So apparently, the producers behind the Argentinian productions of Next to Normal and Dear Evan Hansen will hold a "mash-up" concert ["There Will Be Light (For Forever)"], featuring artists from the two shows (who have also played roles in both productions at some point).

As someone who REALLY loves both shows, this is absolutely MIND-BLOWING.

Michael Greif, you've outdone yourself this time.

(Would be a nice bonus if they also invited the OG Broadway cast of both shows!)

#efectivamente eso sería algo totalmente inesperado para eris--- ella misma diseñó el calabozo; en qué falló para que se salvara? #no estaba en sus planes; ahora qué? lo único que va a hacer que se haya salvado de una muerte asegurada es darle esperanza a esos dos #y dar esperanza no era la idea. además de que le mostró en cámara a golden para que viera al único padre que le queda vivo antes de morir #así que sabe a quién buscar. aunque espera que siendo que mató a fox injustificadamente no tenga interés en hacerlo #o ya haya perdido tanto la esperanza al ver el mundo destruirse que le de igual. #quizás crea que le estuvo mintiendo mientras él sufría y ella se burlaba y en realidad no es así; golden no es su otro papá #y que sólo lo dijo para hacerlo caer más en desesperación #pero no; seba le cree y sabe que es verdad. especialmente cuando se lo encuentra al final y lo ve ahí lleno de lágrimas #que primero fueron de desesperación y ahora son de alivio. su hijo sobrevivió una muerte asegurada! #y la verdad seba en ese momento no piensa en nada más que está vivo y se deja caer en sus brazos. siento que se dormiría casi al instante #está muy agotado; especialmente mentalmente. golden quiere dejarlo dormir pero lo despierta para que salgan de esa habitación del infierno #me imagino que por ahí joy estaba escondida en un sótano; así que ambos van ahí y le hacen primeros auxilios (lo mejor que pueden) #así que mientras seba está todo vendado tratan de calmarlo y golden le aclara las cosas a los dos #1- sí es su padre 2- sí mató a fox de manera injustificada; pero explica toda la movida que hicieron para que parezca real lo del abuso #y pues un padre obviamente reaccionaría así si le hacen daño a su hijo. #como dije seba estaría muy agotado así que estaría mucho más comprensivo y sería como '... ta bien' antes de desmayarse xd #y conforme pasan los días y siguen escondidos en el sótano; ambos empezarían a tener un mejor vínculo (o bueno; crear uno por parte de seba #y así van llevándose bien como un padre-hijo normal uwu tratando de evitar a fred; azrael y sobre todo eris que están buscándolos #en fin nada; sería lindo(? #oc talk #au talk

i genuinely cannot emphasize how strange it is to go around on the internet leaving mean comments or asks. like it is super fucking weird to be so mad about something someone is doing that has nothing to do with you to the point that you go out of your way to try and harm or hurt them. that’s super fucking odd. 

no one thinks that’s cool. literally everyone is looking at you like you’re a freak because that it’s genuine freak behavior. 

even going around and leaving entitled comments and asks is weird. like you’re so pressed about what someone else is doing because it doesn’t suit your tastes or needs exactly that you feel the need to be cunty and entitled about it? that’s fucking weird. you’re weird. 

it’s really not hard to be nice and just keep on scrolling. it’s not difficult to make the choice to... do nothing instead of saying something mean.. and if you physically cannot hold yourself back from doing that... please check yourself and grow up a little. you look like a freak.

In case you didn't hear it, Dear Evan Hansen had its first "official" Spanish debut in Argentina this month (under the title Querido Evan), to much fanfare.

But you know what really got me?

Not only did the production company behind Querido Evan also produce the latest production of Next to Normal (Casi Normales) in Argentina, at least FOUR actors currently in Querido Evan have also played roles in Casi Normales - and damn, the parallels in their roles they played!
