Customer Retention! Focus on Building Habits Around Your Product
Customer Retention! Focus on Building Habits Around Your Product
Legendary business expert Peter Drucker famously wrote many years ago that the purpose of business is to create and keep a customer. But even though no one would argue with the famous business maxim, the fact is that for most businesses, the rate of customer churn is terrible. The churn rate, sometimes known as the attrition rate, is the rate at which customers stop doing business with a company…

Things I know about BG3:
- almost nothing except basic DnD combat&characters knowledge, and I tried to avoid spoilers
- karlach x wyll is a ship the fandom is sleeping on
yeah, couldn't keep my hands to myself and checked out their story and how are people missing out on them? Oh, well, at the very least they are amazing BFFs, have personal stories very much tied to each other, and have great dynamic between the two. I am just choosing to see all of that through the shipping glasses, but lemme tell you, they enhance the show a lot

from a primarily gw2 person, here's ffxiv features i want in gw2:
gatherer and crafter professions. they're so fun in ffxiv. crafting is barely fun in gw2. except for chef, maybe.
ironically, fishing. even though fishing itself feels less interactive than in gw2 i still kinda like it better in ffxiv. it's more chill. you sit on your little stool and catch the fishies.
the sheer amount of emotes. while sitting. on a mount. etc. includes the option for different idle poses while standing and sitting. (i want that swaying sitting idle for lalafell)
housing, i guess. idk if it's the ffxiv system specifically that i want. i haven't played any other rpgs with housing features
gpose, but not necessarily. it's fun to tinker with but i also like the challenge of not having it in gw2 lol. which in turn creates its own kinda fun adventure of taking screens.

Commissioned this gorgeous painting of my Hawke from @cullenvhenan and I could not be happier with it! I've been staring at my girl for a few hours now and I keep finding new things to love (her smile, her eyes, the scar, the lace...I could go on forever). Thank you again for capturing Maria so perfectly! If you are looking to commission a beautiful piece of art, I cannot recommend her enough c:
...and here is a little codex-style piece about Maria:
A pair of notes from the apprentice to Kirkwall’s foremost portraitist, regarding several visits to the Lady Maria Hawke’s estate in Hightown:
“Fine—since you will not stop asking, it is true. The Champion has agreed to sit for us after nearly three years—though I can’t say she’s spent much of the day holding still, and the odd moments we’ve caught her sitting at all were clearly an accident. Can’t say I’m complaining about the work, though, as the lady herself slipped me a whole silver just for laughing at her joke after lunch.
When I spoke to the maid about the lady’s expression—far too animated for a formal portrait—she told me I’d have better luck if we come back around tea tomorrow. It’s worth a try, I suppose, for that’s all we need to finish the drafts.”
And, scribbled onto a red-smudged piece of parchment:
"J--Finished with my visits to Hightown, and thank the Maker for that. Nothing much to add—save our drafting is done at last, thanks to the tip from the Champion’s maid. The lady welcomed a visitor near tea—an elf, not one of ours from the alienage—and sure enough…
Well. Come by the shop and see for yourself, won’t you? You can bring some of those sweets you’re always telling me about, you gossip.”
