Leaning into Neith a little more, the ebony haired woman grips onto the Gloomstalker’s tunic, fighting off a wave of the necrotic energy that runs its course through the wounds received by terrible assassins.

“I could’ve fought them longer…you’re not one to chase down an enemy, either…” another whimper as she places her hand upon the wound and stems some of the bleeding. With no magic left within her for the moment, Eva is forced to endure this pain while Neith carries her to safety.

With a sigh, and once she was sure they were both dry as the wastelands of the Hellcatch Valley, did the woman look him over for any other signs of wear and tear before she blew a raspberry. “Serenrae preserve us...”  She mumbles to herself.Turning back towards the window of the abandoned farm house they had come across, Evanora looked out and as far as her mortal eyes could see. Though, she blinked, and for a moment, they seemed to glow a bright red, her sclera turning black as she peered into the distance. 

“Well...it doesn’t seem to be letting up any time soon. We should stay put in case of any flash flooding that may occur...or, who knows, an ambush waiting to happen.” The woman rubs her neck a bit before turning back to her ghoulish companion. “Come on. We should rest up.” Her hands ceased their movements as she beckoned him to set up camp for the night.

if you go out with noah anywhere, you're going to end up carrying him by the end, there's no escaping it.

he's either going to ask you and you accept, knowing this was going to happen, and he manages to trick you, or he ends up making the walk so insufferable and become so annoying that you either abandon him (which you won't, because he's best friends with two of the scariest girls you'll ever meet and he will call them) or give in and he will preen like the bastard cat he is.

owen and izzy will carry him without even being asked, they are both faster than him and even enjoy doing so, especially since he weighs absolutely nothing, a strong breeze can blow him away.

eva says she's not going to carry him, and that he's going to exercise but always ends up doing so out of frustration.

alejando does it reluctantly - not wanting noah to drag them behind (however if the two are in a relationship, he's perfectly content to do so).

tyler sees noah falling behind (purposely) and manhandles him on his back on the basis of "never leaving a man behind".

duncan, seeing how often the gang ends up carrying noah, finds it really weird and vows to never end up carrying noah and he does, for a while, as duncan is the last person noah would ever want to be alone with (the two having beef since their first meeting) but unfortunately, the both of them end up walking alone together and noah, becomes the most insufferable person that you could ever take on a hike- whining about his feet, slowing down till he's way far behind, taking nonstop breaks, snarking duncan to the extreme til duncan gets so fed up he throws noah over his shoulder and makes the ride the bumpiest ride ever.
