Got any friendship head canons for Glowstrike?

Glowstrike demands a lot to consider someone a friend. They have to be an equal to her, otherwise they are just another underling. If you do happen to actually find yourself as her friend then Glowstrike holds you to very high standards. It can actually be quite demanding and a bit exhausting to be honest. But being her friend also comes with a lot of advantages. By being her friend, Glowstrike grants you a kind of trust that few others will ever get. She will display her trust in you by being completely honest and telling you about her personal doubts and problems. By entrusting you with her ‘weaknesses’ she’s essentially showing that she trusts that you won’t use it against her.

Once she sees someone as a genuine friend, Glowstrike is loyal. Trust is a two-way street and if you care for her then she cares for you. It will take some serious betrayal or frequent mistakes from your part for her to consider selling you out. Because there’s this mutual trust between you she expects her underlings to treat you with the same respect as they would her. Essentially, if you are her friend then you’re also her second in command and you shall be treated as such.

While she’s usually pretty cold and aloof, there are times where Glowstrike will show a warmer side, though only to you. There are these inside jokes you have, things only the two of you could understand. She’ll also show a caring side if you are injured or in a bad situation, protecting you from those that would use this situation against you.
