Sooo unfortunately, I’m back into my Disney Ducks hyper fixation, so I’m sorry for anyone that followed me for S/t/h but I will be posting a lot of ducks here 😔✌️(on tumblr at least, my twt will still be about the funny hedgehog that runs)

Its actually funny because I used to be super into Ducktales reboot back when it was airing, then after some time my interest kind of died down and I moved on to watch other things…However, on twitter I saw a post comparing Scrooge with Mr. Krabs and that was when it hit me that “Oh wait, I need to finish watching that serie!”, so that’s what I did xD And while I do have some of my issues with it (mostly regarding Donald’s treatment on the show), I still enjoy it a lot and I’m glad that I decided to finish watching it uwu

About the drawing, along with watching Dt17 I also started reading some of the old comics by Carl Barks and there are pretty fun to read! So I redrew some of my fave Scrooges from the comic as the Dt17 one. In a way it’s funny how different these two versions of the character can be, as the Scrooge from the comics tends to be a looot more greedier and scummier compared to the one from the show xd But I love them both regardless lol

maybe I'm late to the party but I wanted to do a Barbnheimer Weblena, and I was thinking about their dynamic, from the way they dress you would assume that Webby would see Barbie, and Lena would see Oppenheimer, BUT NO, Webby is obsessed with history and is very studious, and she loves explosions, so she would be excited for Oppeheimer, now lena, Lena WOULD CRY WATCHING BARBIE, I know she would.

Some drawings of the Evil Queen of Shadows!! Aka Magica De Spell lol

I renember that back when I was watching Ducktales she was the character that interested me the most and that she was one of my favorite villains in the show…Now that I rewatched the show, I’m glad that she still remains as great as I renember xd I really like how even though she has her more goofy moments, she still manages to be an menacing and cool antagonist in the story. The Shadow War episodes are, to me, some of the best ones in the series and I enjoyed each moment that she was on screen. (I do need to watch the Dt87 show and read some of Duck comics with Magica, so that I can see how she is in other iterations)

Speaking of the drawings itself, I’ve always preferred inking rather than coloring, but I decided to get out of my comfort zone. It took me a while to paint and render the first one in a way that I liked it, and I think that I succeed it on it…Aside from that, I also included Lena (another one of my faves), basically being consumed by Magica’s shadows in the second one, so she’s not having a great time xD
