HONEY MUSTARD PRINGLES MY BELOVED. THOU HAST RETURNED TO ME.
Perhaps predictably, honey mustard Pringles are my favorite flavor; functionally they're the only chip I really eat, not because I'm picky but simply because I'm not normally into potato chips (weird flavors excepted, I will always buy a weird flavor of chip). Pringles stopped making them around the time of the high supply chain issues dueing the early pandemic, but they recently won the "which flavor should return" contest Pringles had and I've been looking for them ever since.
Half the time I don't even eat them as chips. I crumble them on top of things like a bizarre chili crisp. They are the best mac and cheese topping in existence.
[ID: A picture of a tube of Pringles, honey mustard flavor, clearly taken at the moment of discovery in a grocery store aisle. Mr. Pringle on the can label looks particularly smug. He knows he's made the day of a man who should not be this excited about chips.]

*hallelujah chorus*
I know mustard is jokingly my thing, but honey mustard pringles are genuinely pretty much the only flavor of chip I will actually actively buy (I don't really eat chips very often) and they stopped making them around the time supply chain issues became significant, so I assumed the pandemic put an end to them. But I guess I wasn't the only person who missed them!
My favorite thing to do, which a reader turned me onto (I am so sorry I'm blanking on your name!), is dish up some mac and cheese in a bowl and crumble a couple of honey mustard pringles on top of it. Ooh that's the stuff.
