also! another really nice thing recently is that we've been getting a lot better about some trauma response things weve been working on for years now. yesterday, we were able to listen to some audio on a speaker and not with headphones on for about three hours or so and only had one panic attack! i know that sounds not like a nice thing but its SUPER big to us! :D
