They need to find his Pa!! I think he often feels like a burden; Jaskier knows this, but Geralt isn't aware of this yet. Milek just wants to pull his weight, especially with Jaskier. So the "Jesper is Wylan's sugar baby" jokes don't bother me TOO badly, but they irk me slightly because they're pretty much based on the fact that no one knows what an allowance is beyond the context of "spending money a parent gives to their child". An allowance in business is an amount of money given to someone for a specific business-related expense, so the "allowance" mentioned at the end of CK is just the amount of money they budgeted to put into the stock market, which Jesper is in charge of. it’s weirdly ironic that sparta has historically been a model and idol for fascists and is still such a thing in far-right circles because ancient sparta was vehemently anti-family actually. spartan society was structured to break down the family unit and ensure fathers did not have authority over their own children and instill in its citizens absolute loyalty to the state at the specific expense of any family loyalty.

Tu and vous both mean you but Tu implies closeness : in the entirety of Unwound Future, Layton only ever uses Tu with Flora, the Lukes and Claire

College (uni??) AU catering to my own interests as it should always be hehe :)
