This was my first time ever seeing Puffin birds. I’ve waited a long time & so grateful I got to photograph them while aboard the Seward based @kenaifjordstours in the Kenai National Park in Alaska @kenaifjordsnps. Two species live in Alaskan waters: the horned puffin (Fratercula corniculata) and the tufted puffin (Fratercula cirrhata). They are so colorful & super adorable. “These are pelagic seabirds that feed primarily by diving in the water.
