i use she/her pronouns and im a cisfem, I don't really have any preferred terms as long as the person is being nice lol

for my personality, i'm often described as intimidating at first meeting since I'm really quiet and distant with new people, but when i feel comfortable, I'm described as humorous and loud in a way. But, i can be very sarcastic. I think my good traits are: being easy-going, humorous, that type of stuff 😭, and my bad traits are being sarcastic, i also distance myself really badly with no explanation when im busy. my friends thought that i was lowkey mean for first impressions actually 😭 but i try to present myself as someone straightforward (??) or someone confident. if it helps, my mbti is istj and my godly parent is Nike or Ares.

most of my hobbies include painting, and sketching. my hobbies are also watching movies, especially horror ones, i also paint my nails as a hobby sometimes. i like jewelry, art, paranormal documentaries and spending my quality time with close loved ones. i dislike people who are far too stubborn when in a disagreement (although, i do not mind it if it's for a good cause), I'm also very competitive, so i do not like losing in games, but i, of course don't take it seriously most of the time.

HEROES OF OLYMPUS ROMANTIC MATCHUP: Rachel Elizabeth Dare

HOW YOU MET

You met Rachel at an art course where you were both flexing out your skills. She probably wasn't too impressed or intimidated by your personality, which let her talk to you easier than other people in the course could.

While you were both vaguely aware of each others' existance at the course, your first conversation was Rachel asking you to share paint as some colours were being used faster than the organiser anticipated and it was in short supply.

Your personlities probably clashed at first- in an awkward way rather than a conflicting way(if that makes any sense)- but your similar interests and speaking about them made you both understand each other a lot more, so by the end of the few days you'd both come to this sort of truce.

Rachel isn't as competitive as you are, as she mostly focuses on herself rather than what other people are up to in the same field, but I think she admires your attitude and how you present yourself.

RELATIONSHIP HEADCANONS

Rachel is the definition of energetic but calm idc idc. Her strong moral code definitely leads to her being stubborn, but her open mindedness leads her to only be stubborn in specific situations and with specific topics. Honestly, it's hard to disagree with her when her points are so though through, so I doubt you'll have problems with her stubborness. But seriously, Rachel has this vibe that makes her seem like she'd be energetic in casual situations.

Ah the power couple where one is blunt and the other is sarcastic. Bless whoever attempts to argue with either of you because you've got each others backs and you just won't lose. Rachel talks fast, which only ever adds to the other person's confusion, but you're too used to it to even notice at this point. You both have a very interesting and cute dynamic tbh.

Rachel is definitely good at being straightforward with you when needed, but her first approach is to be comforting. I feel like she'd have a lot of confidence in you, and believes you're able to be responsible with your own actions, but she's still willing to give advice when asked. She knows exactly how to cheer you up when things go wrong, and she's genuinely just a sweetheart.

HANGING OUT

NAIL ART. Rache is creative, and when she noticed you enjoyed having your nails painted, she asked if she could try nail art with you. Along with this, Rachel just enjoys sharng art with you as gifts. She paints, but she's also found interest in creating jewlery for you, and she honestly has some really beautiful designs.

Whenever either of you are in need of inspiration, Rachel is keen to drag you with her to find it in nature and elsewhere. She'll go to the beach with you, or even urban exploring if there are abandoned buildings where you are. It's effective(and fun).

Paranormal content is definitely right up Rachel's alley. While you're into the documentaries, she's into the movies. I feel like she's tried to convince you to watch The Exorcist with her a couple times- if you haven't watched it already. Horrror is definitely a common things for you guys to watch, and despite her admittedly jumping at a few of the jumpscares, it's hard to scare her with them.

GENSHIN IMPACT ROMANTIC MATCHUP: Tighnari

HOW YOU MET

You were visiting Avidya Forest and ended up leaving the forest right as Tighnari was leaving to return a recent report to the other Forest Watchers.

Being unfamiliar with the area, you asked Tighnari for some recommendations on where to eat, local things to do, etc etc. Really just small talk seeing as you needed directions to the fastest way back to town.

He quickly escorted you back and made sure to find a map for you to use so you wouldn't get lost. He was very sweet and helpful.

You had both assumed you'd never meet again, but you met him more than you thought you would while enjoying your stay in Sumeru, so your relationship blossomed from there.

RELATIONSHIP HEADCANONS

He's a private person who finds it hard to keep relationships, but he enjoys your company. I feel like he's patient enough to give you space with your projects, as he understands how it becomes a priority in your life. Still, he's slowly become sensitive enough to your patterns to remember to check up on you to make sure you aren't too stressed.

Definitely appreciates your sense of humor, especially since he knows that someone people just don't have real humour(cough cough cyno cough cough). Honestly, he's very vibey and fun to be around. He has a good sense of humour and doesn't really get offended or worked up over much, so he's pretty easy going.

Definitely stubborn about specific things- though he's justified, you shoudn't eat random mushrooms off the ground- and his knowledge leads him to be a bit pretentious at times, but he means the best, and honestly his pretentiousness if how he opens up more of the time. He's usually good at keeping his cool, so it's honestly kind of fun to see him let loose and complain a bit.

HANGING OUT

Tighnari is no doubt a great person to go to if you're in need of something to paint or sketch. With him, you'll soon find more and more plant pictures in your skech book or on your canvases. He can take you to magnificent landscapes to paint, and he's kind enough to acknowledge that you need a lot more green paint now.

I feel like you'd both go out and make your own paints together sometimes. His familiarity of the forest really helps you find the perfect colours you need for your newest project.

Cooking for sure. I hope you like mushrooms, because you're going to learn a lot of mushroom dish recipes during your time with him. Cooking is defo one of his favourite hobbies, and he likes to share it with you, even just by letting you try out his recipes.

Goal-scoring tandem Hayden Tate and Lucas Nordin scored second half goals Saturday as undefeated Bearden put away stubborn Science Hill 2-0 to move one step closer to their goal of a State Championship.

After a sluggish first half by the Bulldogs,Tate scored his season’s 17th goal forty-six seconds into the second period following two nice passes down the left side and across the box from Hamid Djouadi and Nordin. 

The two teams continued to battle for thirty-five minutes when Harrison Schwall capped a strong game with a beautiful touch pass assisting Nordin’s 27th goal of the season for the final 2-0 margin. The play began with yet another pinpoint, left-footed placement into the box from outside back Nic Prins. 

#2 Bearden will now face #1 ranked Brentwood in a battle of unbeatens at the State Tournament in Murfreesboro. The short-sided TSSAA doesn’t seed their brackets, otherwise this matchup would have been slated for the Championship round. Regardless, the Dawgs would most likely have to beat the Bruins at some point to win it all, so they might as well do it in the opening round.  The only common opponent the teams have is Hendersonville, whom Brentwood defeated Saturday 4-0 and earlier 2-0. Bearden beat the Commandoes 3-0 in the BHS Invitational. With the sting of last year’s 4-1 loss to the Bruins in the Final, and finishing second the last two seasons, the Bulldogs should be properly motivated to win it all.

This is Coach Ryan Radcliffe’s fourth consecutive, and sixth overall trip to the State Tournament in his eight seasons leading the Bulldogs (not counting 2020, which was canceled for Covid-19). His stellar record of 11-3 in Murfreesboro, with two Championships, two Runner-Ups, and a Final Four place him among the elite of Tennessee high school soccer coaches.

Houston ranks first with 23 appearances and 7 Titles...Woof!

The Horseman Fury was fighting with anger because of her horse. The point is the type of wrath DS has is not the one considered a sin. He chose to be in Hell to protect other realities from the evil Demons. Even Jesus gets angry, at some evil doers.Ĭlick to shrink.DS only fights because there is no ability to negotiate with demons, it is the same with the evil people in Darksiders. Therefore the only option is to fight and kill.ĮDIT: Further note that some Catholic scholars state that being angry at evil is actually good. In DS case there is no negotiating with evil. Therefore DS likely does not feed the the Sin Wrath. He smashes a console when Samuel Hayden attempts to justify progress through sacrifices. If I remember stuff from Darksiders one correctly things in that universe move above DS speed.Īs demonstrated wrath is only a sin if it is directed at the innocent and as I have proven DS. I am inclined to say unless DS has some hell artifacts or the unmaker, He will not be able to clear too many things that can go wrong based on a realistic take. If I remember DS1 they character speed is way out of DS league based on that flight scene with the other angel dude. Wrath 2nd encounter theoretically has the ability to kill DS and out speeds DS. DS has no underwater feats.ĭS is incorruptible illusions will not work for him or promises. Lust seems like a problem based on speed also. Greed might be a problem he is over DS strength and faster. Since you asked me to actively participate in the Dabate I watched the entire feats video provided. If enough information is posted i could debate on for DS. I could provide DOOM information if someone has enough information on Darksiders. I would be pulling things out of my ass if I made any conclusions as I only played Darksiders 1 long time ago. Is wrath a sin? Wrath with just cause the true definition of wrath may not actually power up the deadly sin Wrath. Strong displeasure at something considered unjust, offensive, insulting, or base righteous anger. Retributory punishment for an offense or a crime : divine chastisement Does righteous indignation count as wrath? Not sure if this changes things as it is mostly interpetations but there is evidence to show his vengeance is not out of malice but more so never again mentality. He has a entire page talking about how we fucked up the planet for future generations. in DOOM 2016.ĭG in comic is shown to care for the environment. Yes DS is wrathful in a sense but he is also doing what he does to protect others.ĭS is shown to care for human life. In an attempt to stop further demon activity of his own will to protect others from Demons. He still keeps the rabbit foot with him as a reminder until Quake Champions time period. Only game based on wrath was DOOM 2 as they killed his pet rabbit. He is angry not out of malice but with reason. ROMANTIC MATCHUP: Nejire Hado

HOW YOU MET

You were in a relatively empty cafe enjoying your order when she first approached you.

Kinda put you off at first, because why is someone approaching you randomly in a cafe? But she was asking you questions faster than you could really think so you were already off to a rough start.

Things eventually smoothed over when Mirio came in(apparantly he was supposed to meet up with Nejire sooner, but she became bored with waiting for him after he was delayed) and he apologised for her bluntness and a few tad invasive questions that you never got around to answering in the first place.

Whatever tension you had eventually died down with Mirio there to make Nejire a little bit less intense, and somehow you all found yourselves deep in a conversation until the pair had to leave to go through with their original plan.

After that, you seemed to meet Nejire in random places and slowly got to know each other more thanks to her chatty personality and by your own growing proximity and encounter rates(that pokemon deep dive really pulling through in my writing lmao).

RELATIONSHIP HEADCANONS

I don't know what your music taste is- like I'm assuming it's good considering it seems to be a big part of your life and you play three instruments- but just know Nejire's music taste is pure shit. Like in the most affectionate way possible, she has really bad taste in music. Like not even in the mainstream bad music way, she just listens to very obscure bad music. Respect though, she's dedicated.

While you both differ in a lot of hobbies and just your personalities in general, Nejire's curiousity about everything brings you both together as she learns more about your interests. Plus, she's pretty admirable in her determination and drive which pushed her to become one of the top 3 UA students. She admires a lot about you too, just like she admires things about everyone around her, but you're special in the sense that you can convince her to actually ask her what she admires about you, a question to payback for all the intrusive questions she gives you without much warning.

Get prepared to start knowing a lot of people and have a lot of people know you. Since she's settled more in herself and now has a chatty personality, Nejire knows a lot of people, and a lot of them are going to learn about you when you both get together. News spreads quickly, and your name will be associated with her. It's not anything anyone can control, but be warned.

HANGING OUT

You both seem to share that kind of curiousity about people, you with your people watching and Nejire with her, well her more blunt approach. You could definitely drag her out to people watch with you, she can definitely hold back going up and chatting to them if you want her to just sit with you and talk quietly about your observations.

Due to her quirk and the training she has to go through to overcome it, Nejire will sometimes just come to you utterly exhausted by the day. When she's in this state, she's much more willing to just let you talk about whatever you want or put on some music while she relaxes herself.

Ice-skating dates, go figure. I think she'd do kinda dumb stuff on the ice to see you laugh, but she's too cool to actually fall or anything. After you guys would go to a cute little cafe to eat or get a drink or whatever, but it's just a sweet time for you two where you have her full attention.

Eeeee, sorry this is so long- but uh, starting off with looks- I have dirty blonde to brown hair that goes from below my chin in the front to my upper back. Blue eyes(that my dad says look like the sky) with bad vision, so therefore glasses, and a round face. I'm 5'5" on a good day and pretty chubby(very insecure about it unfortunately). I usually wear baggier clothes, but when I'm feeling a bit more confident I wear things that are a bit tighter.

Personality: I'm an introvert! But when with people I know well I tend to be more open and outgoing. I'm very indecisive, so I sometimes depend on other people to help me make decisions, but I can come to conclusions on my own after a bit of thought. I take time to process things, and it's harder for me to process when things are going fast, there's confusion/misunderstanding, or more than one person is talking to me. It helps when someone lets me go through things step by step when need be. I also tend to forget and lose track of things easily. This could be anything from remembering far off due dates, to a story I was trying to tell but got sidetracked by a detail I wanted to explain. I'm a little chaotic, but overall pretty wholesome? I've been told I'm extremely loyal, and I do my best to be honest and understanding.

Interests/Likes: I love to draw and sing, and I love listening to music. I love the rain, cloudy weather, and the forest. I liked playing softball, although I don't anymore, and I don't mind going out on walks. I enjoy slightly cold weather, and just the right temperature weather. I also don't mind car trips, as long as I don't go too long without stretching.

Pet peeves/Dislikes: If I get interrupted too frequently I get pretty upset. Second Half Blitz Dooms Rebels

at Bearden 2 Maryville 1

Thursday, April 20, 2023 7pm

Down at halftime in a hard-fought District 4-AAA matchup, Bearden overcame a 1-0 deficit and overwhelmed a visiting Maryville team 2-1 Thursday.

Lucas Nordin, marked and double-teamed all game, scored midway through the second period when Ethan Ford hit him on a break across the eighteen, freeing up the All-State forward for a quick strike from fifteen yards to level the score at 1-1.

Sixty-two seconds later, defender Nic Prins placed a long direct kick to Hayden Tate on the right side, who fired a right-footed half-volley from the corner of the eighteen into the back of the net to give Bearden the lead with 18:48 remaining.

Scrappy encroaching defender Cole Hutchison led a swarming and punishing defensive effort that dominated the Rebels during the final forty minutes. Fellow outside back Prins locked things down on his side of the pitch to complement his precise left-footed corner kicks. Chandler Donohoe was everywhere in the middle, stealing balls and disrupting the Rebel offensive sets, and had a key defensive header on a late Maryville corner kick. Sophomore Cole Stopka was solid on the backline with his defensive headers and booming clears.

March Madness bracket busters 2021: Which 13 seed is best bet for a first-round upset?

Will there be a lucky No. 13 in the 2021 NCAA men’s basketball tournament?  

The track record 13 seeds in the NCAA tournaments isn’t great. The No. 4 seed is 111-29 – a winning percentage of .793 – in the first round. A total of six No. 13 seeds have advanced to the Sweet 16 – and none made it to the Elite Eight.  

That list includes Valparaiso (1998), Richmond (1998), Oklahoma (1999), Bradley (2006), Ohio (2012) and La Salle (2013). Ohio pushed No. 1 North Carolina to the limit in a 73-65 overtime thriller in that 2012 run. The Bobcats are back in the tournament this year, too, and one of the more-intriguing upset picks again. Are they the best bet to pull off another 4-13 upset?

HISTORY OF UPSETS BY SEED: 15 vs. 2 | 14 vs. 3 | 13 vs. 4 | 12 vs. 5

13 Liberty vs. 4 Oklahoma State  

FanDuel odds: Oklahoma State -9 (O/U 142)  

Why this could happen: Liberty averages just 9.7 turnovers per game – and Oklahoma State commits 15.9 turnovers per game. The Flames have the guard play necessary with Darius McGhee and Chris Parker, and this an experienced team that pulled a 5-12 upset in 2019. Liberty takes a 12-game winning streak into the tournament, and that makes them a dangerous team. Liberty does not have Cade Cunningham. The All-American averaged 20.2 points per game, and the Cowboys’ offense will pose a style challenge for Liberty – especially if the second-chance points are there. If Oklahoma shoots better than 50 percent from the field, then the Flames will have trouble keeping it within double digits.  

13 UNC-Greensboro vs. 4 Florida State 

FanDuel odds: Florida State –11.5 (O/U 145)  

Why this could happen: Senior guard Isaiah Miller is a superstar player who can go off. He averages 27.4 points per game in his last five games, and UNC-Greensboro won eight of their last 10. Florida State lost three of its last five games. The Seminoles have advanced to the second weekend in their last two tournament appearances, however, and the matchup between 7-foot centers Balsa Koprivca and Hayden Koval will go a long way in determining the tempo. The Seminoles rank eighth in the nation in three-point percentage (39.0), and leading scorer M.J. Walker shoots 44.4 percent behind the arc. He would need to have an off night for UNC-Greensboro to have a chance.

13 North Texas vs. 4 Purdue  

FanDuel odds: Purdue –7.5 (O/U 125)  

Why this could happen: The Mean Green caught fire in the Conference-USA tournament, and North Texas has four players who averaged double figures in the regular season. The Mean Green have a top-10 scoring defense that allowed 61.5 points per game. The challenge is for 6-10 forward Zachary Simmons, who will have to be more active against a Purdue front line led by forward Trevion Williams, who averages 15.6 points and nine rebounds, and 7-4 center Zach Edey. If guard Jaden Ivey is on, then North Texas will be in trouble. Under Matt Painter, the Boilermakers are 9-2 in the first round, and they have reached the second weekend in each of their last three appearances.  

13 Ohio vs. 4 Virginia  

FanDuel odds: Virginia –8 (O/U 132)  

Why this could happen: Virginia’s biggest issues are off the court right now after COVID-19 issues forced the Cavaliers to pull out of the ACC tournament. The Cavaliers still give up just 60.5 points per game, and opponents commit 12.4 fouls per game against Virginia. They will test Ohio’s patience with that defense and their ability to limit possessions. A pair of Wisconsin natives – Virginia’s Sam Hauser and Ohio’s Ben Vander Plas – come into focus. Vander Plas will have to at least match Hauser – one of the ACC’s best players. The challenge lies on Ohio star guard Jason Preston, who averages 16.6 points, 7.2 assists and 6.8 rebounds. Ohio shot 26 of 58 from 3-point range in the MAC tournament, and that hot shooting will need to continue to have a chance against the 2019 national champions.

Which 13 seed is best bet for an upset?

North Texas has the lowest point spread of the four, but we don’t like their chances against that big Purdue front line.  

UNC-Greensboro has the most-intriguing scorer in Miller, but Florida State presents too many problems on the offensive end.  

Liberty has the best of the four teams, and even with that ability to limit possessions it’s tough to pick the Flames against Cunningham and that Oklahoma State offense.  

Ohio is the best chance for an upset – and to cover the spread knowing the Cavaliers are 11-13 ATS this year – but it’s also a game that Virginia could dominate if the Bobcats have a rough shooting night.
