A doodley study of Arcanth's hands.
I love going uncanny valley or otherwise weird when designing hands for non-human creatures. Might do some further tweaking, but I kinda like the weird symmetry here, with middle two fingers being disproportionately large compared to the pointer and pinky. Plus the long wrist!

A few days ago I was at LoriCon Tyrol for the first time. And there I found this lil guy!
And I told myself I will buy the next pig plushy I find and make my own Technoblade to take to AniNite with me where I will cosplay him.
And the very next day I found him. My boy!
Meet piggyblade! I love him he is the best little boi. So when I came home I started with his crown.
I wanted the crown to look as scuffed as Technos. So I recoloured the crystals myself with nail polish.
After that I glued them to foam rubber and the crown was created.
Next I made the cape. The collar is wool and the fabric in general were leftover scraps from my own coat I made for my cosplay.
And here we have my little guy! Look at him!

I'm not Christian but I really appreciate the sentiment and structure of the Serenity Prayer, so I decided to create a divination spread based on it. (I only have access to my Tarot deck atm but this should work with whatever.)
The prayer goes something like:
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
OK, I can get at least six cards out of that:
____1️⃣
____2️⃣
4️⃣3️⃣ 5️⃣6️⃣
to know the difference between two sets of things, I have to know how they relate, what I'm comparing — the overall topic of the reading
the wisdom — a deeper insight into this subject
the things I cannot change — the battles not to choose, pretty self-explanatory
the serenity to accept it — understanding my place in that situation allows me to develop a (healthy) coping mechanism
the things I can change — toxic positivity aside, there's always something I can do to influence (my) reality
the courage, which is easier to muster when there's a trusty plan of action — where to get inspiration or assistance, how the problem needs to be addressed, what to expect when it's resolved, etc

AI does not seem to agree with hollywood higherups that people can be replaced!
do you think AI can replace real human writing?ChatGPT
AI has shown remarkable advancements in generating text that can closely mimic human writing in certain contexts. However, there are important distinctions to consider:
Creativity and Originality: While AI can generate text based on patterns it has learned from existing data, true creativity, and the ability to come up with completely original ideas, perspectives, and concepts are still inherent to human writers.
Emotional Depth: Human writing often carries emotional nuances, personal experiences, and a depth of understanding that AI lacks. AI can mimic emotions to some extent, but it doesn't genuinely feel emotions or have personal experiences to draw from.
Context and Intention: Human writers can understand complex contexts, emotions, and intentions behind a piece of writing. AI might generate coherent text, but understanding the subtle layers of meaning in different situations is a challenge.
Ethical and Moral Judgment: Writing often involves ethical, moral, and value-based decisions. AI lacks the capacity to make such judgments based on a true understanding of ethical implications.
Authenticity and Voice: Human writers have unique voices, perspectives, and life experiences that shape their writing. AI can produce text in different styles, but it lacks the authenticity of human voice.
AI can certainly be a powerful tool to assist and enhance human writing by offering suggestions, generating ideas, or even creating drafts. It can save time and provide insights. However, fully replacing the complexity and richness of human writing is a complex task that goes beyond current AI capabilities. Human writing involves a blend of creativity, empathy, cultural understanding, and emotional connection that AI, as of now, cannot fully replicate.
