A manutenção da Cadeia de Custódia Digital Arquivística deve ser feita através do cuidado metodológico de não interromper uma linha (cadeia ininterrupta de custódia) em que os documentos devem ser mantidos e preservados desde sua gênese, em todo o seu ciclo de vida. Então, em Ambientes Arquivisticamente Autênticos (Ambiente de Gestão e Ambiente de Preservação: vide Or. Téc. 03/15 Conarq), sejam os SIGAD’s (e-ARQ Brasil) nas fases corrente e intermediária, e os RDC-Arq (Repositórios Digitais Confiáveis Arquivísticos) na fase permanente. O e-ARQ Brasil, contempla a Gestão de Documentos, e após seu término, com a alteração da cadeia de custódia, passamos para a fase de AAP - Administração de Arquivos Permanentes, através dos RDC-Arq’s (Resolução n° 43/CTDE/CONARQ), contemplando Arranjo, Descrição, Digitalização, Acesso e Transparência Ativa de Documentos de caráter permanente, e não mais permitindo ações ou operações típicas do episteme da Gestão de Documentos como a Avaliação, etc. A Cadeia de Custódia é conceitual, enquanto que a Cadeia de Preservação e seu Modelo, o MCP (Model of Chain of Preservation: InterPARES), é procedimental e mais técnica. ARQUIVAR um Documento Arquivístico, denota um imperativo JURÍDICO e procedimentos ARQUIVÍSTICOS sistemáticos, não é somente atribuir um metadado ao Documento, não é “TAGUEAR“, nada disso, é um procedimento jurídico e arquivístico, de ARQUIVAMENTO1. Ação pela qual uma autoridade determina a guarda de um documento, cessada a sua tramitação.

Em um MUNDO Digital: Uma Cadeia de Custódia Digital Arquivística, a CCDA, para Documentos de Arquivo, garantindo a Segurança Jurídica para os Gestores, Técnicos e Cidadãos: A custódia, o cuidado, posse, controle, política, metodologia e tratamento baseado em Normas, Padrões, Modelos e Requisitos, desde a gênese do Documento, sua produção em SIGADs ou SIGADs de Negócio e sua Transferência ou Recolhimento para os RDC-Arq de forma ininterrupta.

. . . I'm being so self indulgent here. I went into this picture with a vague idea of "ominous" and "bloody" and that's about it, I didn't even know what style I wanted to go for or anything, and I even initially thought I was going to keep this very simple and do minimal shading, if any at all. SO. All of that is to say, I kind of was just enjoying working on it so much I just kept going? But I liked it at every stage . . . hence why I'm posting all these variations.

I'm gonna put the finished version by itself on a separate post.
