THE NOTES
All characters listed have been canon characters in one way or another. Not all characters work primarily in Gotham, but have worked there at some point in time. This is to be updated as there are more characters to be added.
In the early years, the Bat Cauldron was fairly isolated from the other masks, which was one of the primary reasons Dick left Bruce. Despite starting the Titans, Dick was not told of the Nightwing and Flamebird story so when deciding a new identity Dick became Nightingale instead of Nightwing. Superman is still his favorite hero though.
The Robin and Batgirl mantles must be passed down from the previous Robin and Batgirl.
Due to the early death of the Joker, Duke Thomas' acquisition happened earlier than the comics. In the same vein, Jason's Red Hood era was a brief period in his life and he rejoins the Bat Cauldron as Redkite.
Due to Jason's death, Bruce refused to give Tim the mantle of Robin so Catwoman took him in as her first sidekick where he served as Stray. When Jason returned, he passed the Robin mantle to Tim who accepted it. Tim's time as Stray made him a bit more flirty than his canon counterpart, and he realized he was bi sooner.
Along with the tech Robin, Tim is known as the water Robin due to being unafraid to get into the toxic Gotham water. This contributed to his alias of Golden Aix, and Arthur Curry often jokes that Bruce stole an Atlantean.
Stephanie was active before Cassandra, but Cassandra was Batgirl before Stephanie. Cass passed her the Batgirl title because Cass was heading on a mission in Tokyo and it would be weird if Batgirl showed up there. That period of time made them realize their feelings for each other, and the first thing Cass did when she returned was confess her feelings.
In this universe, Bette Kane is the adopted daughter of Kate Kane and Renee Montoya.
Colin Row worked as a messenger for Oracle, and later becomes the second Oracle.
Carrie Kelly and Tiffany Fox were the first Robin and Batgirl under Cassandra's time as Batman. Tiffany would later give the mantle to Nell Little.
Terry is not the second Batman because I don't personally like the Batmam Beyond storyline, but he is still a hero under his big sister Cass!
I have some characters marked as Honorary Batmans because if I try to make some sense of that timeline my head will explode.

Important Note: The following details my personal interpretation of DC, where canon is a buffet and I am a picky eater.
Earth-64 | Teen Titans
The Teen Titans are a superhero team. As their name indicates, the members are teenage superheroes typically in association with one of the Justice League's premier heroes.
Regardless of the era, the members protect Jump City while residing in the Titans Tower. The Teen Titans and the citizens of Jump City have a complex relationship, but most of the time it is positive.
TEEN TITANS I
Leader: Dick Grayson (as Robin I)
Donna Troy (as Wonder Girl I)
Garth (as Aqualad I)
Koriand'r (Starfire)
Roy Harper (as Speedy I)
Wally West (as Kid Flash I)
Disbandment Reason: Different Interests
Teen Titans I is the first iteration of the Teen Titans, featuring the first split of the sidekicks from their mentors on Earth-64. While on this Earth, the members listed (not including Starfire) all knew each other on a base level but it wasn't until they worked together that they became the friends their mentors failed to be at this point in time.
TEEN TITANS I.V

Teen Titans I.V exists purely so I can include the animated Teen Titans series in my universe. Yes, I do understand there were some hmm things that came out of that series that still negatively impact the characters today, but it was my introduction to DC so...
Teen Titans I.V occurs when Dick Grayson returns from his stint on the Justice League's secret operative team (inspired by the Young Justice television show's team). When he returns, he has discovered that Jump City has gone into ruin due to the Teen Titans' absence, and works to help the city's crime rate. Along the way, he reunites with Starfire who he finds never left Jump, and the two meet Garfield Logan, Ratna Roth, and Victor Stone for the first time. Dick remakes the Teen Titans with the new members.
This would be the late Dick Grayson as Robin years until he becomes Nightwing. The team then splits up as they can no longer be the Teen Titans, and Koriand'r goes on to become the leader of the Titans with Garfield and Ratna while Cyborg goes on to join the Justice League. At some point, Dick Grayson and Koriand'r get married (this time without the interruption of evil Raven), and move to Bludhaven. At some point, Garfield and Ratna get married as well.
TEEN TITANS II

Dick Grayson, still not speaking with Bruce Wayne, wishes to protect his new younger brother and thinks it is best if he experiences time away from Bruce himself. Jason Todd is appointed the new leader of the Teen Titans, and goes around recruiting his own team. Perhaps not the best people, but what can I say happy 'Robin makes you magic' Jason Todd endeared himself to them.
They serve as the Teen Titans for a while until Jason Todd gets called back to Gotham. Without Jason, the team works under Rose Wilson's leadership with occasional updates from Jason. Until the updates stop coming, with the last one being Jason telling them that it is going to take longer than expected for him to return. After months of radio silence, Dick Grayson delivers the news that Jason Todd has died. Filled with grief, the members split off on their own.
TEEN TITANS III
Leader: Stephanie Brown (as Robin IV) & Cassandra Cain (as Batgirl II)

Now, according to the Teen Titans Wikipedia page, it seems to claim that Young Just Us is a version of the Teen Titans. I disagree, and think Stephanie and Cassandra deserve their own team. I know inherently, a good team for them would be making their own version of the Birds of Prey but I wanted to include a Teen Titans one with Tim's generation. I also think them having their own Teen Titans could set up my Earth-64 path of them becoming the second Batman (Cass) and Batwoman (Steph).
After Tim Drake forms Young Just Us, Stephanie is a bit offended she wasn't invited and decides to take over the defunct Teen Titans. When Cassandra is adopted into the Wayne family, Stephanie (in hopes to build a friendship) invited her to join her new Teen Titans. The two go around recruiting members, acquiring an all-female Teen Titans. The group remains together until they reach adulthood, but they all stay in touch and make sure to have a yearly reunion.
TEEN TITANS IV

Teen Titans IV was originally two teams, a portion of the Gothamites (Collin, Damian, Maps, Maya, and Suren) and the trio of Jay, Jon, and Kathy. Due to the friendship between Damian and Jon, the two merged together creating the fourth iteration of the Teen Titans.
TEEN TITANS V
Leader: Mari Grayson (Nightstar)
Arend Beecher-Duncan (Guardian II)
Iris 'Irey' West II (as Impulse II)
Laurel Lance-Queen (Black Arrow)
Tushar 'Tri' Logan (Crow)
Teen Titans V is the fifth iteration of the Teen Titans, and consists of next-generation characters and next-generation ocs. This group operates during the era when superheroes are immensely established all over the world, and have to figure out what type of heroes they want to be while dealing with family legacies and generational trauma that have yet to be dealt with.
Since this is a group where the characters are really up to interpretation, I have more freedom in terms of stories. I am still working on said stories, but for Tushar his would be him awakening his demon form for the first time and the fallout after that while coming to terms that he is not the second coming of his grandfather and gaining full control of the demon form. For Irey, it would be learning her brother Kai West has become the second Turtle in a quest to restore his connection to the Speedforce. I know the emotional point of that storyline would be the reveal that Iris was the one to remove Kai's connection to the Speedforce (although accidentally).

Anyways, this is the first time I'm drawing my HarlIvy son Saul Insigne (aka Sumac), and yes he is a devious little bastard who perhaps flirts too much for his own good no matter the gender as the pansexual trans king he is. Since I cranked this design out while drawing, it definitely has some flaws and empty spaces but I personally think it is good for a rough draft.

Earth 64 | The Allen-West Kids

Don Allen-West, alias Windstorm, is the eldest Allen-West kid and their only son. He makes up one half of the Tornado Twins with his sister. He works as an electrical engineer, and falls in love with Meloni Thwane ending their family's feud. He does his best parenting Owen Thwane, Meloni's kid from a previous relationship, and their own son Bart.
Dawn Allen-West, alias Whirlwind, is the twin sister of Don Allen-West and makes up the other half of the Tornado Twins. She operates as a private detective, often butting heads with her father and grandfather over her methods. She later married Jeven Ognats and they have a daughter together, Jenni Ognats (alias XS).
Nora Allen-West, alias Timestream, is the middle child of the Allen-West family. While she works as an astronomer, most of her time is dedicated to protecting the timelines and separation between universes along with her mentor Boom. She is a lesbian, and will be paired with a currently undetermined woman.
Krystal Allen-West or Krystal Snart (as she prefers to be called), alias Snowdrift, is the youngest of the Allen-West family. She operates as the leader of the Rogues, using her speed and ice powers for thievery and other illegal activities. She later sacrifices her tie to the speed-force, and just uses her ice powers under the new alias Countess Cold. She is dating fellow rogue Alder Ashton (Tree Snake), and in the future the two have a son together.

I think my first Earth-64 fic is going to be the Earth-64 version of Under the Red Hood, which is also known as Jason comes up with a revenge plan only for the revenge plan to not come into effect because Earth-64 is ran by me and I don't have time for editorial and angsty bullshit. So it is just Jason going through the five stages of grief over not using his revenge plan, with the final chapter (of five) being acceptance where Jason passes on the Robin mantle to Tim.

Earth-64 | Arkham Asylum Conservatory
The Arkham Asylum Conservatory is the primary home and base of operations for Poison Ivy and her affiliations. It is located in a naturally secluded area near Gotham City, NJ.
The Arkham Asylum Conservatory was used as a way to enrich patients, giving them access to nature and wildlife. It was removed from the Arkham Asylum circuit after Poison Ivy escaped and took it over as a new base of operations.
Despite the Conservatory belonging to Wayne Enterprises' head Bruce Wayne, he has made no moves to try and take back the land. No one can blame him though as it is hazardous to travel through due to toxic waste, poisonous plants that target those who identify as male, and plant monsters of Poison Ivy's own creation that stroll the grounds and protect the place.

Raisa Insigne, alias Rose, is a Sporeling (a humanoid plant) created by one of Poison Ivy's experiments. She is a member of the Spores, a trio of supervillainesses consisting of her and her sisters. She works as a fashion designer in Gotham City.

Harshada Insigne, alias Hazel, is a Sporeling (a humanoid plant) created by one of Poison Ivy's experiments. She is a member of the Spores, a trio of supervillainesses consisting of her and her sisters. She works as a stylist in Gotham City.
Lucille Insigne
Lucille Désirée Insigne is the daughter of Harleen Insigne and the deceased supervillain the Joker. Although Joker was unaware of her existence, Lucille spent a good chunk of her childhood outside of Gotham under the care of her aunt. Lucille is not a vigilante herself, but instead an online influencer known for her wacky ideas.
Mitra Insigne | White Mercy
Mitra Insigne, alias White Mercy, is an entity born from the dreams of Poison Ivy and Mongul. At first, they did not have a corporeal form but later managed to project themselves into a physical form that serves as a solid hologram. Originally Pallavi was unaware of their existence until Mitra was able to enter her dreams. Mitra is a student at Gotham University, and they are studying sociology.
Saul Insigne | Sumac
Saul Insigne, alias Sumac, is the only son of Pallavi and Harleen Insigne. He is a well-known flirt with a large and extensive dating history and a general thorn in the Bat Cauldron's side. Later on, Lian Harper extends an invitation to join her new team the Delinquents, which he graciously accepts.
