part 2 of charlie tahan x f!reader dating headcanons please?! 🥺🙏
Hellooo anon! Yes of course, here it goes! 💕
________________________________________
Charlie Tahan x Fem!Reader | Dating Headcanons Pt.2
Tumblr media
He's such a sweetheart when it comes to you 💕 He can be playfully bully and teasful around you, yes, but he does it because he loves you and has a lot of fun when he's around you
You literally spend most of the time in his house. It's like you live there now 😂 He mostly likes inviting you to sleepovers so he can talk and cuddle with you 🥺
Speaking of sleepovers...PILLOW FIGHTS ALL THE WAY, EVERY NIGHT
He's the first one who grabs the pillow and begins hitting you with it, forcing you to defend yourself with a pillow lmao
I don't think he's much into PDA, so he mostly likes showing off his affection in private, when you two can be together.
His hair is always long and messy, so you love messing and then brush it. He'll return the favour and doesn't mind brushing your hair, too ❤
TAKING YOU TO EAT AT MCDONALD'S!
He likes it when you kiss his cheek. If you have to leave somewhere or have to leave back to your home, he likes it when you kiss his cheek.
If you forget about kissing his cheek before you leave, he'll catch your attention and tap his cheek so you can kiss it.
If you begin acting, or are interested in acting, he'll teach you everything he can about it!
He'll also get you roles in shows or movies he's in, only so you can be together. It doesn't matter if it's a big or a small role, he'll get any role he can only for you.
I'm not sure if I said this before, but expect him to take you to every interview possible. Especially if it's online.
If the interview is via Zoom (or anything like that), you'll obviously be right besides him, but in an angle that you can't be seen because you prefer not to appear in some interviews 😅
Also, he gets extremely flushed when you flatter his performance in a show/movie. He'll pretend he doesn't mind much about it, but he actually loves hearing you compliment him...💕
Having tons of pics & videos of each other doing stupid things on your phone galleries 😭
Often using each others laps and shoulders as pillows
Makes you meet all his cast mates! They love you two and how happy you look together. (he also likes showing you off!)
When you're on your period, honestly he won't freak out. He already has some knowledge and experience about it. After all, he's got his mum and his younger sister, so he knows what you'll need to feel better.
You don't need to ask him for pads and meds, he's got you covered. He knows exactly what to buy and where. He'll also spoil you a lot with your favourite food & lots of snacks!
And if you fall sick...he becomes your personal doctor! 🤭 He'll take care of you as if you were a small baby, and he'd feed and take well care of you. He'd probably force you to stay near him by staying at his house😅
You also take care of him if he gets sick💕 He becomes more whiny, but you still love taking care of him like he does with you. He especially enjoys all the attention he receives from you 😩
Hand holding all the time! He loves how soft you feel when you touch his hand.
Also, he loves it when you caress his cheek with your fingertips. You make him feel soo vulnerable...♥️
Expect him to spoil you with flowers, gifts, hand-written notes, and all things like that. He likes being extra-romantic with you🥰
You're just an extremely happy couple who loves spending time together and holding hands. He'd literally do anything for you and your happiness 💕

experiment on me — jerome valeska
warnings: a punch thrown so far
notes: two parts? maybe three. the reader is gn.
word count: 559
Jerome Valeska was finally silenced to a halt after being put in handcuffs and mailed off to Arkham without a hitch. He got into fisticuffs and ran his show, as well as getting his face punched off, and saying he had quite the day was an understatement.
But to him, the walls of Arkham were getting way too familiar than he precedented, despite running the show in a place he once called home temporarily. All the other locked-up systematic outlaws and failures were getting way too stale for him to handle.
Jerome was on his hands and knees begging for some stimulation and uprising. He couldn’t stand it anymore. When Jerome gets his hands on his friends, and he would, he was gonna blow the building like no other person had dared.
Then came in (y/n), someone who didn’t need saving even at the hands of a disappointing city with too many flaws. A city that Jerome and (y/n) were proud to call their home.
Oh, the thrill of someone new. Jerome was excited. Someone with flair, style, and panache. Finally, he was getting lucky in his unfortunate incarceration at Arkham.
But (y/n) didn’t plan on staying there long.
“Hey,” They snapped, “Ginger raccoon.” (y/n) was getting tired of countless attempts at getting Jerome’s attention, so in turn, they backed up and threw a punch. Hopefully, that would wake the smiling psycho up from whatever fantasy land he was in at the moment.
You could tell he was awakening something inside him as his facial expression was recognizing that he had gotten punched. “Oh,” He grumbled, backing up, and touching his cheek gingerly as if it were severely injured. “Thanks for the wake-up call.”
“About damn time.” (y/n) muttered as they now finally had a grasp on the ginger’s attention.
“Now, look,” They whispered, leaning in, “I can tell you’re not new here, and definitely have thrown your hat in the ring way too many times.” They then glanced at one of the many guards that loomed around the halls to keep the inmates in order, “You see that unaffected sad sack over there?”
Jerome seemed intrigued, arching a brow and leaning forward, “I need you to get his attention.”
“Why not get all of them?” Jerome asked, throwing out his arms in question, “Wouldn’t that be easier?” He pushed himself away from the table, going forward to stand on it and cupping his hands around his face to holler.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, may I have your attention!”
And as if they were zombies, anyone who wasn’t at least partially brain-dead turned their focus flat straight at Jerome, incoherent mumbles and questions being heard throughout the crowd.
“Today will be the day!”
The mumbles and those who were talking to themselves suddenly started to cheer as if they were some high school mob at a pep rally or sporting event, some of them even standing up to copy Jerome, who they adored with an unknowing passion.
“Today will be the day!”
The crowd cheered once again, but this time with a further sense of determination and insanity, with half of them unsure of what the day was or what exactly they were cheering for; most of them were too unhinged to comprehend their own sense of being.
Then that’s when the lights went out.
And everything turned to chaos.

CHUCK RUSSELL RETURNS TO HORROR WITH WITCHBOARD, A WILD RE-IMAGINING OF THE CLASSIC 80'S FRANCHISE! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qr0d00hy1h8 From A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 3: DREAM WARRIORS and the beloved1988 remake of THE BLOB to THE MASK, ERASER, and THE SCORPION KING, director Chuck Russell has no shortage of imaginative fantasy/horror classics under his belt. Now he returns to the genre he’s marked so brilliantly with a radical reinvention of Kevin S. Tenney’s 1986 Canadian cult favorite WITCHBOARD. Emily becomes obsessed with the board's powers, exposing her to the ancient spirit of the Queen of Witches. Desperate to help his fiancé, Christian seeks the advice of occult expert Alexander Babtiste (Jamie Campbell Bower, Netflix's Stranger Things, the TWILIGHT saga), but Babtiste has dark secrets of his own. Shot in Montreal by cinematographer Yaron Levy (UNIVERSAL SOLDIER: DAY OF RECKONING). Also starring David La Haye (TRUE NORTH), Charlie Tahan (Netflix's Ozark), Antonia Desplat (AppleTV+'s Shantaram), and Mel Jarnson (MORTAL KOMBAT).

MIGUEL LLANSÓ’S INFINITE SUMMER IS A TRIPPY, TRANSHUMANIST FEAT OF FILMMAKING Estonia-based Miguel Llansó (CRUMBS, JESUS SHOWS YOU THE WAY TO THE HIGHWAY) is a singular gift to cinema. Fantasia is proud to be bringing the visionary iconoclast back to Montreal for the World Premiere of what may be his most compelling creation yet: INFINITE SUMMER, a trippy transhumanist sci-fi exploration vibrant with humor, poignancy, and gonzo invention. On a summer break, Mia and her friends try a meditation app that that’s somehow related to the operating system of the Tallinn Zoo, changing in the body chemistry of its users into something between pollen and cosmic dust. Mia will need to choose between saving her friends or joining them.  An astonishing film, produced by legendary US producing partners Allison Rose Carter and Jon Read (EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE, AMERICAN HONEY), Rain Rannu (CHASING UNICORNS, THE INVISIBLE FIGHT), and Tõnu Hiielaid (KRATT), and Llansó himself, starring Hannah Gross (Netflix’s Mindhunter), Johanna Rosin, and Teele Kaljuvee-O'Brock.

TRUTH BE TOLD, CONFESSION IS A MASTERFULLY CRAFTED SINGLE-LOCATION THRILLER Every Winter since Sayuri’s tragic disappearance sixteen years ago, Asai and Jiyong climb the mountain where it happened to honor her memory. However, an intense blizzard and a catastrophic injury convince Jiyong he’s done for and, before forcing Asai to leave him to die, he shares a devastating revelation. Asai returns, however, after finding a nearby cabin and now, isolated for the night, the two have to deal with Jiyong’s not-so-last words... the hard way. Two award-winning Fantasia legends, director Nobuhiro Yamashita (LA LA LA AT ROCK BOTTOM) and actor/writer/director Yang Ik-june (BREATHLESS), along with superstar Toma Ikuta (THE MOLE SONG trilogy), team up to adapt a beloved manga into a narrative and technical achievement, one of the best single-location thrillers ever created. JAYRO BUSTAMANTE’S RITA WILL HAUNT YOUR MEMORY AND BREAK YOUR HEART Following up on the international success of his brilliant LA LLORONA (2019), director Jayro Bustamante’s RITA fuses mythical fantasy and whimsical imagery with themes of childhood innocence and the potent emotional register of a story based on a harrowing real-life event, wherein 41 young women needlessly burned to death inside a Guatemalan orphanage in the midst of a protest about inhumane conditions. At its core is the powerful performance of Guiliana Santa Cruz, who speaks for all the young women who suffered. As a result, the story speaks much to the power of female anger, and yet, not once does the director lose sense of the fact that at its heart, Rita’s tale is one of girlhood, of dreams, of an innocence lost, and regained within the bosom of female solidarity.

THIS MAN BLENDS WESTERN INSPIRATIONS WITH J-HORROR TROPES IN A PERFECT MELTING POT OF TERROR An inexplicable wave of tragic deaths plunges two investigators into the heart of a fateful whirlwind, where logic and facts have no value as a far-fetched urban legend seems to come true. A mother plagued by terrifying dreams, seeing her friends and colleagues disappear one after the other, and her family witness the horror unfold. Director and screenwriter Tomojiro Amano (TRAPPED IN MAKYO) skillfully fuses the styles of Eastern and Western classics, referencing RINGU, IT FOLLOWS, and A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET among others, to create an intimate, oppressive work that constantly keeps viewers on the edge of their seats as it slowly and subtly unveils the pandemic-like slaughter outside. At the crest of the international horror-film harvest of 2024, already a banner year, THIS MAN is sure to lodge itself in viewers' memories. With such potential, a Hollywood remake wouldn’t be surprising.

A SAMURAI IN TIME IS WORTH THE TIME AND TRAVEL TO SEE An Edo-period swordsman is flung into the future, arriving in modern Kyoto to confront utter confusion—and an acting career. The medieval warrior transported to modern times is a variant of the time-travel subgenre that has been explored many times around the world. Award-winning writer/director Junichi Yasuda (GOHAN), however, offers a take on the theme that’s not only clever, funny, and distinctly Japanese, but remarkably poignant. Shot on location at Toei Studios Kyoto, A SAMURAI IN TIME is held together by the subtle and convincing performance of lead actor Makiya Yamaguchi. More than just a fun fish-out-of-water fantasy, it’s an homage to samurai cinema as it wanes as surely as the shogunate once did.

SWIPE RIGHT ON ELRIC KANE’S DATING APP CHILLER THE DEAD THING A young woman, lost in a series of meaningless connections through dating apps, falls in love with a charismatic man who is hiding a dark secret that turns her affair into a dangerous obsession. Smart, tragic and unsettling, Pure Cinema host Elric Kane’s first solo-directed feature is a character-driven supernatural nightmare that explores the demons of modern dating in ways that are both horrific and disturbingly relatable.  Swipe right on this profound piece of genre cinema that is destined to become a horror classic. Staring Blu Hunt (Netflix’s Another Life), Ben Smith-Petersen (MAD MAX: FURY ROAD), Katherine Hughes (ECHO 3), and John Karna (SCREAM). Co-Written by Webb Wilcoxen (The Frontier). Produced by Monte Yazzie, Matt Mercer (BLISS), and Rebekah McKendry (GLORIOUS).

MASHING UP GENRES, MASH VILLE IS A KOREAN CULT CLASSIC IN THE MAKING Someone has died after drinking the bootleg liquor brewed by Se-jong and his two younger brothers. While on a mission to retrieve their deadly booze before another person perishes from it, they come across two homicidal cultists who are terrorizing the villagers. The love that director Hwang Wook (LIVE HARD, DOG EAT DOG) harbors for the Western, action, and comedy genres shines through from start to finish with stylish cinematography, quirky characters, and an incredibly entertaining screenplay. Most importantly, pitch-black humor abounds. Hwang and company commit to their absurdity, and it’s an absolute blast, a genre-mashing crowd-pleaser sure to be a Korean cult classic as time goes on.

LUCÍA PUENZO’S ELECTROPHILIA CASTS A SUBVERSIVE NEW VISION A woman wakes up from a coma six weeks after being struck by lightning and finds herself compulsively drawn to electric currents as her body’s workings begin to change. She soon joins an underground support group of strike survivors led by a dangerously charismatic doctor, opening a doorway into unexpected new explorations. A gripping, sensorial experience with a visceral emotional core, ELECTROPHILIA is the latest creation from Cannes-award-winning Argentinian filmmaker and novelist Lucía Puenzo (THE FISH CHILD, XXY). Reminiscent of CRASH-era Cronenberg, it is a subversive and beautiful genre work, a different kind of self-discovery tale, and a new breed of dramatic thriller. Starring Mariana Di Girolamo (Pablo Larrain’s EMA), German Palacios (EL RAPTO), and Guillermo Pfening (THE GERMAN DOCTOR).

A MORALLY CHALLENGING TALE OF REVENGE, PENALTY LOOP TAKES A FAMILIAR THEME ON A DEVILISHLY TWISTED PATH https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-uwF0-__uY Left bereft by the wanton and inexplicable murder of his girlfriend, Jun chooses his own justice, carefully planning the perfect murder of the man who led him to become what he wants to eliminate. Once the vengeance is consummated, he wakes up with a confirmed sense of déjà-vu and his target alive and well, repeating the same routine as the day before. Offering a breathless, dark, and innovative variation on the time-loop concept, writer/director Shinji Araki (THE TOWN OF HEADCOUNTS) establishes himself as a sure thing in contemporary Japanese genre cinema with this unpredictable, shocking narrative that constantly twists and turns toward a conclusion that’s as satisfying as it is devastating. Carried by a convincing duo of actors in perfect sync, PENALTY LOOP is an accomplishment condemning Araki to return to the forefront with each of his future projects.

THE ADAMS FAMILY BIRTH CREATURES AT A SERBIAN FRACKING SITE IN HELL HOLE A road trip through Canadian oil fields conjured up fantasies of secrets deep in the dirt for the Adams family, and inspired them to create HELL HOLE, an indie rock-n-roll monster movie set at a far-away fracking site. Known for their DIY ethos, John and Lulu Adams and Toby Poser, partnering with Shudder, have joined the team behind The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs and FX legend Todd Masters to shoot their latest in Serbia with a local cast and crew. Absurd, mutinous, and transgressively comical, Hell Hole is old-school sci-fi horror, yet in typical family fashion, they subvert the genre with textures of biological and environmental horror in tandem with questions of gender and bodily autonomy. This will be the fourth time that Fantasia World Premieres work from the gifted filmmaking family, following launches of THE DEEPER YOU DIG, HELLBENDER, and WHERE THE DEVIL ROAMS.

DEAD DEAD FULL DEAD MUTATES THE WHODUNIT GENRE Junior police officers Balraam and Zubeida make a cute couple, but not the most diligent detectives. Called to a posh apartment tower to investigate a reported murder, the seemingly straightforward case quickly becomes a conundrum that would confuse even Sherlock Holmes. When the victim herself returns from the afterlife, matters become even more muddled, and soon enough the question isn’t who killed her... but who didn’t?! With the deadpan delirium of his debut feature, Mumbai-based editor and filmmaker Pratul Gaikwad offers a very odd, otherworldly mutation on the much-loved mystery-comedy genre. Featuring paranormal powers and multiple manias, cosmic wonders and covert class warfare, celestial bureaucracy and dysfunctional love, and even a supernaturally transformed goat, Gaikwad’s surreal whodunit offers a bit of everything... except perhaps proper law-enforcement procedure.

Safe - Gotham!Jonathan Crane Imagine
Tumblr media
Petrified.
One of the main emotions he felt, day in and day out. The Scarecrow was always there, looming in the shadows, ready to pounce and play his torturous games. He could never be rid of it.
But there was one thing - one person - that could ease the extreme terror of it all. One girl that could majestically, even angelically, cause the Scarecrow to flee, just by her casual presence,
And that girl was you.
His dad was obsessed with conquering fear, and as his son, Jonathan Crane was involved in the toxin work. Of course he wouldn’t go against him. But one night, when the GCPD discovered what was really happening, his father got shot - but not before injecting Jonathan with a huge amount of the toxin.
That was when the Scarecrow made his appearance. And when he did, well, Jonathan couldn’t think straight - in fact, he couldn’t think at all. He would scream until he couldn’t scream anymore, absolutely terrified of the demon who ceaselessly haunted him. Which was often.
You had met Jonathan a few months ago or so, your curiosity getting the better of you when you followed Gerald Crane and his son to a pool, where an apparent attempted murder happened inside. You had accidentally bumped into his son when you decided it was probably best to leave, and though he was wary and seemingly nervous at first, to you he was just an innocent boy. After a few minutes, you were forced to leave, as his dad was making his way back - but ever since then, you two had seen each other around, and you were pretty much his only friend. In fact, friend was quite an understatement. You two were very close.
So when you came to him when he was in hospital after the incident, instantly ridding him of the Scarecrow that was advancing towards him - much to his astonishment, and got him out of having to stay in an asylum (as he didn’t really have anywhere else to stay) it was agreed that he could stay with you, in your apartment, with a much more positive and homey vibe to it. The two of you started dating not too long after, and Jonathan was in constant awe of how his waking nightmare would vanish as soon as you came near. But your good-nature and kindheartedness were so comforting and lovable to him, and he couldn’t understand how you were so happy with staying by his side, calming him down after nightmares or being there, listening.
This particular night, though, the hated figure haunted him yet again, in his sleep, and his whimpers and unconscious struggling caught your attention from your bedroom, which was opposite his. You weren’t really asleep anyway, reading a captivating mystery novel in the dim yellow glow from the lamp on your nightstand. Placing the book down, you slid out of bed and immediately went over to Jonathan’s room, concern and sympathy in your expression as you gently shook him awake, causing him to inhale sharply, green-blue eyes wide. He let out a shaky breath after noticing you sitting beside him, relaxing slightly and stuttering your name.
“It’s okay,” you said softly, brushing chocolate-brown locks out from his face and holding his shaking hand, “it’s okay, Jonnie. Breathe.”
Jonathan held your hand tighter, sitting up a little. “God, I hate this,” he mumbled. He glanced around the dark room quickly for any sign of the dreaded creature, but it wasn’t there. Of course it wasn’t. You were here.
“I know,” you said, shifting a little closer to him, “I’m sorry... just, try not to think about it, okay? You’re safe.”
Jonathan nodded, and you smiled warmly, wrapping your arms around him and hugging him tightly. He returned it just as tightly, burying his head in your neck and breathing in your sweet, calming scent.
“Thank you,” he whispered, pulling away and meeting your gaze with a weak smile, “thank you, for not leaving, or anything...”
You nodded and smiled. “Yeah, of course. Shall I go now, or-”
“No,” he said quickly, before breaking eye-contact nervously, “no... ca- can you stay?”
You nodded again in understanding. “Sure.”
Jonathan moved over a little and you climbed in beside him, where he immediately wrapped his arms around you, as if you were the only thing grounding him to the earth, to safety and literally everything else. Which you kind of were.
“You alright?”
He nodded, his breathing slowly returning to normal as you ran your fingers through his hair. After a minute or so, he whispered your name, and your gaze flicked to meet his.
“Yeah?”
He hesitated for a few moments, a blush dusting his cheeks before he quietly said, “I... I love you.”
You smiled, butterflies and affection forming at his words. “I love you too, Jonnie.”
He pulled you in then, pressing his soft lips to yours, pleasure and warmth spreading throughout his body as you returned it. You eventually broke apart, and Jonathan hugged you tightly again, nuzzling against you tiredly before you both drifted to sleep in each other's arms.
So, it was true - petrified was one of the main emotions he felt, day in and day out. But the others he felt, when he was with you - they were love, comfort, and just... safety. Completely safe, so long as you were with him, being the light in his darkness.

Gotham 4x01 - Re-watch review
Preparing myself for Gotham coming back. I also need an outlet for Gotham feels so here this is. If anyone thinks I should do more, let me know.
Wow, has it really been 3 seasons of nightmares for Jon? How long has he been awake again?
Bruce taking on a mask! And totally gives me Smallville flashbacks with his ‘suit’. I sometimes forget that Bruce has been trained for so long. I appreciate the show giving Bruce skills that don’t feel out of nowhere.
Why did the man wait until after being beaten to mention the license? Wave it in his face, dude!
Cutting a cake with a chainsaw. I should totally do that one day, as long as I don’t cut someone in half in the process. Don’t want to ruin the cake.
I am surprised the men didn’t take some cake before robbing. That’s what I would have done. I mean, you might as well get some free cake out of it...that’s all I’m saying.
The groom buying the cheap ring gag XD I love it. Can’t afford an expensive ring in Gotham? Imagine that.
“Excuse me, hi.” Only Victor could be such a gentleman and threatening at the same time.
I love that they have to state Victor’s name like they are reminding the audience. You know, just in case we already didn’t know him or fantasize about him becoming a regular... It’s not like he has a huge fan base or anything. Perhaps reminding new comers--who probably came into the show after seeing scarecrow/Batboy promos--that Victor is boss and must be known.
And Victor saves the wedding from being-yeah, just kidding. He totally just delayed the inevitable.
Penguin changes his crime boss game, along with his hair game. I am in the minority that kind of likes this new hair style. Although, I am pretty sure he just wanted to fool people into thinking he grew a couple of inches by making his hair taller.
Is Penguin progressing or regressing?
Harvey makes a great captain. Not without issues but still good at being in charge. This is where he tries to keep Jim in line....hahahaha good luck with that. Most people have tried and failed. No one puts Jim in the corner if he has anything to do with it!
Mr. Pennnnn! I love Mr. Penn. Mr. Penn is pure. Mr. Penn is life. He IS the show.
Alfred tries to create more slow burn on the Batman build up. Bruce is stubborn and ignores Alfred. Who would have predicted this?
I am sure these men pushing and bullying Jon isn’t going to bite them later on.
Many people in Gotham live their greatest fears...which surprisingly isn’t simply living in Gotham or being Jim’s next love interest.
I love that Harvey thinks that threatening to fire Jim will do anything.
#Asylum management problems #shocker
How would you describe Victor? Just read his fan blogs, you’ll get some kinky answers. Although, I imagine Victor would be so touched to hear Jim and Harvey’s answers.
Plot armor saves Harvey and Jim’s lives.
Selina shows just how great of an actress she would be in another life...wait a minute...
Tabby + big sis = happy me. Showing how to torture and murder? She is the best influence.
The part where Batboy visits Jim and disappears is still one of my favorite moments. On that note, pretty sure there is a extended scene where Jim looks around, only to find Bruce hiding behind a desk.
Gothamites are still confused why Penguin has his BF on ice. Of course, Oswald is honest and tells the truth, giving a story similar to Freeze
A coincidence that he says brain disease and then Ed’s brain is...?
“It’s over” . Um...Jim...what exactly are you expecting? Just the licenses? I almost feel he expects this scenario: Oswald quits. He’s done trying to be a crime boss after he cannot control one gang and loses licenses. He decides to retire to an igloo somewhere to go live with the penguins. Gotham lives in peace.
Ugh kill me. Just when you think Oswald might be entirely cold toward Ed (no pun intended), he proves that he does in fact still care. You don’t fool anyone Ozzie!
Ivy reminds me why I love her so much. So observant lol Going to miss Maggie. Oswald should really get a room for him and his Ed-sycle...but I’m afraid of the repercussions of that.
Jon realizes his true calling as Scarecrow...not to be confused with being an actual scarecrow. Made that mistake once.
Bruce and Penguin! I petition more scenes with them.
Ivy gets ignored, as Selina forgets they were friends and doesn’t stick up for her. It’s okay. I still love you Ivy.
Batcat having a nice moment. This apology is the first of many Bruce will have regarding his jerk attitude, I’m sure.
Ouch. Don’t mention the cinema Alfred.
Penguin fantasizes his ex haunting him and falls into the arms of his on/off boyfriend.
Is it my imagination or did Tabby do more to save the day than the GCPD did in this episode?
I am so surprised Mr. Penn didn’t get in a bind over giving Bruce that list.
Over all: I love this premiere. Lots of great character interactions and building up the season nicely. Everyone got some good moments. I also love the balance of tone. While there was some plot armor and bullying into more villainy, it isn’t all that surprising.
Best performance: Cory. His performance was so chilling. Such a cool dude...okay, while he is an amazing actor,  I actually have to give it to Charlie Tahan in this episode. He was impressive and did a great job. Only wish he could have continued to play this character but I wish him well.

Famous Batman foe the Scarecrow will return to Gotham in season 4, with executive producer John Stephens saying the upcoming season will see the character featuring in “a horror movie episode.”
“At the very beginning of the season, Penguin has solidified his control upon Gotham like never before. Where he’s kind of unionized crime,” Stephens told CinemaBlend. “And scarecrow comes in to basically reintroduce fear into Gotham and to remind people that the dark is still scary out there. And we’re really going to fashion, especially Episode 2, almost a horror movie episode where we really get to see Scarecrow. I think he’s, like, purely terrifying. Imagine, rather than the other versions of Scarecrow out there — because there are a lot of different versions — what if you just really tell Scarecrow as a horror movie? Because he could be scary as hell.”
Jonathan Crane (Charlie Tahan), the future Scarecrow, first appeared in Gotham’s premiere season as son of the deranged Dr. Gerald Crane (Julian Sands). Initially hesitant towards his father’s criminal deeds, Jonathan later overdosed on the elder Crane’s anti-fear serum, seemingly trapping the young man in a world of his worst fears. With daddy Crane dead by way of police shootout, the pieces are in place for Jonathan Crane to assume the identity of the horrific Scarecrow. A mentally unhinged fear monger is a perfect enemy for Batman (or a future Batman), with the character having appeared in multiple films, cartoons, and video games since his creation in 1941. Scarecrow made repeat appearances throughout Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures, also popping up in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Scarecrow made his live-action debut as the secondary villain in Batman Begins, with Crane returning for both of Christopher Nolan’s followups, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises. Most recently, Scarecrow starred as the main villain in Batman: Arkham Knight, the closer to Rocksteady’s Batman video game trilogy.
Gotham season 4 debuts Thursday, September 21st at 8/7c on Fox.

Tumblr media
Charlie Tahan x Fem!Reader | Dating Headcanons
When you first met, you were actually very awkward around each other, and only had small chats. Eventually, you got to know each other better and got to be very close friends.
You were practically glued to each other, and you were also very touchy: always hugging, touching each others hair, or even grabbing hands.
Everyone around you knew you had a secret crush on each other and teased you with it, making you flustered as hell 🤭 It was too obvious, but you still denied it.
Some time passed before you actually came to terms with your feelings as the closeness between you two grew and intensified.
He decided to confess to you by inviting you to go out on a walk with him. He was really nervous about confessing as he didn't know how you would react, but he had the intense need to tell you how he felt.
Despite you being rather obvious about your crush for him, he was still surprised about you returning the feelings by telling him you loved him too, and giving him a big hug + a loving kiss on his soft cheek.
If you were teased by your friends before dating, imagine now that you're officially together. The teasing is intensified! And somehow, it still causes you two to blush at the comments.
He takes you everywhere with him! Especially to the premieres. He gets so flustered at the sight of you looking prettier than ever.
There isn't a single premiere were he hasn't take you. You're literally by his side all the time and would always be grabbing your hand.
Whenever he can, he also takes you to the interviews so he can feel comforted by your presence. If the interview is online, you're obviously going to be by his side, grabbing his hand and caressing it with your fingers.
His hair is usually long, so you love playing with it, as well as interwining your fingers in it and messing with his hair. It's soo incredibly soft 😍
When he started dating you he was a bit shy, but eventually he got more confident around you and is very teasingly playful with you.
Definitely calling each other silly names, for example: "Idiot"
"God, you're such an idiot, Tahan." You said rolling your eyes to him. "No, clearly you are."
You love each other even if you call each other idiots.
Speaking of nicknames, he probably gives you a lot of nicknames. His favourites are: "love", "baby", and "angel". Sometimes he'd call you by a nickname of your name and would also call you "princess".
He looks like he's kind of private about his personal life, so he doesn't post much about you on his social media only to protect your privacy as well.
Probably has 1-2 posts with you, as well as a few stories, but that's it. He doesn't want you to feel uncomfortable at all.
Invinting each other to your houses all the time! He's the one who's always taking you to his home, mostly because he invites you to eat and watch something with him.
His family loves you! They like how well you treat him, and besides you're very sweet around them🥰
You befriend his sister only to tease and soft-bully him together lmao
You frequent his bedroom because he likes having you watching movies with him on bed. Probably taking tons of snacks and chocolates to bed, too 🤭
At one moment he pretends that he fell asleep only to lurk you and make you fall asleep in his bed while cuddling him.
CUDDLES ARE ALL THE TIME
He likes having you hug him! He'll immediatly hug you back and pet your hair in a loving manner.
Always kissing each other on your cheeks, head, lips, or jaw. You also kiss each others hands! He likes the feeling of your hands in his, so he'll always kiss them.
He likes how soft your skin feels. He's always caressing or cupping your cheeks with his hands. Also, your hair...he absolutely LOVES it.
Watching all the movies and shows he's been in. Especially the ones where he was a little kid because he looked so adorable and you love teasing him with it 😭
Always making you meet his cast friends! No matters which movie or show he's in, he's always taking you to the set and presenting you to the cast, which kind of makes you blush.
He playfully loves giving you piggy back rides. Also carries you in his arms and spins you around lmao
Usually he's very playful and likes teasing you around. But there are moments where he gets really soft around you. He likes placing his head on your lap and having you play around with his hair, and vice versa. He's literally a softie only for you ♥️
Generally, you spend all day long with him if you can, and he takes you EVERYWHERE with him, and also follows you around like a lost puppy. It's like you're glued to each other, but only because he loves you very much and appreciates your company and all the support you give him. 🥰

Season 4 premiere of #Gotham is here! Review, Rate, Spoilers. Episode one "Pax Penguina"
Greetings and salutations my fellow Gothamites. Yes, it is that wonderful time of year once again; the time for a new season, new characters, and new hero in the making that the city of Gotham truly deserves. A Dark Knight. (See how I added the tagline there?)
A strange system of unionized crime, an exciting new club in town, a Riddler-sicle, some alleyway butt-kicking, and an answer to the question that has been buzzing around for three years: “What the heck happened to Jonathan Crane?”
Season four of Gotham, episode one. Here we go.
And right off the bat, (pun not intended at first, but now that I think about it, pun totally intended), we see a masked figure save a family from some thugs with some good old-fashioned fisticuffs. Who was that masked figure you might ask? Why, it’s Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) dabbling in some vigilantism (and doing a pretty good job so far, I might add). After the skirmish, Bruce discovers that the thugs possessed a license with a very familiar umbrella-shaped stamp on it.
Elsewhere, without Bruce’s knowledge, Ra’s al Ghul (Alexander Siddig) observes Bruce’s escalades like a mentor watches a student or how a father watches his own son.
We then see a wedding in progress. Everyone’s having fun, they’re happy, the band pulls a proper Rick Rolling, and a good time is being had by all. But since this is Gotham City, the celebration is cut off, of course, by some hicks in masks and armed to the teeth. You know the drill, they demand cash, phones, jewelry, valuables and nobody gets hurt. You know how you do.
A whistle rings through the hall; almost like a signal. Everyone turns their heads to see…. Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan)! Man, I’ve missed him!
He, in his own way, politely informed the gunmen that in order to commit a crime in Gotham, you gotta have a license; and the only way to get a license is to ask the Penguin and give him a good cut of the earnings. As long as you have those licenses, you can commit a crime without being arrested or persecuted by the police. The leader of the hicks, Merton (Michael Buscemi), says hell to the no on that offer. In return, Zsasz shoots his finger clean off, causing the hicks to run along. The bride and groom thank Victor for saving their wedding from the thugs….only to be bombarded by other thugs that do have a license.
What did you expect? It’s Gotham.
Meanwhile, in a creepy, dimly lit, congressional looking room, the new Mayor and commissioner of Gotham are having a meeting with the former mayor and now full-time Kingpin Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor). And, basically, since Penguin has organized and unionized crime, the crime rate has been cut by 57%. A historic low for the city of Gotham. Mayor Burke (Larry Pine) is all-in-all “thankful” for Penguin’s um…”contributions” to help keep the city safe, but he is still hesitant about the new licensed criminals’ system. With a somewhat calm exterior and a smile, Penguin insists on how exactly the hordes of criminals that once prowled the streets of Gotham…
First, he hunted them down, then he-
Okay, okay fine. Use your imagination. The point is: Oswald Cobblepot mad Gotham City safer. However, Gotham will ALWAYS have crime. And all that he’s asking from Mayor Burke is to have crime be put in the hands of professionals. A simple deal with simple terms….well, yeah, I mean, Penguin does get a sweet profit from it; but being the expert negotiator he is, Mayor Burke and the commissioner get a little percentage of the profits themselves.
Unionized crime, no press, no police interference, and a piece of the pie for everyone. God bless America.
We finally see Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) make an appearance as he takes a visit to a bar for his coffee. Unfortunately, Jim stumbled upon a random thug robbing the bartender at gunpoint. Jim gets ready to do his GCPD thing when the thug tells him that he has a license…….needless to say, Jim Gordon does not give a single rat’s ass and arrests the fool. Ah, good old Jim. Good to be back.
At Wayne Manor, Alfred (Sean Pertwee) confronts Bruce about his late night activities. While Bruce informs Alfred that he intends to stop Penguin’s new crime syndicate. Such a busy boy Master B is.
Remember those hicks at the wedding? We see Merton and his partner Grady (Michael Maize) take a stroll down to Arkham Asylum to visit a certain patient. A certain patient that we have not seen in three years or so: Jonathan Crane (Charlie Tahan).
(It’s been so long!)
In his years of confinement, the effects of the fear toxin, created by his whack-a-doo father, are still well within Jonathan’s system; causing him to live with his mind being in a constant state of fear which had left Jonathan traumatized and with a self-made, imagined “Boogeyman” scarecrow-like being that haunts him.  Merton and Grady bribe the Warden of Arkham (Damian Young) to let them take Jonathan Crane with them. They drag him out of his cell and close up to see a drawing that Jonathan had been scribbling on the floor almost obsessively.
They take Jonathan back to his home and uncover more of his father’s experimental drugs for the fear toxin. With the use of an actual scarecrow, Merton and Grady force Jonathan to make more of the toxin, which they have weaponized and use it to rob a bank on live television to show that Penguin a lesson.
While investigating the crime scene, Jim notices that the method the hick thugs used was very similar to Gerald Crane’s fear toxin and informs his partner in crime Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue). From this, they deduce that Merton must have forced Jonathan to reveal the fear toxin formula.
Jim and Harvey pay a visit to the Warden at Arkham Asylum, which wasn’t exactly very fruitful. So, they go to Grady’s apartment. Unfortunately for them, he and Merton were waiting for them. The head hick Merton explains that they want to send a message to Penguin about him and his licenses.
Elsewhere, we see Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) walking alone at night in an alley. Since this is Gotham, a bunch of muggers take notice and surround her.
But guess what? Selina was hoping they would do that and then she pulled out that whip and when ALL KINDS of proto-Catwoman on them! One guy tries to get up and attack Selina from behind when Tabitha Galavan (Jessica Lucas) and knocks him right upside the head. This was a teaching moment for Tabitha to give to Selina. Never turn your back on a guy unless you know for sure that he’s down. And a lesson learned means pizza for Selina and Tabby.
After bringing a box of pepperoni-covered goodness back to their apartment, Tabitha and Selina see that Victor Zsasz has been waiting for them. Though he did not come with violent intentions, Victor did come with a request: that Tabitha and Selina should come over to Penguin, get a license, and let a lot of vicious and scaring bygones be vicious and scaring bygones. Selina full-heartedly agrees with the promise of more power, money, and a better place to live. Having her pride, Tabitha refuses.
At the not-yet-opened Iceberg Lounge, Oswald Cobblepot gives a statement to inaugurate his new club. A club to see and be seen. The conference of reporters inquire about the new licenses and crime in the city. Oswald gives a rousing statement about how Caesar Augustus once had a period of calm with rarely any violent acts of crime or aggression. He called it “Pax Romana”. Cobblepot goes on to state that without the GCPD getting in the way, this could possibly be known as his “Pax Penguina.”
Oswald then reveals his most “interesting” centerpiece: Edward Nygma, the Riddler himself (Corey Michael Smith) completely frozen solid.
(Eh, I’ve already made like a ton of ice puns….)
Making use of the advice that Bruce gave him, Jim Gordon marches into the club and informs Penguin that the gang of hicks (look, I know they probably have a better name than that, but once you watch the episode, you’d call them the same thing) are coming after Penguin with fear toxin. Jim’s threat and antagonizing goads Oswald into wanting to catch the gang of hicks for himself.
Opening night of the Iceberg Lounge is going splendidly. The sights, lights, sounds, music, the mingling, the top-drawer of Gotham’s society attending, and the apropos ice-themed décor makes it look like a gathering of Gatsbys. Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth are even in attending too. However, Bruce has more of a hidden agenda to be there than just to make an appearance as a Wayne. He means to uncover any information he can get about Penguin’s new licenses for legal crime. Bruce and Oswald have a conversation underlined with so much more that what is being said. Very Batman, I might add.
Without realizing it completely, Oswald reveals that he is working with a man that has a list of people with licenses. Bruce intends to make his move until he sees Selina Kyle from across the room.
Ignoring Bruce and focusing on her true intention, Selina talks to Victor Zsasz about agreeing to get a license. Victor implies that the deal was meant for her and her babysitter, Tabitha. Coincidentally, Tabitha shows up behind Selina and agrees to get a license from Penguin.
Meanwhile, the gang of hicks decide to attack Penguin at his inauguration. With Jonathan have made more of the fear toxin, they take the scarecrow, throw it in a closet and Jonathan along with it, locking the door.
In his fear-induced hallucination, Jonathan sees the scarecrow come to life once again and comes toward him. Trying with all of his might, with his primal screams of terror, and plead after plead to let him out of the closet, Jonathan is completely alone, completely trapped with his personal boogeyman.
Jonathan falls to the ground, cowering, whimpering, and shaking. His hallucination calls out to him, “Jonathan….Jonathan….Jonathan…
JONATHAN!”
Back at the Lounge, or more likely, outside the Lounge, Bruce meets up with Selina who is walking along the rooftop.
The conversation that commences between them, how can I put it? It’s probably one of the most Batman talking to Catwoman and Selina Kyle talking back to Bruce Wayne thing I have ever seen.
Bruce apologizes for snapping at Selina the way he did back at the hospital. Selina plays coy and insists that she can’t hear him unless he comes to the edge of the roof with her. Bruce walks along the ledge with no problem, which impresses Selina. The reunion of star-crossed vigilantes is interrupted by Alfred who informs Bruce that there is a situation building inside.
The gang of hicks, you know, as AMAZINGLY SUBTLE AS THEY ARE, managed to get caught by Penguin and Zsasz and are brought out in the party as an example of criminals without licenses. How if the GCPD and people like the hicks continue, no one is safe. Bruce steps up to Penguin and asks what he plans to do with those criminals. With a quick tilt of the head and a smile, Oswald insures that he has nothing to be concerned with regarding that particular subject.
This angers the already scorned Ivy Pepper (Maggie Geha) and she sneaks off to find the main power switch and shut the party down.
The sudden blackout causes people to panic and, using that panic to their advantage, the gang of hicks sprays Oswald Cobblepot with the fear toxin, causing him to hallucinate a monstrous version of Edward Nygma coming back to life.
Honestly, when I first saw the image of hallucination Edward, it kinda reminded me of those reptile-like people you see in those Believe It Or Not books.
With Jim, Bullock, Alfred, and Zsasz trying to find and fight the hicks, Grady manages to get away. A quivering and distraught Oswald is left grasping onto Jim Gordon, suffering the devastating effects of the fear toxin.
The next night, in full mask and overcoat, Bruce manages to get the list of other criminals with licenses. (Also, in a very Batman-like way). On a rooftop, Bruce accidentally comes upon a robbery in progress. As he leans in closer on the window overlooking the scene, the structure breaks and Bruce falls into the building. In a hurry, the burglars leave. Sirens can be seen and heard from the outside, leaving Bruce being caught without his mask.
Back at the Crane House, Grady to get more of the fear toxin from Jonathan. He goes to the closet and calls out for him, “Jonathan! Hey, Crane!”
Only a distorted voice answers back.
“Jonathan Crane isn’t here anymore.”
Grady adjusts his eyes to the horror, the creature inside the closet where Jonathan Crane once was. A hemp-like material stretched, wrapped, and sewed around him like skin. Spikes of straw seeping out of his body. Two dark circles with a glowing white hue stare straight at Grady.
“IT’S JUST THE SCARECROW!”
PHEW! There was a lot stuff going on in this premiere!
First off: it was a very well shot episode and a very, VERY well written episode. Even though, with some episodes, when Gotham puts so much in an episode, it does feel rushed and too busy. This episode did not. Yes, there was lot going on, but the pacing of both the dialogue and action was very well done.
THINGS I LIKED:
I think I can speak for the majority for the Gotham audience when I say,
“Yes! Victor Zsasz! Yes!”
Anthony Carrigan brings so much weight to a character in the Batman comics that isn’t very well known. I absolutely love Carrigan’s approach to Zsasz. His brand of crazy and psychotic reality is very evident in his speech, his movement; Do not misunderstand, the character of Zsasz in both Gotham and in the comics is as insane and threatening, but in Gotham, this Zsasz doesn’t need to go full crazy with his tally marks and constant need for liberation. Carrigan plays at Victor Zsasz’s madness like he had a mesh lid on it. He doesn’t just bombard the audience with crazy all the time, but now and again, the sadistic killer seeps through and you can tell that Anthony Carrigan is loving every minute of it and so are we.
I would like to see more scars on Zsasz, or have them continue some focus on the tally marks on his body like they did in the first season. I think it would be cool if we could intermittently see more and more tallies accumulate.
I love what they did with Jonathan Crane and I love what Charlie Tahan did with him too.  Well done. And I’m not just saying this cause Scarecrow is one of my top ten favorite Batman villains. His transformation into the Scarecrow, I really liked too. His fear, his hallucination, his own boogeyman completely consumed what was left of Jonathan Crane. When he said “Jonathan Crane isn’t here anymore”, he actually means it. I have got to give major props to the writers for doing so much and doing it so well with Jonathan in just ONE episode. I can’t wait to see what Scarecrow has up his newly parchment sleeve.
It is so nice and refreshing to see Oswald Cobblepot go back to being a crime boss and back to being the Penguin. Creating a system of unionized crime that is legal in a way that actually makes sense, getting the Mayor of Gotham and the commissioner of the police department to agree to this system, take a part in it, and look the other way, stealing the Sirens’ Club and making it his infamous Iceberg Lounge, parading his defeat of the Riddler and making it seem like he’s helping a friend with a rare brain disease (freaking hilarious by the way. He just had that story teed up and ready to go), cutting down the crime rate by 57%, and doing all this while keeping a smile on his face and having an answer and response for anything that comes his way.
I also enjoyed his little moment of vulnerability as he had a private talk with himself and the green popsicle. “Which one of us is really frozen?” Quite the ponder.
Of course, seeing Bruce getting more comfortable in being a vigilante, but not quite Batman yet, is always a treat. I spazzed out like such a nerd during his talk with Jim Gordon and how he left the conversation before it was over. Just the whole conversation was such a Gordon/Batman moment.
I did like the conversation between Bruce and Selina. It was very coy and it had such undertone to it.
Basically any moment with Harvey Bullock is awesome.
THINGS I DID NOT LIKE:
If I had a dollar for every time Selina had the attitude of “You don’t know anything about me”, I could afford to go see IT in theaters as much as I damn well please.
Those hicks…….seriously?
As a member of the awesome group called Gotham Addicts, (look them up on Facebook and Twitter, they’re awesome) I asked some good friends of mine in that group to give their take on the episode. And boy, oh, boy, do they have thoughts. They have thoughts, opinions, likes, dislikes, and theories. Check out what these awesome peeps had to say about the episode and on things even I didn’t notice:
“Predictions for Penguin...I feel he will be the one to thaw out Ed. The fear gas will drive him to it to possibly make the scary Ed go away. He might free him. He's the only one who knows how; through Victor Freis. I also feel the fear gas will be used on Bruce, which will be leading to his "BAT" moment and making him Batman.
The show moved at a nice pace. Didn't even realize the time flew by. It left you wanting so much more. I love the fact they jumped right into the story. It didn't need a painful build up. It was good seeing Harvey be Harvey. He got to be heroic before, now he's back to himself and leaving all the rebel cop stuff to Gordon. It was great seeing Gordon, being the cop and not saving the world. I always enjoy the interactions between Gordon and Harvey.
As for the Penguin: It was good to see him return to his old gangster self at the end of season 3...But now he's a huge crime boss and in charge. This is the Penguin he was meant to be. The scene in the mayor's office was the perfect example of his cold calculating mind and his sheer powerful presence. They couldn't disagree. He made it impossible for them to do so...by his speech. God Bless America...and then the mayor smiled. Awesome scene.
The private moment with his trophy. Or Edward. That was deeper than most think. The “who is really frozen” comment and that look. You can see the warmth that still flickers in his cold heart. The sad sob story about why Ed was in ice and the way he played the heartstrings of his crowd. Damn he's so masterful at manipulating people. A gift. It’s simply a gift.
All the scenes between Penguin and Gordon were classic. Penguin is the hero Gotham NEEDS...Gordon is the Hero they WANT...The news reporters ate up every fact that Penguin threw at them and Gordon still held his ground. The tension between them is just amazing stuff. The ending where after the Penguin calls out the GCPD for being useless and HE was the only one that can save Gotham, then him being hit with the fear gas. Who does Penguin run to? Gordon to save him... just made the whole scene go off the chart when you think of how those in the crowd and readers of the news are feeling.
Even though I didn’t care for the cowboy criminals, I did love the reintroduction of Crane and then Scarecrow...that Warden, what a piece of work...still felt it was rushed compared to the other storylines. The battle of Gordon with the other cops and Harvey about doing the job they were hired to do. Felt like old times. Good times. It's refreshing to see the show get out of the freaks/virus theme and back to go old crime ridden city.”
-         S. Howard
“As a fan of Gotham and Batman overall, I'm excited to see these characters finally developing into the Batman characters that we know and love. Bruce is on a mission to save Gotham while also giving this businesslike demeanor when talking to people such as Gordon or Penguin. Selina is bringing cat woman to life with the famous whip play and her cat like reflexes. As for surprised in the episode I was a bit shocked when Ivy betrayed Penguin in a small way and turned out the lights in the nightclub, giving the “Outlores” the advantage to attack Penguin. Although, now that I think about it, her actions were understandable. Penguin has been cold and calculating for the past six months and has probably been very snappy with her. The poor girl is only going to take so much of his abuse. As for Penguin himself, he has taken Gotham city by the throat and refuses to let go. The city is his giant playground with him issuing legal licenses for crime and all. I actually had an "awe" moment when he was standing in the Iceberg Lounge talking to Edward Nygma, who is still encased in ice. To me, that scene showed that he still misses Edward and the talks they used to share. I still have hopes that the two will make amends and be friends again.....or maybe more. Although, Penguin's going to have to get past that frightening image of Ed from the fear toxin. This season started off with a bang, and things are only going to get crazier from here. I'm buckling my seat belt and hanging on for dear life because this is going to be one hell of a ride!
It was just little things I noticed when I watched that scene again. First off, the smoke in the background was turning into question marks and the little question marks protruding from Edward's head. This obviously represents the Ed's obsession with riddles and puzzles. As the nightmare sequence progresses, you see that Edward's face becomes distorted and the background turns hazy.....almost like Oswald is gazing at him from underwater, leading back to the point when Edward shot Oswald and tossed him in the river. This could very well be Oswald's greatest fear because it was a point where closest to actually dying......had it not been for Ivy saving him later, and since his "resurrection," Edward's attempted to kill him multiple times and every time, Oswald has escaped.....sometimes within an inch of his life. I believe that nightmare sequence is showing us that Oswald's greatest fear is that Edward will eventually thaw out of the ice and will this time succeed in killing him.”
-         Megan R.
Overall, I’d give this episode a 9.8 out of 10
Well, that was one heck of an episode. I don’t think I have much more to say except:
See you next time.
And as always, Stay weird Gotham.

I prefer requests to be in my askbox. It helps me keep track of what people ask me, because sometimes I have so many notifications and I might not be able to see your requests if you write it in the comments.
I don't write requests including pedophilia, zoophilia, or something related to fetish. I don't support anything like that. If I see a request like that, I'll immediatly delete it from my askbox.
I both study & work. So if I don't reply to your request it's either because I didn't have time to answer your request or because I'm already writing it and it's saved on my drafts.
I DON'T answer aggressive messages. I'll either delete/ignore your message or if I do I'll answer you on public.
How long do your writings take?: When writing requests, I always usually take from 1 to 5 days to complete. If I take longer than 5 days to publish a request, it's because I couldn't log into Tumblr as much as I want to and couldn't finish it earlier.
Keep in mind English is not my first language! So if you see any grammatical or spelling error, I apologise! Feel free to tell me about the error :)
Remember not to be shy when sending your request! It can be whenever you want and whatever you wish as long as you keep in mind the previous rules 🥰
♥️Cheers♥️

The last thing you remembered, was you going out on a mission with the J Squad. All the time you were on your mission, you were particularly close to Jonathan. It had been a pretty intense night, especially for you and him. What you knew was, that while you were in your mission, you had several confrontations with officers, and some enemies that wanted you out of their way.
As always, you supposed that you might get some wounds and injuries, like you always had after an attack. But this particular situation was rather unexpected gor all of you. An enemy who held a grudge on Jonathan, and also knew he was very close to you, pulled out a shotgun while you were distracted, and shot you in the stomach with it.
Harshly gasping, you began feeling an intense burning and stinging sensation on your stomach. Instictevely, you looked down right where it stinged, and covered the wound with both your hands. You were horrified at the sight of the blood violently coming out of your body. You lifted your sight at who had just shot you, and he just ran away, leaving you there, realising what he had just done.
"(Y/N)!" You heard Jonathan's voice in the background, calling out for your name desperately. Luckily, he caught you just in time before you fell to the cold, hard floor. You immediatly groaned in pain as he held you in his arms. This was the first time in a while that you've seen the fear in his eyes. "Oh god, you've been shot!" He was way too panicked, and you couldn't manage to say anything, only mumble incoherent things. The pain was sharp, and you couldn't bear it. "Please, stay with me! I-I can't bear to lose you..." He pressed his hands on top of yours, which were covering your wound.
You were both now covered in a pool of blood. The floor and his clothing were fully covered with your own blood, his eyes had obvious desperation and panic as they began to get watery. You realised, you had never seen him in this state until now. "Jonathan..." You managed to weakly say, but it came out as way too quiet. You tried to raise your bloody hand and caress his cheek to comfort him, but you felt too weak. "Please...don't leave me." He quietly muttered to you, pressing you tighter against his body. The stinging pain wouldn't leave, and your whole body felt like it was burning.
As soon as he said that, your vision had became even more dizzy. As he kept pressing your body against his, he shouted, calling for someone of the Squad to help him out with your wound. You could hear some voices in the background, but you couldn't comprehend what they were saying. The voices slowly faded as your eyes became heavier, you felt your soul leaving your body, everything surrounding you faded away...and after that, everything went black.
Suddenly, you felt your consciousness come back to your body. Were you alive? Did you survive? Or were you just imagining all of this? You had so many questions, but your mind was still confused at the situation. The environment felt warm, and comforting in a way. Slowly opening your eyes, you began blinking a few times to adjust your vision to your surroundings. You were laying in the bed of Jonathan's room in the home you shared. You looked around everywhere, searching for him, but he wasn't there. Trying to adjust your position in bed, you groaned in pain. "Shit, it hurts." The stinging pain came back, and you deeply sighed as you tried to bear the intense pain.
You turned your head around as you heard the room's door being opened. The sight of Jonathan popping his head to see you made your eyes sparkle with joy, and so did his. He didn't lose you! So many emotions overflowed his heart and soul: overjoy, worry, nervousness, happiness, lovestruck...so, so many things rushing through his mind. But, what mattered the most for him, was the fact that you were alright, and that you were surely going to recover soon. "(Y/N)!" His cheeks went red, and a broad smile formed on his face. You copied his actions.
"Jon! W-What happened?" You tilted your head to your side in confusion, noticing that there was a bloody bandage surrounding your stomach. He was still wearing his Scarecrow costume, which had some dried blood in it. His long, brunette hair was messy, and the dark makeup that surrounded his eyes was slightly faded away. His whole messy look made your smile get even bigger. He slowly walked towards you, and dragged a chair that was in the room, placing it next to his bed.
He gently grabbed your hand, and began caressing it slowly with the fingertip of his thumb, as he deeply sighed. "You were shot by someone who holds a grudge on me, and after that you lost consciousness. Apparently, he knew that we're very close." He didn't even look at you while he talked, his sight was focused on stroking your soft and delicate hands. "But don't worry about it...we already took care of him. What matters is that you're alright, and that you need to recover as soon as possible." He was now looking at you, his blue eyes pierced your soul.
His intense stare made you feel butterflies in your stomach, and the colour of your cheeks became even more red than they were. You kind of looked elsewhere out of shyness, provoking a small awkward silence. "You know," He spoke, "I-I was worried. A lot..." Before you could say something, he continued, "This situation made me realise, that I wouldn't be able to live without you." As he spoke, his eyes got watery again, and his cheeks turned reddish, just like yours. "I can't see my life without you in it. You've always been there for me, you're the only one who made me feel happy and comforted...like someone truly loved, and cared for me..." You felt his sweet words deeply touch your heart, making it flutter with love. A tear escaped his eye, but quickly wiped it away. He really didn't like you to see him in such vulnerable state.
You placed your other hand on top of his, tightly grabbing it. "I-I guess I..." He briefly stopped for a second, and lightly licked his dried lips. You could notice, he was very nervous, and his hands were slightly sweaty and trembling. "I-I love you! I'm so thankful to have you in my life, by my side. I don't want you to ever leave me alone. I realised, my worst fear is losing you. I got extremely nervous and scared when I saw you bleeding..." His sweet words made you get even more reddish, was he finally confessing his feelings to you?
"Please...please, don't ever leave me alone in this foolish world. I love you, I want to spend the rest of my life with you." After he finished his speech, you placed your fingers under his chin, broadly smiling. "Come here, fear reaper." You signaled for him to get closer to you. He leaned closer to your body, both your lips were partly open. Your heart was overjoyed with the sweetness and pure love he was expressing to you.
He smashed his soft, plushy lips against yours, and you were completely immersed in it. He was so incredibly pure and gentle with you. As you kissed, you softly cupped his cheek, stroking it with your thumb. Tons of thoughts rushed through your mind, you couldn't believe that this moment was truly happening. You quickly shook those thoughts, and simply enjoyed the loving moment you had with him.
Once you broke apart the kiss, his lips turned into a big, goofy smile. His cheeks were so pinkish and warm, you found it adorable. "You're so pretty..." He was completely lovestruck by you, he had eyes only for you. He was absolutely grateful of having someone as amazing as you, so caring and loving towards him. "And you are extremely adorable, Johnny." You slightly leaned closer to his face, and kissed his cheek.
"Also, just so you know, I love you too. I'll never leave your side, I'm always going to be next to you no matter what."
Your words were all he needed to hear to make the moment even better than it already was. He was always going to protect and take good care of you, even if that meant killing, and getting killed only for you. You'll always be the one ans only who never fails to lighten up his days....the one who makes his heart beat fast.
