I have published 222 gifsets this year, which is fun and possibly a bit insane. I've made gratuitous use of the archive feature so I've linked that on the weird chance anyone but me is interested in every set I've posted. (December link, and then scrolling down will take you back month by month)

Why don’t you ship it?

I think it's probably because Bill is such a unique villain and throwing him into a relationship with anyone but especially Dipper really takes away from that fear factor he's got going on? like, Bill's not a classically scary villain but I would argue that he's among the scariest and easily the most powerful in any show I've watched. I can see him faking an interest to get something he wants or to screw with Dipper (or anyone honestly) for the fun of it, but I also don't think he ends up in the position where that's the best avenue for him that often (if ever), y'know? also. Dipper is 12 and Bill is a triangle. one of those things, sure, maybe I could ship it, but both? it just feels too silly lol

What would have made you like it?

a) he is not a triangle, b) ...hm. I'm actually not sure. I'm not a fan of sanitizing Bill for shipping purposes but I also just went over why his spook factor is important, which shipping takes away from imo. and I also usually don't ship one-sided or forced relationships so, yeah, I think this one's a non-starter lol. creepy billdip is definitely better though because it's closer to canon characterizations

I actually read a lot of billdip when Gravity Falls was my main fandom. it was sorta a "fuck it, why not?" moment that progressed from there so now I have fav billdip authors, fanartists, aus, and blogs whose headcanons I take as gospel. some of the shippers are just so talented. @billdip shippers the fact that y'all can get me interested in a ship that I have no interest in outside of your works? that's really cool, you guys are heroes

i was sooooo upset when Leo's VA changed. now when i rewatch i can handle it but when i hear 2k12 Leo's voice it's 100% the og VA. space season was...something. most of it is not my fave but there's tiny lil nuggets here and there that are either actually good or i've just gaslit myself into enjoying lmao, like leo spending all that time in the holodeck talking to splinter 🥺🥺🥺 the cheese phone is iconic. 2k12 def has some grade A hurt/comfort. plus mikey has his short lil mask ends and freckles for the first time, absolutely love hehe

Same for me! I can accept his new voice actors, but in fics, I usually hear his og VA unless they specify his hurt leg/changed voice. LOL no yeah the space season had it’s moments, plus it gave us Chompy! Oof Leo being so attached to his dad and losing him like that… only for him to lose Splinter again and for real later on 😭. The freckles and short mask were so cute for Mikey! It made it 10x more effective when Mikey would use his big puppy dog eyes against Leo, and Leo would fold 😂.

Yeah!! 2007 is actually supposed to be a sequel of sorts to the live action 1990s tmnt movies! And then there was supposed to be a sequel to 2007 with Mikey joining the Foot to save his family or something. We could’ve had it all 😭.

Love that The Last Ronin is the only one you’ve read 😆. I enjoyed that comic until maybe the last 2 issues or so, they felt a bit weaker than the other issues. I know they’re doing a Last Ronin video game, would love it if they did some animated movie about it or something.

Ohh Teen Titans/YJ gotcha (and right?? how dare they leave out Donna 😭). That was basically my intro to it all as well I believe. The multiple Robin reveal is always so fun 😆. Aalskdja idk how you were unaware once watching YJ S2, but I won’t fault you for it bc there was just a lot of shit going on in that season 😆. 16: favorite LGBTQ tv moment would be on One Day At A Time where the grandmother explained her side of things with her religion and why she didn't support her granddaughter being gay but!! Made it clear as day that regardless, she still loved her granddaughter so, so much and always would.

Same show, father doesn't show up for his daughters quincenera(sp) cos he found out she's gay and he doesn't accept that, so for the father daughter dance her whole family comes out onto the floor so she wasn't dancing alone. Makes me cry just thinking about it.
