Don’t think I’ve ever written this ship before, thanks for the ask!

22. …in a rush of adrenaline.

Amanda was trying to get better at being around Milo.

He was so nice and she liked him so much, and whatever reservances she had to Murphy’s Law had disappeared after she had realized just how good he was at dealing with it.

But she had to admit, having to run away while in the middle of a grocery run for her parents? Not something she liked doing when she hadn’t already planned to being around Milo.

Which didn’t mean she regretted meeting him at random! It was Milo, and his smile made her day better at any circunstances.

“I think we’re safe, you can stop running,” Milo said, stopping to catch his breath.

Amanda stopped as well, noticing that Milo didn’t seem that happy to get away from danger this time.

And she knew why. Milo was very good at pretending he didn’t mind it when people got angry with him over Murphy’s Law, but he didn’t like being called a jinx, and he had been on the receiving end of a lot of anger, including from her.

But she wasn’t upset, not with him, and she didn’t want him to think she was.

And the best way to fix that, for some reason, ended up being to kiss him.

If someone asked later, she would say it was just the leftover adrenaline from running.

But she would also say she didn’t regret it at all.

Future AU in which a dating/engaged/married Milo and Amanda have their very own patisserie. The best one in town actually. A lot of amazingly detailed, incredibly tasty, and extremely MOIST custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and various other special occasions have come from the very same Murphy-Lopez Patisserie, including the wedding cake for Phineas and Isabella, as well as for Melissa and Zack.

I would question the choice to put “moist” in all caps but this is such a good AU I’ll ignore it

HMMM I mean it is very cute, I’ll give you that--I just. I don’t like how she treated him in the beginning of the first season. I get that it was a character development thing for her, learning to like Milo despite his flaws and the disaster that is Murphy’s Law, but Melissa and Zack literally did that in one afternoon. Amanda does not treat Milo very kindly despite knowing that Murphy’s Law isn’t something he can control and something that isn’t his fault;; It just made me so sad to see her continuously blow him off and Milo like. Actively seeks her attention and affection. HE DESERVES BETTER which is why my favorite Milo ship is Milo/Zack/Melissa bc they’re all so soft and supportive of each other as a trio

Milanda request: Milo takes Amanda on a date in outer space, like what was described in that other Milanda drabble when Milo came back from space. Would like this one G-rated or T-rated, please.

- That is the best date we've been on... - Technically that would be our third one so far, I think, so... - It is the best, though... - Amanda cut her boyfriend's speech, as she pulled him so he can float beside her.

Astronauts said there was nothing that can compare to the sight of our plant visible from space, and the two lovebirds had to agree, though the fact that their suits also had soda dispenser made it even better. Amanda sneaked her arm underneath Milo's, linking him with her, so the two could marvel at the breath-taking imagery, putting their lives in perspective, allowing the two to relax in one of the most deadly environment possible.

Amanda was relatively safe about them, mostly because their space date was a triple one. Phineas with Isabella and Ferb with Vanessa floated next to them, balancing the negative probability ions with their positive ones, making their trip less prone to accidents. The two enamoured teenagers looked at each other and gently pressed their helmets in a substitute of a kiss.

Looking back at the prompt list, I don't understand why Bradley and Amanda are just tacked on at the end of the month (almost literally in poor Amanda's case), when climactic things like the Pistachion Apocalypse and not as important characters like Mr Block are listed much earlier. And where's Mort, anyway? I'm in firm belief that Amanda, Mort and Bradley should've been in the first half, not at the literal tail end.

There’s no real reason for the order of things, it’s just the order I came up with them in. The only parts of the list that have an actual reason for their placement are Elliot, who I thought would be ironically hilarious if the safety czar was on the 13th, due to the unlucky connotations of the number; and The Last Halloween, of course, being there because of the episode.

Originally I almost had the Jefferson County Middle School Prompt be how I put the other students on the prompt list, but I decided that since Bradley and Amanda are arguably more important than the other students (sorry, Mort and Chad aren’t as major characters as much as I love them) they get their own days.
