I am fortunate enough to be in this space, however I know plenty of fitness coaches who are not in a healthy lifestyle space. It needs to come from all levels. This is why I've been helping moms and busy business women fit in fitness and health. It's not the easiest for some because it's usually the one aspect of living that gets the least attention over building a business and raising kids. This has opened my eyes and my business to help women in this situation of overwhelm and to help them introduce self-care without the guilt.
