The common theme of diet and exercise ring true but also differences such as amount of time you need to spend at the gym. We all know those gym rats and I am not one of them."Get serious, do 40 minutes, not an hour and a half on nonsense. It's so much more rewarding." The main point really preached in this article is about attitude. Once you have the attitude and drive to begin a workout you should go until you have exhausted it, push a little further then get out of the gym.We all want shortcuts but its those that cut short who seem to get cut out.
