Chicago and graduated high school. After reflecting on what she wanted to do next, she decided to make music. In 2014, her pursuit to become an artist brought her to the talent show Kollaboration. On this show, she performed covers and actually ended up being a finalist. Despite her talents, she did not triumph as the winner of the show.

Not letting these losses stop her, she started releasing music on Soundcloud. The earliest release I could find, Halfway Love (Ruff), was from 2016. Her catalogue consisted of both covers and original music.

One day, Kirin, an artist and CEO of the music label 8balltown Records, was introduced to DeVita’s music. He liked what he heard and the two linked up. In May of 2018, WEKEYZ, one of 8balltown’s producer duos released a track titled Sugar. This track featured both DeVita, and the AOMG rapper Ugly Duck. This was the beginning of many collaborations to come.

On August 28th of 2018, just a few months later, AOMG released Sugar (Puff Daehee Mix).

This was a remix done by Puff Daehee, the alter ego of Kirin. Along with this track, it was accompanied by a music video starring Kirin, DeVita, and Ugly Duck. For most people, this was their first time seeing DeVita.

DeVita continued doing features on many songs by Korean artists while creating a little buzz for herself. There’s one notable feature, which could be seen as an important milestone in her career. That is her feature on the track Noise, from AOMG artist Woo Won Jae’s project, titled af.

In a tweet a few days after the release of CRÈME, she shared the significance of this moment.

“I was still making minimum wage working at a restaurant back when Noise dropped- I wrote my part during my shift on the back of this receipt paper. This was about a year and a half ago. A little bit after that I got a call from Pumpkin at 3am Chicago time. He said Jay wanted to meet in Philly in 4 hours. They put me on a plane and the rest is history.”

The phone call she mentioned in her tweet, about Jay wanting to meet, must have been made around September 2018. Jay was performing in Philadelphia at the time. The moment they met in Philadelphia was actually captured through a photo of the two. However, this picture ended up getting removed later on.

Fast forward a few months and Jay had just released his Ask About Me EP. The project focused on a western audience, so he went to the States on a promo run. During his visit, he also met up with DeVita once again, as can be seen here.

Finally, on April 9th, her being signed to AOMG was officially announced and she debuted with her EP titled CRÈME. Her joining AOMG, looked like something that happened pretty naturally. The vast majority of artists she had collaborated on tracks with happened to be AOMG members. Getting comfortable with the AOMG family, likely made the decision to join crystal clear.

Artistically

Just a quick look at her body of work thus far, a majority of it is in English. However, she has no issues singing in Korean, as proven by her feature on Code Kunst’s; Let u in. The tone in her voice has this sort of mixture of many singers, a melting pot of sorts. It reminds me of Audrey Nuna, SAAY, H.E.R, some vocal riffs from Dinah Jane, and at times, just a tiny bit of Ariana Grande.

As an artist, she’s still in the early stages of carving out her own unique sound and style. There’s incredible potential here, but her distinct identity is not completely there yet. I see before me a caterpillar that within a couple years, will transform into a butterfly, with its own identifiable pattern to spread its wings out on.

From what she’s shown so far, I would say she seems most comfortable doing R&B and soul music. However, beyond a quick description I prefer to refrain from categorizing her. Mostly because artists generally feel limited when categorized. More importantly, because we have no idea what she has in store for the future.

Debut EP: CRÈME

CRÈME is DeVita’s “crème de la crème”. She constantly modified the tracklist to present her debut project in a way that held her personal standard; essentially presenting us her best tracks. The result is CRÈME, which consists of five tracks, with a runtime of fourteen minutes altogether.

This EP showcases the fact that she is a competent songwriter, able to write some soulful, emotional ballads. It is completely in English and all the tracks are written by her, telling both life stories of her own and that of others. A majority of the production was handled by her “musical soulmate”; TE RIM, but other notable names, like Code Kunst show up as well.

Tracks:

Movies, introduces the project in a very gentle manner. In the track, DeVita paints a picture of a criminal couple, getting a rush, by committing crimes together. The lyrics feel inspired by movies like Bonnie and Clyde. My initial thoughts were that, for some ears, it could possibly be “too” calm as an opener. It doesn’t demand attention the way EVITA! does. Simply put, it’s not a bad track. I would just have put this track later on in the EP.

EVITA!, is something different compared to what I hear from others in the K-R&B lane. I love the 80’s aesthetic in both the track and music video. Sonically, the nostalgic saxophone riffs, warm lush synth pads, thumping bass line, results in a trip back to the 80s. With this recipe, topped with DeVita’s “current” contemporary soul and R&B voice makes for an interesting combination. The music video had that futuristic 80’s look with the neon colors, and I loved how the guns she played around with looked a lot like the “Needlers” from the Halo franchise.  The title is once again just like DeVita’s name, an ode to the controversial Eva Perón. The instrumental was originally used by TE RIM, the producer of the track in 2017. His version has the same title as DeVita’s version and I recommend giving that one a listen as well, as it has a different feel to it. This track was definitely one of the highlights of the EP.

All About You, is a simple yet beautiful piano love ballad. Originating from her own tales of love, her vocals effortlessly capture what she felt during these moments.

1974 Live, is yet another ballad, but this time, with a calm guitar backing, playing a poppier R&B chord progression. DeVita’s voice is given a lot of space to be in the center of the track. As soon as I heard this track I became curious. What was the significance of this year, which would have her title the track as such? My questions were left unanswered… until the EP had marinated a while, when she tweeted: “1974 Live is about Christine Chubbuck”. In case you’re unfamiliar, Christine Chubbuck was a television news reporter, who made history in 1974. She was the first person to commit suicide live on air. According to her mother Christine’s suicide would on paper be due to an unfullfilling personal life. All throughout her life, she had experienced unreciprocated love. With this information tying back to the track, it becomes a lot less ambiguous and reveals a more cohesive narrative.

Show Me, is the final track of the EP, featuring immaculate production from the talented CODE KUNST. The sound is very moody, which fits her voice like a glove. This is my favorite performance on the entire EP, both lyrically and vocally. The lyrics present someone who’s fed up dealing with men, who talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. Now she’s looking for love with someone who’s honest and “real”.

With the project being a year old now, it has already gotten her nominated for both Rookie of the Year along with EVITA being nominated for Best R&B & Soul Track in the 18th iteration of the Korean Music Awards.

A majority of listeners seemed to enjoy the project. Many seem to be in love with her voice judging by the endless amounts of praise she has received, often described as painfully addicting, soothing, smooth, and so on.

I also asked a friend who’s a huge fan of Korean music, especially the hiphop and r&b scene to share her thoughts on the project. Here’s what she said:

"This whole project is empowering, in particular the tracks Show Me and EVITA! DeVita being a new artist, managed to impress me and many more listeners through this EP. As mentioned earlier, empowering lyrics with unique melodies and beats. Especially with the track EVITA! The fact that 1974 Live and EVITA! was referring to, two historically important women, is something that I love. This is one of my favorite EP:s of 2020 and DeVita is now included in my list of favorite artists." @Haonsmom

From what I’ve seen, only a few have been vocal about not really being too fond of the project. Some were left a bit disappointed, as they were expecting more hip-hop and R&B from an AOMG artist. The lack of “danceable” tracks was also a concern to some. Despite these criticisms, one thing was always mentioned; the girl has a beautiful voice and is obviously talented.

After listening to this EP, I hear a lot of potential. Being an EP with just five tracks, it definitely avoids overstaying its welcome. It’s brief enough to allow a listen through the entire project, no matter what you’re doing. My favorite tracks would have to be Show Me and EVITA!, but I found the whole project to be enjoyable. This EP is sprinkled with lovely vocal performances and simple but captivating production. I do still stand by my opinion that Movies would have fit better later in the tracklist if you’re chasing that mainstream ear.

I think the way EVITA! kicks you in the face, demanding attention, would’ve been a better fit as the opening track. In contrast to the other tracks, the energy level is unique, making the placement feel odd as the rest of the tracks have a chill vibe. All in all, this project gave me a taste of the “crème” but left me with a curious yearning for what this chef will whip up for dessert.

Bright future ahead

The addition of more female artists to the AOMG roster was much needed. Hoody was the first and only female member for about four years. This was the case up until late 2019, where she was then joined by sogumm, who had just won AOMG’s audition program called SignHere. Now funnily enough after DeVita, Lee Hi actually did end up officially signing with AOMG on July 22, last year.

Based on what I’ve heard during Devita’s Kollaboration days, she has improved immensely. This topped with her leaving the impression of someone passionate about their craft, bodes well for what's to come. She seems to be someone who'll constantly evolve.

Following an artist, at the early stages of their career, is something that I always find exciting. With such a lovely debut, I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for DeVita.

The Perfect Plan (Jay Park fiction)

Part 4

Later that day, Dana finally contacted me, asking to meet me for coffee. I said yes, mainly because I wanted to find out how she knew those people:

“I’m so sorry!” She said as she walked through the door. I was already waiting, casually sipping on my cappuccino.

“You should be. You left me there, among strangers, to fend for myself.”

“But you’re okay. Yay!”

“Dana, honestly, that was a little fucked up. But fortunately I met a nice guy.”

“Oooh, tell me more!”

“It was the guy you saw me with at the bar.”

“Right! Harry! You were chatting with him at the bar. No, wait! Actually there was one more. You fox!”

“Don’t remind me of him.”

“Why not? While you were chatting with Harry, Jay was practically staring at you as if you were the main course.”

“How do you even know who these people are?”

“I used to have a little something going on with one of their friends years ago.”

“OMG! Who? Spill!”

“Simon Dominic.”

“What? Girl, your taste is weird. He’s creepy as hell.”

“What? No! You got it all wrong, they’re just being careful.”

“I heard that line before.”

<Jennifer’s POV>

2 months went by, life seemingly went back to normal. From time to time I looked at Harry’s number in my contacts. I never met him again after that one time he introduced me to the other artists from H1GHR and AOMG. I thought about contacting him first but didn’t want to seem like I’m forcing myself on him.

Driven by curiosity, I would play their songs for weeks on end, my ears getting familiar with all their voices. One, in particular, stood out.

It was Mr. Creepy.

Their CEO, Park Jaybum.

Jay Park.

He was living, breathing, sex on legs. It bothered me, the fact that he bothered me. After listening to his songs, listening to his voice, I wouldn’t be able to sleep, stirred with all kinds of emotions.

Yes, he was sexy, flirty and everything in between but in my dreams it wasn’t his face I kept searching for. Harry appeared in my dreams frequently. He was kind and friendly, exactly the type of guy I could see myself falling in love with.

<Harry’s POV>

“Someone needs to call Jay!”

“Hyung, why don’t you do it?” Minsik scanned the photos that were posted on Instagram. “This looks bad.”

It was the weekend. Jay was at home, resting and I’d rather not bother him. But Minsik was right, it looked bad.

My thumb hovered over Jay’s name in my contacts. Right above Jennifer’s. I had promised to call her, meet her again. But I didn’t. Couldn’t, actually.

Not after I saw the face Jay made whenever I casually talked about Jennifer. He looked as if he was in actual pain. Jennifer’s words got to him. And he never allowed other people’s opinion to get to him. I knew he liked her, although he always denied it, knew that he thought about her, but didn’t dare to bring up her name in conversations. Not when he was hurting, not when he was still licking his wounds.

Shrugging off these thoughts, I sent Jay a quick text.

We have a problem. You need to come down here.

<Jay’s POV>

The phone pinged when I was lazily draped over the couch, browsing through NETFLIX.

“Problem?” I sighed. I couldn’t catch a break these days.

I’m omw.

I put on shoes and grabbed my car keys on the way out.

“They what?”

“Someone snuck in and took photos.”

“What the… Who would do such a thing?”

I took a better look at the photos this person included in their Instagram post. They were from that event 2 months ago. When Harry brought Jennifer to the VIP. They snapped pictures of me with the bimbos surrounding me like moths. Jennifer was right. I was a creep.

“Jennifer works in PR. Maybe she can help spin this.” Harry suggested.

"Maybe she was the one who took these photos!" Simon uttered.

“Hyung, I know you don't trust her but she was with us, this couldn't have been her! We need to figure out what to do with these!” Minsik exclaimed, pointing to the photos.

“We wait. This is obviously someone who wants to inflict damage on us.” I said. I wasn’t eager to add Jennifer to the mix. Not when it wasn’t absolutely necessary. I would deal with this myself.

I wrote a lengthy post on Instagram and mentioned that person, claiming that what they said was false.

People who knew me, knew that I would never do these kinds of things.

I was sure that it would be enough to stop the rumors and comments at once. But unfortunately, I was wrong. All it did was adding more fuel to the fire. Suddenly, reporters started showing up outside AOMG and H1GHR offices, waiting for me, asking for a statement.

<Harry’s POV>

I couldn’t just sit there and do nothing. Not when I knew someone who was able to help. But how could I get her opinion and help without having to tell her what it was about? Suddenly a thought hit me. Jennifer probably already saw this. She’s probably all over social media.

Quickly, I texted her, hoping that she would answer.

Hey, how are you? I’m sorry I haven’t contacted you, but things here were hectic.

It’s okay, you’re obviously very busy.

I actually have a favor to ask of you.

Sure. What is it about?

Can we meet in person?

Absolutely!

I met Jennifer at a nearby café.

"I'm sure you've seen it already, but we're having sort of like a little situation."

"You mean the photos someone published on Instagram of Jay and the 3 ladies?"

"Exactly!"

"Jay tried to clean that up, didn't he? He did a terrible job!"

"That's why I asked to meet you. I think we need professional help."

"Does Jay know you're here?"

I shook my head. I couldn't imagine what he would say to me if he knew.

"Well, if you want my professional opinion, first of all he should acknowledge these accusations. People aren't saying he can't meet women, but the photos look like he hired hookers."

"Second, he needs to repair his reputation, whether it’s through a nice act or laying low, that's up to him."

"Third, he needs to listen to what people say on social media, and respond accordingly and not make excuses for his actions. He's picking daily fights on Instagram. Someone should take his phone away from him."

"Lastly, yes, stand your ground, but only where you have ground to stand on. He was supposed to write an apology, but somehow it turned into a justification for his actions. He needs people to sympathize with him, not criticize him for being undiscerning."

I recorded everything Jennifer said, and decided to let Jaybum huyng hear it.

<Jay's POV>

"So you went to the one person I told you not to go to!"

"She has a point whether you like it or not."

"Then let's do a press conference. Address all the issues there."

"What? Jaybum, no!" Simon waved energetically.

"Should I ask Jennie if it's a good idea?"

At the mention of Harry's nickname for Jennifer, I groaned.

"We're doing the press conference!"

And with this post, we have arrived at the end of this blog. NOTE: I will list artists who are NOT part of any group at the moment. With that being said, artists like MAMAMOO's Hwasa or EXO's Baekhyun won't be on the list.

Sunmi

Sunmi is a soloist under MakeUs Entertainment. She was part of the iconic girl group Wonder Girls under JYP Entertainment. They debuted in 2007 and disbanded in 2017. Sunmi debuted solo in 2014 with the song called "Full Moon".

After the disbandment of Wonder Girls, Sunmi left JYP and joined MakeUs Entertainment. Her 2017 comeback with "Gashina" was one of the most iconic things. "Gashina" quickly became one of the biggest hits, and she won numerous awards with it.

I first saw Sunmi at the 2017 MAMA awards when she performed "Gashina" with Taemin, and I was immediately drawn to her. Ever since then, she is my favorite solo artist.

Chungha

Chungha is a soloist under MNH Entertainment. She was part of the project girl group I.O.I under YMC Entertainment and CJ E&M. They debuted in 2016 and disbanded in 2017. Chungha debuted solo in 2017 with the song called "Why Don’t You Know".

Queen (Kim) Chungha is one of the biggest surprises of the K-Pop industry. After I.O.I disbanded, most of the members were getting ready to debut in new a group, but MNH announced that Chungha would debut as a solo artist. A lot of people had doubts and said that she isn't good enough to do it on her own. Damn, they were wrong. As of now, she is one of the most famous solo artists in South Korea and keeps breaking records with every single one of her comebacks.

Jessi

Jessi is a soloist under P Nation. She debuted as a soloist in 2005 under YMC Entertainment with the song called “Get Up”.

Jessi is the perfect example that you should never give up. This girl has been in the business for over 10 years, but she never had that big breakout up until this year. Jessi was born in the US and only moved to Korea when she was 15. She has darker skin than most Koreans, so she was a target of racism and discrimination a lot of times. YMC Entertainment never knew how to promote her right, but thankfully she left them in 2019 and joined PSY's company where she finally got her opportunity to shine. Her song "NUNU NANA" is one of the biggest hits this year and hasn't left the Melon Top 10 chart since it was released back in July.

HyunA

HyunA is a soloist under P Nation. She was part of the iconic girl group 4Minute under Cube Entertainment. They debuted in 2009 and disbanded in 2016. HyunA debuted solo in 2010 with the song called "Change".

After the disbandment of 4Minute, the Queen of breaking stereotypes, HyunA stayed with Cube Entertainment. Everything was ok until 2018, when it was confirmed that she, and fellow Cube mate, Edawn has been dating since 2016, which was against the company's rules. They both got kicked out of Cube and signed with P Nation. They both have been releasing music and living their lives happily ever after. In final conclusion, fuck Cube. Idols are humans too.

IU

IU is a soloist under EDAM Entertainment. She debuted as a soloist in 2008 under LOEN Entertainment with the song called “Good Day”.

IU aka the Nation’s Singer and Actress.

Hyolyn

Hyolyn is a soloist under her own company, Brid3. She was part of the iconic girl group SISTAR under Starship Entertainment. They debuted in 2010 and disbanded in 2017. Hyolyn debuted solo in 2013 with the song called "One Way Love".

CL

CL is a soloist under her own company, Very Cherry. She was part of the iconic girl group 2NE1 under YG Entertainment. They debuted in 2009 and disbanded in 2016. CL debuted solo in 2013 with the song called "The Baddest Female".

CL, the one and only baddest female. Or as she said in “HWA”: C to the L, the Godmother of Korean Culture. 

The most iconic woman in Korean music. I hate YG so much for holding her back for years. Thank God, she's free now and I can't wait for her debut album.

SOMI

Somi is a soloist under The Black Label. She was part of the project girl group I.O.I under YMC Entertainment and CJ E&M. They debuted in 2016 and disbanded in 2017. Somi debuted solo in 2019 with the song called "Birthday". 

Somi was supposed to debut with ITZY in early 2019, but she left JYP Entertainment in 2018 and joined YG's sublabel The Black Label to debut solo. One of the biggest mistakes in K-Pop? At first, I thought yes. I didn't think she had what it takes to be a soloist but after her first comeback this year she convinced me that she's gonna be a big star very soon.

AleXa

AleXa is a soloist under ZB Label. She debuted as a soloist in 2019 with the song called “BOMB”.

Ailee

Ailee is a soloist under her own label Rocket3 Entertainment. She debuted as a soloist in 2012 under YMC Entertainment with the song called “Heaven”.

NATTY

NATTY is a soloist under Swing Entertainment. She debuted as a soloist in 2020 with the song called “NINETEEN”.

Lee Hi

Lee Hi is a soloist under AOMG. She debuted as a soloist in 2012 under YG Entertainment with the song called “1, 2, 3, 4”.

Another perfect example of "YG wasting talent". Thank God, she's in the perfect place now at Jay Park's label.

Yezi

Yezi is a soloist under JG Star Entertainment. She was part of the girl group FIESTAR under LOEN Entertainment. They debuted in 2012 and disbanded in 2018. Yezi debuted solo in 2016 with the song called "Cider".

Youha

Youha is a soloist under Universal Music Korea. She debuted as a soloist in 2020 with the song called “Island”.

We got another example of ”YG wasting talent" at the end. Youha was part of “Future 2NE1″. They were introduced back in 2012 by YG, but never got the chance to debut. She left YG last year and debuted solo this year under Universal Music.

Wow, girl power at its finest. Actually, I love male artists like Baekhyun or Taemin, but since they are still part of some groups, I didn't list them here.

Once In A Life Time

~ Chapter 4~

 “Shit! Shit, shit, shit. Fuck.” I jumped out of bed rolling over So-Eun and rush down the stairs. I can't believe I slept through my alarm; and on a day like this.

“ Woah! Jesus  Min-ho, why are you laying in front of the stairs?”  

“Mmmmm” he wines shooing me away. Ugh I don’t have time for this. Bussing it to the bathroom I wasted no time in discarding my clothes and stepping under the scalding hot water. “Finally” I release a deep breath. 

I knew going out with So-eun and Min-ho to “Network” was a bad idea as soon as we got into the first club. They just know how to get to me; or I guess I should say they know what's best for me. I knew they could see me over thinking about my meeting with Jay Park, I mean I’m sure anyone could; so when they kept bugging me about the club, lets just say they didn't need to twist my arm too much to get me out. But today is my very important meeting with AOMG and I just can’t be late, I despise being late. 

I’m definitely scared shitless, I’m not sure what deal Jay is going to offer me; I’m not even 100% sure if I'm gonna take it. It's just… the weight of everything finally sinking in. I just got to South Korea 5 Days ago. I'm supposed to be here to work with a completely different artist and... I can't help but think I'm in over my head and I should slow the breaks a bit. Taking another deep breath I stretch my arms in front of the marble wall letting the water soothe my aching muscles. ‘You got this B. You’ve got no reason to panic or over think. You wouldn't be in this position if you didn’t deserve it.

“안녕하세요, I have a meeting with Jay Park I mean Mr. Park J-”

“Bianca Queen?”  

“Hi, uh, yes, yes uh that's me.”  

Jesus B relax.

“Great, he’s expecting you. You can take the elevator to the 6th floor, his office is the last one all the way down. You can’t miss it.”  

“Ok Thank you!”

Here we go. I walk up to the elevator pressing the up button. At the same time the doors come flying open and none other than Loco comes stepping out. I’m not gonna lie out of everyone who is signed to AOMG Loco is my all time favorite; I could just see us being the closest. 

He stops in the doorway of the elevator staring at me. I smile watching his brows raise in confusion and curiosity.

“Excuse me.”

I don’t think he heard me because he didn’t move till the elevator doors started to push closed, slightly squashing him in between. He steps back inside the elevator letting me walk in. As soon as I’m inside he maneuvers exiting through the doors all the while not taking his eyes off me. I smile again, press 6 on the keypad and shoot him a slight wave before the doors close; he quickly shoots me one back. Yeah I can see us being great friends.

The walk to Jay’s office felt like an eternity, my legs just felt so heavy. When I finally made it down the hall I came face to face with yet another secretary.

“Hi, I'm here to see Jay Park.”

“Shut up! Shut up!” I stood there stunned. “Bianca Queen? The Bianca Queen in the flesh. I love your work when Jay first told me he was scouting you for AOMG I was like ‘umm hell yeah! You should; she is like amazing’ I’m Z by the way short for Zen’na.” Z is a cute Korean tattooed babe, her long blue hair was pulled up in a messy bun. She had a tattoo of a star on her left cheek bone. She has a unique personality. I sense nothing but positive vibes and energy from her, it's refreshing. Plus she’s a fan of my work.

“Nice to meet you Z. Thank you so much for enjoying my work. I never thought they would find their way to South Korea, but I really appreciate your support. We should grab a drink sometime. If your free”

“My shift ends at 6.”

“6 sounds great. Do you have a pen?”She pulls a red pen from her hair slamming it down in front of a mini notepad on her desk. I take the pen jotting down my number. “Shoot me a call when you're off.”

She takes the pad back, staring at the paper in awe.

“I thought you might be held up out here.” And there he is, the man I'm here to see, Jay Park. He stood in some loose jeans, a graphic-T and Jordans he was even rocking a Jordan snapback. lol can you say Seattle Nigga, the culture has definitely shown influence on his style. It works for him though; it's natural, not forced. “Z's always watching your videos when she should be working.”

“Ok you ain't really gotta be embarrassing me like that.”

“Yeah Alright. Did you check the messages like I asked you to.”

“Yes I checked the messages like you asked me to. I emailed them to your computer.”

“Thanks Z.  Bianca Come on in.”

“Bye Z. Give me a call.”

“Have a seat Bianca.”

His office was a soft green and black. Huge floor to ceiling windows that look out over Seoul. I dodge the chair he gestured to and stepped a little closer, gazing out the window. 

Beautiful.

“ You like the view?” Jay asked walking next to me.

“It’s amazing. Why the 6th floor, why not the top? I mean for a CEO.”

“Come on, you don’t know. I would think a fellow Tauren would know the answer to a question like that.”

“You checked up on me?”

“First rule of business. Always know who you're getting into bed with. Metaphorically speaking of course.”  He shoots me a smug smile walking to his desk. “Not that you're not a beautiful woman cause.” he paused, looking me up and down with a hint of lust. “ I brought you here for your talent. Come over here, have a seat.” 

Heh, he’s way more charming in person. Ok B, eyes up chin up.

When I finally take my seat he’s just looking at me, then to a file on his desk then back at me.

“Bianca I’m gonna be up front with you, I want to sign you to AOMG. How does a 3 year Contract sound?”

“What?”

“You would be the first Choreographer/Artist Director to be signed to our company and after doing all my research I just know you would be a great fit for AOMG. Not to mention the Artist we low-key already got lined up who really wanna work with you.”

Signed to a record label, this record label.This all feels so surreal. I mean all of it. Being in Korea, being at AOMG, Being in Jay Parks office. 

“You're hesitant. I can see it in your face. Why?”

“Don’t get me wrong, I’m truly honored Jay, I would want nothing more than to work with AOMG I- I just, have a life a company back home as well I-”

“I don’t want you to leave your company or your life. If anything, think of it as an enhancement for both. We would definitely need you stationed here for the first year but after that  you can free flow.” Silence. I couldn’t speak “ Ok how about this? You're in Seoul for the next 6 months working with Hwasa correct. Let's do a trial contact; we have our 8 year anniversary in August, and I would like to hire you to do the show’s Artistic direction. After the show we can check in and if you're done with Seoul, that's that; at least you know.”

He even knows I’m working with Hwasa, he really did his research. Just then my mothers voice popped into my head. “Live your life for you Bianca. And live it to the fullest.” 

“Deal.”

“Yes! Alright cool dope. I’ll have Z send over a contract by the end of the day.”

“That quick?”

“I was hoping you’d say yes.”

“You knew I’d be hesitant?”

“No, I just knew you’d say yes.”

“Yeah sure. I’ll be looking out for the contract.” Getting up Jay walks me to his front door placing his hand on the handle.

“Oh there’s a black tie event on Saturday. I want you to come out and get a feel for the scene. I’m also gonna announce our collaboration.”  

Tomorrow?

“Black tie?”

“I’ll send something over.” he reaches out his hand towards me and I shake it with excitement.

“Ok.” he steps back, opening the door, sending Loco, Ugly Duck and Won Jae falling into the room collapsing on the floor.

“Nice guys. Bianca-”

““B, you can call me B.”  

“Alright B, I'll see you Saturday. I’ll be in touch” 

“I look forward to it.” I step over their legs walking out the door. “See ya later Z.”

“We broke up.”

“AGAIN?! Y/N! OH MY GOD! LET HIM GO!” Your friend, (Friend’s Name) shouted, throwing a pillow at you.

“OUCH! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!”

“That was for dealing with this shit for how many years with this fucker now? Like three years?” 

You huffed, covering your head with the pillow letting out a groan, “It’s been four years!”

She rolled her eyes, sitting next to you on your bed, grabbing the pillow to make you look up at her. You could already see the disappointed look in her face. You didn’t blame her for being disappointed.

She’s been your best friend since the two of you were kids. She didn’t want you to be hurt like this, and your “relationship” with Sunghwa was hurting you as well as him.

For 4 years now, you had been in an on-again and off-again relationship with Sunghwa. While girls your age were now either looking for a life partner to settle down with or starting to have kids, you didn’t want that.

You didn’t even want an actual relationship. 

Despite your parents’ pleas for you to find someone to settle down with, you continued doing what you love, performing. Performing became your life, as it has always been since you were younger. 

Being THE G-Dragon’s little sister always seems to put you in the light for whatever you had done. Even if it was simply going to a restaurant or park or even taking a walk by yourself. All eyes were on you. 

Following in your brother’s footsteps, you had begun auditioning in companies at a young age. You took on SM Entertainment as that was the first place your brother auditioned, and you wanted to train alongside him.

You were accepted on your first attempt and became a trainee. Four years into your training period, Jiyong had left to go to YG. You had wanted to follow him, but he refused to let you, making you stay at SM.

Years later in 2006, Jiyong officially debuted as a member of BIGBANG under YG Entertainment. And then in the beginning of 2007, you officially debuted as a soloist under SM Entertainment. 

While your concepts were completely different, many continued to draw parallels between the two of you.

During the stage of your first win, you were in tears and Jiyong had gone up to hug you, which sparked the interest of many. Seeing all the weird things people were saying, Jiyong had confirmed that you were his sister and his sister ONLY.

The two of you were known for your close relationship, which was why whenever Jiyong did something on TV, he was always asked about you. Whenever you did something on TV, you were always asked about him. The two of you were inseparable and have always been.

Your career was your lover. Your career was your baby. You didn’t have time for a relationship, and as mentioned earlier you didn’t want one. But you had needs. Netizens were breathing down your neck just to find something on you. Because you’re an unproblematic queen.

Then you met Sunghwa. On the night of the anniversary of your debut, you had gone to a club with your friend just to relax a bit, as you had been working hard on something for your fans. You really needed a break.

You saw him across the bar. You had seen his face around. You had known who he was. He didn’t? He was an amazing artist. You couldn’t help but introduce yourself. You at least wanted some kind of collab. 

The looks of things, he knew you too. The two of you exchanged contact information and went from there. 

It was then rumored to the public that the two of you might be working on a song together, and they weren’t too far off. That’s where it started...eventually becoming more than that.

You’d be lying to yourself if you didn’t say Sunghwa was a very attractive man. He was too hot for his own good. 

One night, the two of you had gotten a little too drunk in the studio. One thing led to another and the next morning, you found yourself in his bare chest in your naked glory.

It was only supposed to happen one time. 

But of course that it didn’t stop. He wanted you, he craved you, as you did him, beginning the on-again-off-again relationship the two of you have. It’s been like this for four years.

You’re together, everything is going well and then someone says something that pisses you off and everything falls apart and you break up. You had lost count of how many times you and Sunghwa OFFICIALLY ended things only to get back together the next week. 

Now here you sat, with your best friend by your side, upset over your umpteenth breakup with Sunghwa that happened just yesterday.

“I don’t know why you do this to yourself. It’s like the both of you want to be with each other but then you don’t because you’re scared or something,” She mentioned. 

You sighed, pulling the pillow back over your head, “He doesn’t want to be in a relationship with me.”

“Are you blind? Sunghwa has been dedicated to you and you only for 4 years now. Even when you guys broke up several times, he never ever even looked at another girl. If anything, Sunghwa fucking loves you.”

“Who the hell told you that?” You questioned, your voice kind of muffled by the pillow. 

“Jay, of course.”

“Since when do you listen to Jay? I thought you hated him. What happened?”

She rolled her eyes, folding her arms across her chest, “I do hate him but I still listen to him...even though he’s the most annoying man to walk the planet. And Jay told me that all Sunghwa talks about is you, making you happy, hanging out with you, collabing with you. He’s fucking in love with you and you still don’t see it.”

You uncovered your face once more, looking at her, “That’s a lie. Sunghwa doesn’t want a relationship with anyone just as much as I don’t want one.”

“You’re right, he doesn’t want a relationship with anyone. He wants one with you, and you’re not just anyone, Y/N. Hell the boy wrote several songs about you. And don’t try to say they aren’t about you, because they are. And you’ve wrote several songs about him.” 

Before you could speak, you felt your phone vibrate in your pocket. You reached into your pocket, pulling out your phone and bringing it to your face to see Jay’s name appear across the screen with a text, “Speak of the fucking devil.”

‘Baby GD, did something happen between you and Sunghwa?’ His text read.

‘We broke up, why?’ You replied back, waiting for Jay’s response. Worry filled your mind. Jay hadn’t always texted you about Sunghwa, let alone text you asking if something happened out of the blue.

Was he okay?

Did something happen?

Was he hurt?

“Y/N, you okay?” F/N asked. Before you could speak, Jay had responded. You looked down at the message, ‘He locked himself in his studio and he hasn’t been out in hours. We’re kinda worried about him.’

You had known what that meant. Sunghwa didn’t lock himself in his studio unless he was TRULY sad or angry.

‘I’ll be there in a minute.’

You climbed out of bed quickly, throwing on a jacket.

“Where are you going?” 

“Sunghwa has locked himself in the studio again. I gotta go see him.”

“There you go again,” She sighed. 

Annoyed, you turned to her with a worried expression on his face, “F/N, Sunghwa has locked himself in the studio, and no one knows how long he has been in there. The last time he did that, he didn’t eat for almost two days and almost passed out! I’m not letting him do that to himself again. I can’t, especially when it’s my fault. I need to go check on him.”

You grabbed your phone and bag, heading out of the room, leaving your friend in your apartment. 

She shouted behind you, “MAKE SURE TO TELL HIM HOW MUCH YOU LOVE HIM!”

“NO PROMISES!”

You hopped in your car, heading to AOMG in a rush, but of course obeying the traffic laws. 

You arrived shortly, AOMG wasn’t too far from where you had lived.

You parked your car and rushed inside, to see Jay waiting for you at the door.

“There you are, Baby G-Dragon. So what happened?”

“I’ll explain later. I just need to see him right now,” You replied, bypassing him, heading straight toward Sunghwa’s studio, slamming your fist on the door repeatedly, “Lee Sunghwa! Open the door!”

“Y/N?” His sweet voice chimed on the other side of the door. “Yes, it’s me. Now open the door!”

A few seconds of silence sounded before the sound of the door unlocking. The door opened to reveal Sunghwa with dark circles under his eyes. His eyes were red and puffy from crying, his hair was all over his head. He wore a grey hoodie and sweatpants, not caring what he had looked like in that moment. “Jay texted you, didn’t he?”

“Sunghwa, you look horrible.”

“Thanks for making me feel better,” He groaned, leaning against the door frame. 

You pushed him further into the studio, closing the door behind you, noticing how dark it was. You turned on the light, “We’ve called it quits plenty of times before, why are you acting like this?”

“I don’t know. I guess...this one just really hurt. I thought it was going to be the end of us. I don’t want it to be the end of us,” He confessed, his eyes twinkling.

“Answer me this,” You started, making his ear perk up, “Lee Sunghwa, tell me how you truly feel about me, about us, about this. I want to hear every word.”

Without hesitation, he answered, “I love you, Y/N. I have for a long time now and I can’t get over it. I know we’ve both said that we don’t want a relationship, but with you it’s different. You’re different. We’re different. I...can’t be without you. Just the thought of you with someone who isn’t me hurts. I know how your company is. I know you need to maintain your good reputation and you wouldn’t risk it for a guy like me, but I―”

You cut him off, taking his soft face into your gentle hands, smashing your lips onto his in a passionate kiss. Without wasting a second, he relaxed against your lips, allowing his hands to snake around your waist gently.

You slowly pulled away, your eyes opening as had his. He stared into yours with admiration and love.

“I love you too, Sunghwa. I...I want things between us to work. I want us to work. I don’t just want to have you, I want to hold you, love you, kiss you, hug you. I want you all to myself,” You confessed, pressing your forehead against his.

You continued, “I want to lay in your chest on raining days and relax. I want to hear your heartbeat as I lay on your chest as you sleep. I want to make sure you are okay, every second of every day. I meant it when I said I love you.”

“I mean it too,” He smiled.

“So.”

“So.”

“Do you want to be my boyfriend?”

“Do you want to be my girlfriend?” The two of you asked at the same time. The two of you giggled.

“I asked first!”

summary ⟶ The girls were given one last practical exam, as a whole group, which is currently an on-going case to carry out their task, along with their sister unit, The Blossom Angels as a back-up for the first time.

“Am I the only one that is nervous?” questioned Haejin out loud as she looked towards her other members who were busy preparing themselves.

They could only look at her with a slight scoff and a small smile as they shook their heads.

“No, Haejin. I’m actually nervous ever since the senior officer gave us the reports,” answered Ahrin who was driving while glancing towards the rear-view mirror to see Haejin pouting.

Haejin couldn’t remember when was the last time that they were doing a mission. If she wasn’t wrong, the last time was when Got7 surprised them in their house.

The Bloody Roses couldn’t lie that they missed Got7 since they would always accompany the boys almost every day - as if it was like every routine even if it’s one day per week kind of basis.

What’s worse is that almost all of the Got7 members are in a committed relationship with each of their own bodyguards.

Ever since the day that The Bloody Roses girls step onto Virginia, it was as if they had limited time to update the Got7 members - but the girls tried their very best to give them a call or a message, an update regarding their well-being.

The same goes for the Got7 members.

It’s been 4 months since they went abroad to Virginia, to study at the same time helping the officers in the university to carry out their on-going missions by each one of the members attending internship.

Each of The Bloody Roses members gained so much knowledge and they were one step ahead from getting their official badge and licenses. Their last task was to be undercover in a club to catch a drug dealer.

What’s interesting is the owner of the club is none other than Jay Park.

“But why does Jay Park owns a club in L.A, U.S.?” questioned Nara as she was reading the reports.

“Because he has his company building in here too, that’s what Eunjae told me,” replied Eunhee as she was glancing at her watch.

“It’s time,” stated Eunhee as she looked towards Ahrin who gave a nod, as well as a smirk.

Hyunji smiled as she looked towards the dance floor, to see Haejin and Yeonji basically splitting up as they began their mission. It was the first time seeing Haejin stepping into the dance floor just for a mission.

During her old days, Haejin wouldn’t even glance towards the dance floor. 

It’s probably thanks to Jaebeom oppa that made Haejin to slowly forget her trauma.

“Hello? Hyunji? Can you hear me? Tug your hair behind your right ear if you can hear me.” Nara’s voice suddenly appeared on her earpiece and Hyunji quickly followed her best friend's instruction.

Hyunji somehow felt uneasy; since it was Nara. They would only use the earpiece when something happened not according to their plans. 

“Okay cool. Just saying, Eunhee and Chaeun caught the dealer. Just stay in your position till either Ahrin or Haejin gives us our next moves.” giggled Nara at the other end and Hyunji can’t help but to clench her jaw in annoyance and weirdly, in relief.

I’m gonna kick her ass after we graduated.

“I have never seen you before. Are you from Korea?”

Hyunji turned towards the voice to see an unfamiliar face that she couldn’t recognize. 

“Yeah I am. I’m sure you’re from Korea too since it is obviously coming from your pronunciation,” answered Hyunji with a slight smirk, causing the guy to look taken aback.

“Woah... How did you know? Well.. I assume that you don’t know me, so let me introduce myself. My name is Lee Hwimin, and I’m in a duo group called GroovyRoom.”

Haejin looked around the room as she watched Eunhee and Chaeun apprehend the drug dealer. At the same time, her attention goes to the dance floor and for the first time, she smiled.

Haejin smiled.

The first thing that goes onto her mind was Jaebeom. Memories of her first coincidentally meeting Jaebeom in Deepshower’s club.

“Jb? What are you doing here?!”

“How about you? What are you doing here?”

“What are you— I’m doing my job of course!”

“If you are worried if people might see us, you don’t have to worry about that,”

If Haejin could compare herself, her old self was truly a tragic story and Haejin was planning to just live her life with her old memories but she didn’t know that what was waiting for her.

Haejin was truly grateful for Jaebeom. He made her open up her heart, her closed-off thoughts, and her closed-off feelings. But what made Haejin cherish Jaebeom more was what he said to her during one of her dates in his studio, back when he returned back from the world tour concert.

“We should visit Jaehwan. Since you’re going to Virginia for 5 months, I’m sure he misses you. Well, if you don’t have the time, we could go as soon as you return back home. I have some things to tell him and one of it is I’m thankful to him that he created a girl that has so much compassion and consideration for her family, her friends, the people that she surrounds herself with,”

Though there were misunderstandings between Jaebeom and herself, Haejin knew they could overcome it since both of them trust each other and they would always communicate whenever one is feeling upset.

Haejin could say that she has changed a lot in just a spent of 4 months in Virginia. Not just herself, the other girls too. They were more confident and somehow, they have become more gorgeous too. 

To put it in Haejin’s words, The Bloody Roses are no more the bloodied roses, they were becoming into a blossom.

“Hayeo--

Haejin’s fast reflex made her to quickly grab the one that was about to hug Haejin behind her back, causing her to tightly grip onto the one’s wrist. 

Haejin finally realized who it was as her eyes widen.

“J-Jay?” Haejin muttered as she stared at the one and only Jay Park, who was just a foot away from her that if anyone sees their position, they would think both of them were about to kiss.

Haejin quickly moves away from him, releasing the grip from his wrist.

“Hayeon-ah...” Jay mumbled drunkenly and Haejin tilted her head. 

She finally realizes that the CEO of both H1GHER MUSIC and AOMG is drunk. It was obvious after seeing his reddening face.

“Jaebeom, I’m not Hayeon.”

“But you look just like her.”

“That’s because we’re cousins.” Haejin dead-panned as she shakes her head, immediately texting the other The Bloody Roses.

“Yah! Check if he is being drugged!” instructed Nara on her earpiece and Haejin quickly grabbed Jay’s redden cheeks, as she somehow checks his eyes. She heave a sigh of relief.

“Clear. He’s safe.” stated Haejin and before she could even took a step back, she was being engulfed by a tight hug from Jay, causing Haejin to shriek really loudly. 

“Oh god! Hayeon is gonna kill me! Yah! Get off! You smell like tequila!” Haejin shrieked as she groan in annoyance, as she tried to push Jay away but he was too strong for his grip. The latter was mumbling nonsense that she couldn’t guessed.

Maybe because Haejin was too busy thinking and hoping that her cousin wouldn’t thing wrongly. 

“Need help?” 

Oh no.

Haejin knew whose voice it was as she quickly gulps in nervousness. She looked towards the voice to see Hayeon basically smirking while folding her arms.

“Hayeon, it’s not--

“I know, I got a call from Eunhee that you are screaming for help that Jay is suffocating you,” Hayeon cuts off the younger one. 

With a strong grip, Hayeon managed to just single-handedly yank Jay away from Haejin. 

“..And I heard you panicking just now so, no worries - and I trust you,” added Hayeon with a smile as she pats Haejin’s shoulder while trying to carry the drunk Jay by supporting him.

“Let me help you!” Haejin offered as she went to Jay’s opposite side. As she was helping to support Jay on her shoulder, Haejin didn’t realize that Hayeon was staring at her.

“It’s good to see you, by the way. We have a lot of catching up to do, Haejin. A lot of catching up.” said Hayeon with a warm smile as she looked at Haejin. 

“Okay, everyone. Our job is done - almost. We are just waiting for The Blossom Angels and their team, well... mainly Eunjae and her team. I’m just going to check in the club to see the situation.” stated Eunhee through the walkie-talkie as she proceeded to go into the club.

They were supposed to catch the drug dealer without causing any scene - which is already been done. It was easy for The Bloody Roses as the girls manage to fight some of the drug dealer’s guards. They have been doing these for more than a year so it was done fast.

As she was doing her roundabout, there was a shriek coming from a group and Eunhee immediately went towards the group to already see Hyunji on the floor crouching beside the body.

“Is he dead?!” yelled Eunhee slightly towards Hyunji who was basically checking for the man’s pulse and she looked towards Eunhee. 

“No. His pulse is still beating,” answered Hyunji as she began opening his eyelids slightly and Hyunji suddenly gasp. 

Eunhee decided to see for herself by checking the man’s eyes and she immediately took out a vaccine from her pocket and immediately inject him.

The man is being drugged and Eunhee guessed that he drank the drugged tequila and as result, he fainted due to the drug. Ahrin told her it is fine for someone who consumes the drug but the consumer would suffer from a high fever if they didn’t get vaccinated as soon as they fainted.

“I should tell Hwimin about this,” mumbled Hyunji as she immediately took out her phone.

“Who’s Hwimin? You know this guy?” pointed Eunhee towards the man on the floor.

“He is Park Gyujeong, a member of GroovyRoom. His partner is Lee Hwimin. Both of them are under H1GHER Music.” explained Hyunji as she was already calling for back-ups.

At the same time, Eunhee decided to go near his face, checking for his breathing as she went near his face, directly at his nose to hear him peacefully breathing.

Eunhee can’t help but go towards his mouth for a sniff, for precautions.

In just a second, Gyujeong’s eyes immediately shot open as he tried to sit up, not know what is going to happen next. 

His lips landed onto Eunhee.

“It was an incident, Eunhee. Stop worrying..” 

“He kissed me, Ahrin! I’m as dead as a piece of bacon if Jinyoung finds out!” Eunhee exclaimed as she was messily rubbing her hair in annoyance. The thought of Jinyoung finding out could just make Eunhee insane.

She knew how possessive Jinyoung can become and it would somehow lead to an argument if things get heated.

“Well you didn’t kiss him back! You literally pushed him away! We saw it happen!” added Yeonji as she was watching the older one, walking back and forth on the pathway. 

They were waiting for the others who were still on the job, the 3 of them are the only ones who finished their duties.

“We will back you up if anything happens, Eunhee-ah. Stop thinking about it,” advised Ahrin softly as she grabs her shoulder. Eunhee looked at the younger one with a worrying look.

“Besides, Jinyoung won’t find out unless someone wants to be a creep and took a picture of you.” shrugged Yeonji and Ahrin nodded in agreement.

Eunhee sighs as she rubs her face in exhaustion and worry.

“Good job, Eunhee. Thank you for saving Gyujeong for me.” A familiar voice said and Eunhee knew who it was as she went towards her for a hug.

“No worries, Eunjae.” mumbled Eunhee with a small smile. Eunjae raised her eyebrow as she scans Eunhee’s face.

“You look dead.”

“That’s because she is worrying about Jinyoung finding out that Gyujeong kissed her.” revealed Yeonji at the back and Eunjae tried her best not to laugh. Seeing her cousin’s reaction, Eunhee frowns.

“Yah! I’m actually freaking out! Can you imagine if Sik-K finds out his girlfriend was kissed by a guy?” exclaimed Eunhee and Eunjae rolled her eyes.

“Firstly, it won’t happen to me and lastly, it was an incident, Ahn Eunhee. I’m sure Jinyoung would understand,” explained Eunjae who was already folding her arms, seeing her panicked cousin.

“We tried to tell her that.” added Ahrin and Eunjae raised her eyebrow towards Eunhee.

“Okay, look. If somehow Jinyoung founds out or you tell him and he doesn’t believe, you can just contact me and I will show him the proof.” Eunjae made a deal, causing Eunhee to frown.

“What proof?” inquired Eunhee as she tilted her head.

“A proof,” answered Eunjae plainly with a smirk on her face.

Just then, the other members of The Bloody Roses as well as Hayeon of The Blossom Angels came out of the club, and that was the queue for the police officers to go into the club to escort the customers out for more investigations.

“Well, this is it. I have news from your senior officer. ‘Congratulations, The Bloody Roses. You have completed your internship and you have another month to go through the last few courses just for additional knowledge - then you will graduate’.” announced Eunjae as she read the message from her phone, causing The Bloody Roses members to groan and whine in frustration and tiredness. 

“Great. We have another extra month!” yelled Haejin sarcastically, causing Eunjae and Haejin to giggle to see the other girls reaction.
