after listening to BvZ ep 3 a number of times now my personal verdict is back and I LOVE IT. albus playing wingman for karmor and HS while getting some character growth from the BvZ perspective (letting on more about his relationship w faithful but technically we [karmor] and the others don’t know abt faithful), seeing more of MAHATMA’S snarky side thru interactions w albus, seeing more of ATTILA’S sweet side (mainly towards mahatma but STILL i count that as a win !!), HIPSWITCH CHARACTER BACKSTORY??? RHAHHH i love this series more and more with every episode !! \(^ヮ^)/

no theories JUST YET aside from a few disconnected ideas…

the knight paladin is related to albus or someone in the group?? —> before HS kills him he says something like “i’m sorry… brother.” makes me think he’s related to albus bc we know he has a number of siblings and his father is a knight paladin as well

also the knight paladin knows A LOT abt albus so that’s also weird

i forgot the rest whoopsies

(also the part where albus and doc are watching porn is fucjinf hilarious AND HIPSWITCHES REACTION OH MY GOD i cackled)

Hey gba, I think I saw a tick tock of you talking about this but

What can you tell us about bastards vs zombies?

Sure! I'll try not to give any spoilers, but I am VERY excited for this series!

This series is going to be a space western with a bunch of rejects being bounty hunters and going around doing the jobs no one else can handle or want.

We have a Robot Cowboy named Hipswitch (Played by Yuurivoice)

The Demon Warrior Albus (Obviously that's me)

And the Kind/Mad Doctor, Mahatma/Attila (That'll be Redacted)

The listener will be a male oriented mute with a mysterious origin and a massive bounty on his head.

The story will be a monster of the week type plotline with the boys doing different jobs revolving around different targets, while in the background, a villain plots and affects the grander state of the world.

It'll have romance, drama, action, adventure, comedy, wholesomeness and with any luck, cameos from across the VAverse!

That's the plan anyway, but as we all know, nothing turns out perfectly.

this is a little thing that popped in my head during a boring science class that seems to have engraved itself into my mind: is karmor in any way tied to operation sub-delta?

there isn’t much to go off of considering the limited knowledge we have on karmor, but relistening to BvZ first ep for the thirteenth time makes me think karmor was at some point involved in SOME SORT of experiment given his reaction to attila messing around with him. (while being tied down to a table and being injected by a maniac doctor is certainly alarming, i’m thinking abt the whole “you’re never leaving” part with the echoey voice”)

it’s a barely-there connection with just that, but there’s also karmors ability to re-write time/history: again a loose connection but sub-delta was a mind control experiment. also with how sub-delta was a sick experiment that bastards (in the literal definition) were made to participate, and how the title of this series is BASTARDS vrs zombies

this is probably most definitely me overthinking and obsessing over BvZ and probably nothing but just a silly thought :) (and now that i reread this i’m so sorry for the wall of text GBA 😭)

Lol! You're super passionate and I appreciate that! I can't tell you anything about where Karmor is from. It's not fair for me to tell anyone beyond my production team for the series until the story can be properly put together. You'll find out tho! You might be surprised~

hi GBA! i’m a little newer to the channel/fanbase (?) , but i absolutely ADORE the stories i’ve listened to so far (all of BW, what we have for BvZ so far, a little bit of MOTH). i was relistening to BvZ, and i have a question;

in BvZ ep 1, when hipswitch walked in on attila experimenting/fking around w the listener and he switched back to mahatma, why did HS trigger mahatma to switch back to attila? (around the 18:13 to 20 minute mark) just a little question i had!

Hipswitch, read on the listener's face that things were wrong and quickly realized what had happened/was happening. Hipswitch didn't force Mahatma to change, he was already Attila and just wearing Mahatma as a disguise, if you'll forgive the way I'm morbidly putting it.

Hi! Yeah, I'm fine thanks!

I would not personally declscribe Mahatma/Atilla as Jekyll and Hide simply because, in the original story, Jekyll was able to change his appearance, while generally speaking, Attila just had different eyes. You could still make that connection, yes, but I prefer to compare him to Ryo Bakura.

What I tried to imply with the listener is that his voice was taken by an unknown entity and needs to get it back.
