Okay, if you can't tell the Steddie and overall ST brainrot has a GRIP on me.

But like, can y'all imagine if Gareth is super worried for his friend, knows all his spots that he goes to when stressed and just wants to know his friend is okay because he knows Eddie would never kill anyone. So he goes to Reefer Rick's at the same time as everyone else and like that throws everything off.

Dustin is trying to get Eddie to make Gareth leave but Gareth is Eddie's Ride-or-Die. He ain't going anywhere kiddo.

So Gareth is there for everything, he makes sure Eddie doesn't die. They both get a little fucked up yeah but they had to protect Little Henderson, who apparently is basically King Steve's child. Which that was something he could have never guessed. King Steve turning into Mama Steve a mother of 6 or 7 children...and apparently his best friend is coparenting those children.

Him and Robin Live Slug reacting to Eddie and Steve flirting and being oblivious.

Gareth and Eddie losing their damn minds together over the shit they saw and learn about from The Party.

Of course Jared (the friend who completed their trio), as soon as he's able to come back to town as his dad sent him to his grandmas in Indianapolis when everything started, rushes to check over his friends and ask what the fuck happened. Eddie and Gareth want to tell him so bad but like the government did make them sign NDA's and like they haven't run it by the Party but look Steve was visiting Eddie and Gareth at Eddie's new trailer and he can give permission right?

Eddie: "Stevie. Sweetheart. Doll. Jared is the other 50% of my impulse control. We have to tell him! I don't care if we signed NDAs."

Gareth: "You know....I actually don't remember signing an NDA. Like I did go into surgery and came out but like I don't remember any Feds."

Steve: "...what?"

Gareth: "No I'm serious! Like unless I don't remember because I was on the good stuff, no spooky Men in Black. Maybe they didn't realize I was part of it? I mean my injuries were bad yeah but Eddie's were way worse. Harrington you get 2nd place for injuries."

Jared: "...what?"

Eddie: "You know you may be on to something Gar!"

Gareth: "You know how much I hate that nickname but continue."

Eddie: "Your injuries looked like they could have been caused by falling debris from an "earthquake" or perhaps some overzealous jock cult members who were known to be going after Hellfire members..."

Jared: "I am so confused."

Steve: "So you didn't sign an NDA."

Gareth: "I did not!"

Steve sighing loudly: "Eddie, Gareth, you two SWEAR he can keep a secret?"

Eddie: "Seeing as Jared has known I like dick since freshman year and hasn't said anything yeah Babe."

Jared: "Babe!?"

Gareth: "Do not ask."

Steve sighing even more: "Technically...I guess we're not breaking any agreements if Gareth tells uh...Jared? Jared everything. I'll let the kids know."

Jared gets adopted into the Party next. Hopper is just shaking his head near tears, why do they keep multiplying!?

It’s gonna be rough being a marchil head during season one but that doesn’t mean we aren’t eating well! Damn if the marchil harvest continues to be this strong I’ll continue making these posts for every episode. Can’t clog up the semi-serious crumb masterpost with them making eyes at each other for 200 frames. He teases her any opportunity he gets help me… In this ep we see them continue their dynamic from ep 4, sticking together, unionized against the weirdos™️. They start the ep exchanging cute banter, but end it with a clash! And thus the first step of Chilchuck’s opening up arc has happened, and surprise surprise it’s Marcille pushing him out of his shell. Hah, mimic, shell, bc his symbolic monster is a mimic, haha, hehe.

Are you noticing a trend of them sitting so so close to each other btw.

I don’t like that he calls out to Marcille instead of shaking her awake btw. Like ok in the manga he shakes her while telling her to wake up dummy, she wakes up, ok neat. But in the anime… "Marcille heard "Hey, clumsy-head." and knew it was targeted at her, she went like oh someone is calling me I need to wake up lmfaoo??? Listen that’s good for the ship, she woke up because it was his voice and insults like that are practically his pet names for her, but I AM sad that we lost on Chilchuck being both mean and rough when waking people up’s legendary streak. Edit: Damn went and reread and realized I was wrong, he doesn’t shake her or even touch her, he just gets way closer than in the anime.

Ok we are reaching the terminal brainrot stop so this is it if you aren’t a marchil fan, but lastly tho… 😳 I am looking

I’ll also humbly say that they’re too comfortable shoving their butts in each other’s faces but unless anyone asks about it I’m not gonna post those screenshots lmaoo. It’s a reach but I find it funny that they both did it. Listen I’ve had 10 months to process their arc about her seeing him as a kid initially, I’m past that I can make jokes and glean for crumbs. But help… Why did she sound so disappointed at "I knew it you’re just a kid, sad…" GIRL HUH. And she looked soo happy that he opened up just before he said it too… Sorry girl you’ll have to wait 50 chapters. She’s so friendly and sweet

Even though Steve grew up an only child he has the biggest eldest child energy.

You're so right. He's expected to look after all his younger cousins when they come to visit over Christmas, his parents are always pressuring him to find a girlfriend and settle down and have a few kids because he's their only child, they see that as his duty. (I know my mum is so mad i don't want kids lmao)

His eldest child energy really comes out when he's around the party, especially Dustin. He's always wanted little siblings so it's not hard for him to see them as his annoying younger siblings. The babysitting, the hands on the hips stance; big older sibling energy. He's probably accidentally disciplined them in front of their actual parents. (I know I have.)

the only time i ever remember watching episodes of something right when/after they came out is with voltron legendary defender when my best friend at the time n i were obsessed w it. the Emotions coursing through me (mostly negative) when i watched those w her were some of the most raw experiences i've ever had. i wish i had been a mob psycho fan when the anime was still releasing that woulda been nuts

WUBBA LUBBA DUB DUB --- This is the first Halloween party event that I'll be putting together. So if shit doesn't go well, blame me (because I know Rick will blame me plenty.)

So, what is this? Rick decided to throw a Halloween party this year. Call it a distraction of sorts. He's definitely not trying to track down a guy from some 40 year long revenge plan. Oh, no, it was all preparations for this party. And looks like you're invited!

When will it be? Through-out the entire month of October, but the actual party will be held from October 21st to October 31st (this is for thread's sake and mun's sake to make sure we do all that we planned through the party!)

Alright, alright, so how do I get invited? Easy! Just give this post a like and I'll come into your inbox with the official invitation! I'll be reblogging this through-out September, so plenty enough time to get invited. However, if you don't have an official invitation, you're allowed to crash the party.
