I love that mp100 is a story about self-acceptance and not self-love.

self-love is a loaded concept and it’s very, very hard and I’d dare even say impossible for most people to attain. and even if you attain it one day who’s to say it won’t be gone tomorrow? What does it mean to “love yourself”? I tried to “love myself” for many, many years and consistently failed not just to achieve it, but also to explain it. And even within “self-love” there were always parts of myself that I hated.

Self-acceptance is more neutral than that. Self-acceptance is “yeah, I do have parts of myself that I wish were different and that I might work to change. But I am this person and this person is me—and that’s okay. I don’t have to love it. I don’t have to hate it. If I love it that’s okay. If I hate it that’s okay. I can just be me, honest, and move forward in the ways that seem fit.”

It’s a more hopeful outlook on the self. It’s an attainable outlook on the self.

Self-acceptance lets us move forward.

soo I usually like to save tk art in my drafts cause I'm too scared to like.post any of it and I like to see my own tk stuff just pile up and.and I was in my drafts and I was gonna edit a drawing I did of lee oswald anD. I DID NOT IN FACT HIT EDIT. I HIT POST NOT EDIT MY FAT FINGER SLIPPED. SO MY ASS PANICS CAUSE IM RLLY SHY ABT MY ART aAAANDDD then I panic deleted it 🤩🤩🤩

it's funny cause on my blog you can see my panic attack over it when I deleted it in like 18 seconds no one even saw it lmao 😭

I also just realized I think I drew mickeys left hand backwards in it LMFAO

LMAO You're so real for that, I've done that before too! There was once I accidentally posted one of my tk drawings on my main cause my dumbass wasn't paying attention to what blog I was on, and that post probably wasn't even up for a minute before I realized what I did and deleted it lol

theory time :D

people in the past have pointed out Tobirama's silver hair and how few characters match up to having that hair colour. mix that with knowing only two Hatake and that they aren't much of a clan because of their lack of mentioned members, can lead to the conclusion that Sakumo is Tobirama's possible son. Tobirama is not known to have a son, but it could've been a secret child. people always refer to Kakashi as 'the last Hatake' after Sakumo's suicide.

either the Hatake are still a clan, but they're all just irrelevant, or it is true that the Hatake never was a clan in the first place, having been born to hide the Senju name.

another thing people point out is Tobirama and his lack of footage ever in a hokage robe. all the other hokage are at least briefly seen wearing one (besides Tsunade, but since she's female, there could be other traditions in place, but we still least see her in the hat, unlike Tobirama)

and Sakumo wears a single, short sleeve on his left shoulder, that fits the hokage colour scheme, white and red. since Tobirama is never seen in the robe, this sleeve could very well be a torn chunk off his robe, which, if not for being his son, why could Sakumo (possibly) have a chunk off his robe?

another thing I always think about and like to point out is Kakashi and Sakumo's straps.

I believe they are used at the back to hold the white chakra blade, but at the front, there's nothing. seemingly a fashion choice. but I raise you

it's the Hatake clan symbol. it's just how they show off what clan they are from, while also utilising it as a weapon holster.

most other clans show off their clan symbol, but the Hatake is one that (seemingly) doesn't. the diamond shape could be just because it's a good connector at the front for the straps, but I just feel like there's something there. they both wear it, and it just feels connected.

anyway, I think the theory/headcanon that Tobirama had birthed the Hatake clan is interesting and honestly pretty cool. another person you could say could be from Tobirama is Jiraiya, but his hair is more white than that darker silver.

Oh boy get ready for it

I finally finished my illustrations of the characters from my (probably forever unpublished) story The Five Talismans Epic.

The story takes place on Paea, a world where the ocean doesn’t just meet the sky- it becomes it. In this world encased by unfathomable depths and stormy waters, we meet five peculiar characters:

The Dragon, Miriam, a herbalist and carer of the living, the dying, and the newly dead. The Flame, Corin, an albino wanderer who wants to find a home he isn’t cursed to burn down. The Clockwork Boy, Giovanni, a young inventor born to a family where perfection trumps health. The Stone, Armés, a fierce and stubborn hirehand looking for connection in a world that seems dead set on severing her from everyone. The Star, Cieal, a voiceless storyteller who fell from the sky back to a world he was told again and again was full of nothing but pain and suffering.

As these five characters meet and learn about each other and the old hurts and scars of their land, maybe they will find a little place in to heal and rest from the troubles of history.

For some reason my brain wouldn’t let me post Art about them until I finished this DUMB FOUR PIECE PROJECT but now that they’re finally done I get to Show The Blorbos which is just, the best thing ever ain’t it :3c

bnha AU where Izuku has a loosey-goosey Quirk called ‘Jack of all Trades’ that shows up pretty randomly and unexpectedly depending on the task at hand, varying from long-distance vision to breathing fire to force fields etc.

Except he doesn’t have a Quirk at all, he's just got a Ton of niche skills, knows a lot about chemistry and taught himself sleight of hand and runs around convincing people he has a Quirk

“Oh, yeah, the explosions showed up last week, they’re new,” Izuku says, when he actually just set up a complex boobytrap with lots of landmines/firecrackers. “This one depends on the weather,” he says, as he convinces Kirishima and Kaminari that he can control water pressure when really he just knows basic plumbing. “It sorta just shows up whenever it’s handy,” he says, feigning an anti-matter Quirk to get out of handcuffs when really he’s just dislocating and relocating his wrists.

“I thought you could turn invisible,” Uraraka says when they need to be stealthy. Izuku, who “hey-what’s-that-over-there” quick escaped last week and called it his Quirk: “Only on Tuesdays.”

“What happened to breathing fire!?” Iida, during dire straits. Izuku, who left his hairspray and lighter at home: “I can only do that during hours that are divisible by four!”

Bakugou knows what’s up. the whole class thinks he’s a conspiracy theorist because “Midoriya totally has a Quirk, man, how else did he use telepathy to know the villain was lying??” “HE STUDIED BODY LANGUAGE FOR THREE FUCKING YEARS” “haha sure man whatever you say”.

Midoriya “the stars. can’t. not today” Izuku bullshitting his way into heroism.
