In regard to the manga having different Yuus, does that mean that every Yuu after Yuuken has had the same experiences as the previous (mainly overblots & how they met certain characters)?

That appears to be the case, yes! We get plenty of flashbacks in the Episode of Savanaclaw and Episode of Octavinelle or characters who reference Yuuka and Yuuta’s prior experiences at NRC. This includes the OBs and meeting characters from earlier dorms like Heartslabyul:

Presumably, we will get similar flashbacks and character lines for future Episodes and Yuus. It’s a nice, quick way of reintroducing us to the world and its characters! A shame we can’t get into the nitty gritty of how new Yuus reacted to old situations, but I guess we’ll have to rely on our imaginations for that.

Interestingly, there is one big notable detail that is the same across all three of the manga adaptations so far but is different from the game. All Yuus (including the game Yuu) first emerge from a coffin in the Mirror Chamber. However, game!Yuu runs away from Grim, who is pursuing them to take their uniform (implying that Yuu comes out dressed in the Ceremonial Robes). Crowley then appears and, claiming that Yuu is a lost new student, drags them back to the Mirror Chamber for the sorting ceremony. Yuuken, Yuuka, and Yuuta, meanwhile, all appear in the Mirror Chamber but then immediately proceed with the events that follow Crowley dragging game!Yuu back to the ceremony. This likely occurs to trim the excess "fat" that the story does not need, especially in a manga's limited physical magazine space. Something else you might notice is that Grim is already collared by Riddle when Yuuka shows up and Riddle seems to have stepped up to collar Grim when Yuuta has. Game!Yuu and Yuuken showed up before Grim was collared and before Riddle volunteered to assist at all. From this, we can deduce that while all Yuus largely experience the same things, there are still slight differences across them.
