I've been thinking about sk8 a lot lately and I know we can all agree on the parallels betweens reki and joe vs langa and cherry but can i bring to the table the similarities between reki and cherry vs langa and joe. Cherry is literally an engineer and artist, a craftsman in every sense from building boards to programming art displays. So I imagine as a teen, cherry wouldve spent so much time tinkering away with new board designs and deck art and joe wouldve been by his side just so enamoured by whatever cherry is building. Just like langa is every time reki wips out a new board design he's worked all night on. Plus the very first thing we see reki doing is drawing in class and he gets so excited when his classmate asks about his art so yall best believe he's shown langa all his sketch books and langa is so so impressed by him. Idk i just think they're all stupid and in love and i miss them
