Name of muse(s): Hibiya and Hibiko. I've had one other muse that didn't last long, I just wanted an excuse to talk about my views and opinions on music lmao. An outlet to express that to a degree, but I just didn't have anything else I wanted to say, no overarching theme or anything.

Experience in RP: Started out the classic way of rp'ing via texts with a friend, where it was like [ "Stop doing that" *laughs* ] as Izaya from Durarara. Not terribly long after I moved to tumblr cause I was already always on it on my personal account and heavy in the durarara community in 2012, 2013, cause I wanted to write as Hibiya. And that was a blast because it started showing on Adult Swim so the anime got more popular and there were just a lot of people and alters to write with.

Stopped and started a few times, but I always wrote Hibiya publically and no one else. I think I barely wrote in 2016 cause the rp side of the fandom was DEAD and I didn't really venture out to find new partners. I had also moved countries so like, wasn't thinking about writing often. Completely stopped thinking about it in 2017 and was writing songs instead. Until after I graduated college and was working fulltime, and after all the lockdowns stopped (Toronto had multiple), I needed a new creative outlet I could work on while not home and kept thinking about Hibiya and Delic and having ideas I wanted to explore. And was very lucky to find my email and password! So now I'm like, I can't imagine leaving tumblr to write somewhere else. Privately I dunno, it's so boring.

Best experiences: It's so nice to have partners that equally gush over one another's muses and relationships, sharing ideas and potential threads and even just being like "lmao if this happened, it'd be over" / "I can't stop thinking about x."

Plus I mean to be honest, it's so, so exciting and nice to hear people excited to write with me and ask about my muses, having genuine curiosity. Asking questions I've never thought of and pushing them to be more developed and fleshed out. I love posting a reply or answering a meme and immediately getting pinged on discord of someone panicking and talking to me about it.

Pet peeves / dealbreakers: Too much ooc is the main reason I end up unfollowing people. Which like, listen, it's not like I outright say, I don't care about you. But if it's too much, even though I like you and your muses and want to write, I'm gonna mute your tag. I'd much rather someone repeatedly be like "I'll be on twitter if you care" or whatever passive-aggressive thing, than have a bunch of posts on my roleplay account that are nothing. Let me ignore it if I want to.

I've complained to the point of adding it to my rules, but I hate mains. And I honestly more and more feel like I'm making the right call in that it's very mean and you shouldn't do it. I understand feeling more drawn to some muns/muses than others, but when a mun is repeatedly answering someone's stuff immediately when you've been waiting for a reply for a month. Yeah, it's a little dog shit. There needs to be an effort to balance it out between partners.

A COUPLE ACTUAL PETTY PET PEEVES. That like, I've rewritten this a bunch of times cause I don't want to be dumb and rude even though it makes me want to be very that. I hate when muns make their muses short and are just weird about it. Like, it's obviously written from the perspective of a person that is average height, who sometimes feels short, so assumes someone shorter than them always feels short. And it's like no one thinks about their height that much, stop it. But this is absolutely me, a person who is the height of all those short muses, being like bruh stop being weird. I also hate when there is an unrealistic weight put to muses. Because it's something most people ignore, so just skip it if you're gonna be dumb about it. If you feel the need to be like, my 5'6" muse 90 pounds, think about how dysfunctional that makes a person. It's beyond the realm of "my muse is skinny." But!! Again! I know this is just me being like "your fictional character is unrealistic." People like to make their muses taller than Shaq and as buff of as wrestler, but also be like "it's natural, they would never track their calories/protein intake."

Muse preference ( fluff, angst, smut ): Of course it depends. Hibiya is fun because he's awful at being fluffy, so it's great putting him in those positions where I am also so horribly uncomfortable for him. He's always angsty. It gets a little tiring. Smut is all me though, I just get lost in thinking of the details and then I forget to write any of it and it takes forever. Practice though and I know it'll be more fun. There are at least muses now that Hibi wants to be gross with finally.

Hibiko however, is like, always bordering on fluffy, to the point that she really fights angst. Which in itself is fun because that's where most of her development comes from. Surprisingly, smut will be/is really fun for Hibiko because her walls are down, which isn't the case any other time. She also doesn't have as many preconceptions as Hibiya when it comes to sex, so it's more freeing and open for me to write.

Plot or memes: Memes are more freeing. They can be long winded ideas or just a paragraph, so that's fun. But when it comes to the long run, I need to talk about plots to some extent so we're not running aimlessly.

Long or short replies: Long. Mid, really, but I'd rather it be longer than shorter. I've learned I have a hard time tapping into what my muse is going through if I'm not seeing that in return. But short ones are a very welcomed break when they come along. It's nice to easily poop out a reply without being like oh fuck okay what happens first.

Best time to write: When I'm alone in the morning before anyone wakes up (which isn't the morning but pretend it is). I like sitting in silence and enjoying the nothing going on so I can focus. I like to watch movies by myself, and it'll take twice as long because I'll pause it to write while inspired, and watch another five minutes before pausing to write again. The way god intended, really.

Are you like your muse(s): Kinda. I relate to Hibiya more. I'm more aloof than I think I am and can be a little insensitive towards other people's feelings and my words. Emotions are not my strong suit lmao.

So, I read a lot of your personal posts and I'm just really curious about you. You seem very stressed out and tired all the time. Are you a college student? Are you just in a financial situation that necessitates that you work all the time? I just feel bad because It seems that you do not absorb joy very much. Like, I have seen that you recently started watching that show The 100. You seem very pissed off about it and yet keep watching it? You confuse and intrigue me. Explain?

"it seems that you do not absorb joy very much" has been playing on my mind ever since i read this. It hit something close to my heart.

I know i’m not obligated to explain anything and i don’t tend to put my life online (i don’t have any social media, so that should give you an idea of how secretive i usually am) but i literally stayed awake for 30 hours straight before sleeping for 15 hours straight and of course i don’t feel very well after that lol. I feel like i need to talk through some things that i’ve been keeping to myself for a long time. Get it out of my head, stop carrying it around, maybe gain some control over it.

I never intend to make anyone feel bad though, but i don’t have anyone to talk to so i guess i sometimes make those posts as a substitute for someone listening. Or for me being pissed about the 100, i think that’s my mood translating into what i end up posting in general.

Anyways this is A Lot. I obviously don’t mind if you read it. Advice would be nice, if anyone has any.

I’m a 2nd year university student. Due to severe mental illness (often making me physically sick and exhausted) these last 2 years have been extremely difficult so that's left me in a very intense situation essentially just trying to ensure i pass the year. That means handing in all the assignments i deferred basically all at the same time, after not attending the year at all. Like no lectures, no workshops, no lessons, nothing past the first month of semester 1. It's really not an ideal situation and my condition isn't improving the way i thought it would (you know when you think ‘this is the worst it can possibly get’ and then it gets worse?), and i can't focus. I’m resourceful and naturally decently smart, so i’m able to still pass a year of uni without...going. I’ve become less capable over time but because of other life experience i don’t place value on academic excellence anymore and because of covid there is a benchmark anyway, where my grade can’t drop below a 2:2, so basically i’m good as long as i don’t recieve a fail grade on anything. But that being said it’s still really hard to get things done anyway despite this? especially with depression and concentration issues, because uni in general just makes me really unhappy and disrupts my entire life, and i’d rather do literally anything else.

I can’t function whenever thinking about school in general. If im stressed about something i can’t think about anything else and it ends up seeping into other things im doing.

I have a really clear idea of what i want for the next step in my life and university is the only route available to get to so that’s why i’m still going through all of this when i could technically just ‘stop’. I’ve explored other ideas already and it appears even more stressful and complicated to make a huge change now. Even though i know 3rd year will be harder (which is also a source of stress, anxiety over what’s to come when im already struggling...).

I've been talking to my uni the whole time and while they've been understanding and accommodating (psychology department...like...they Know lol), there's only so much they can do to help me. Everyone i’ve spoken to is genuienly amazed i am where i am, but imo my resilience is bourne out of pure spite not to let my life fall apart along with myself LMAO. I have one assignment deadline left which is tomorrow. It’s the hardest one yet, i haven’t started and i’m filled with dread, and i’m so burned out i have no idea how i’m going to get it done.

To give some context about the whole ‘i can’t help myself when i’m under stress’ thing: I’m a really feminine girl. I have health and beauty routines that i like to stick to, but i can’t stick to them right now so i don’t feel like myself. There is nothing more to my life than stress and depression. I’m pretty sure i experienced dissociation for a few days last week. It was like i didn’t exist.

Just so happens that when i thought i could finally have a break from the extreme stress there are exams coming up on the 11th, which my uni has for some reason decided to make harder!?!? And i need to tell you that because it’s been bugging me ever since i recieved the email. They've completely changed the exams from being 1 hour long multiple choice tests (multiple choice is so easy smh) to basically a group of short answer questions we have 24 hours (each!) to write and submit and it’s seeming like i’ve got another 5 assignments to do after already writing 7 in the past month. It’s open book while the January exams were closed but it still seems to me like the students who didn’t defer (who did the exams back in January) got an unfair advantage over those of us taking them now due to our own circumstances. So I’m confused and upset about that, and about the thought that i probably won’t even get a break before 3rd year begins.

My living situation doesn’t make it better. It’s a really negative and emotionally draining space for me to be in. Just adding to my being drawn to negativity, and my own sensitivity. And covid has made everything that much more complicated, with everything changing and being closed etc. I’m completely alone btw, there is no one i can lean on.

As for the 100, that’s really tricky. I actually stopped “watching” it last year and now mostly consume it through fandom tumblr. I'm just not in the right headspace to sit alone and watch such a heavy show (clearly LMAO). But I’m so comfortable in this circle of fandom & love my mutuals, so i stay. I am actually liking a lot about the final season, like they’re delivering everything i wanted them to lol, but it’s so flawed and easy to complain about when you have a predisposition to be a Negative Nancy all the time so here we are.

I think i don’t really talk so extensively about shows I really love because i feel like i don’t have anything substancial to say about them besides ‘i love it’? Like i just sit there and happily watch and the farthest i go is commenting gibberish love confessions in the tags of a gifset i reblog. So most of my posts end up being me being petty or something. I do want to focus more on shows i love but like i said...it’s so hard for me sometimes to be all-positive and pretend i’m not completely crushed?

I really just want to not be so stressed and exhausted all the time. I want to do something besides worry about and/or do work. I’d love to clean my space & take a shower & read a book without a nagging anxiety in the back of my head. But i have to wait it out, and then wait it out, and continue waiting it out because it feels like things are going to be this way forever or get even worse.

I’ve had a lot of good luck lately though, and i don’t know what your beliefs are but i think someone is watching over me.

Roommates, Routines and Best Friends : Day Dates - more like ALL day

Steve was extremely nervous to take you out. It had been so long since he went on a date. The last date he remembers going on was the one where his girlfriend of four years broke up with him. ‘I need to find my own thing, do my own thing. Be my own person,’ is what she told him. Steve was terrified. He didn’t know how dates worked anymore. For Christ’s sake, he asked you out on a day date. Are those even a thing? He had consulted Bucky about dating once. Bucky said day dates are weird and to not ever go on one for a first date - he said it meant that it was real, and the date-e would get a ‘serious relationship in the making’ vibe. Everyone knows that Bucky knows what he’s talking about. The guys basically a god when it comes to girls. And what does Steve do? Ask you out on a day date. 

You had texted Steve the address to the apartment the night before. That was before you knew that he knew Bucky. When he got the address, he was confused as hell. ‘Did Bucky move and not tell me?’ Sometimes, Bucky would do things without telling Steve. Of course Steve would feel left out but Bucky would always fill him in. So he figured he’d just ask Bucky about that later. He straightens out his collar and clears his throat. His palms felt sticky and his mouth felt dry. He had a rose in his hand. Just one. He really didn’t know how this whole date thing worked anymore. He was so out of the game. He blows out a breath.

“You got this, Steve. Just knock. Just knock,” he whispers to himself as he extends his hand out to knock on your front door. He shakes his head, “here goes nothing.” He knocks three times and steps back. He watches the door knob turn and pull open the door. He looks up and prepares himself to see you. His heart racing a thousand miles per second.

“Aw, is that for me, buddy,” Bucky says with a cheeky smile as he grabs the rose from Steve’s hand. Steve opens his mouth to talk but nothing comes out. He furrows his eyebrows and tilts his head up, staring down Bucky. Bucky sniffs the rose and stares back. “What?”

“Where’s- that rose is for (y/n).”

Bucky smirks and steps aside, letting Steve in. “Fun fact, (y/n) hates roses, she thinks they’re cliché. She’s getting ready,” he says as he closes the door and walks to the kitchen, “thirsty?”

Steve shakes his head and stuffs his hands in his pocket, looking around Bucky’s apartment. He notices decorative pillows on the sofa. A vase with sunflowers sitting on a desk in the hallway. “She um, she lives here.. with you?”

“Yessir. When she told me who she was going on a date with, I shitted myself. What a small world right,” Bucky shouts from the kitchen. Steve laughs softly, nodding as he walks over to the kitchen. He leans over the counter, crossing his arms while he does so. Bucky twists the cap to his water bottle and glances at his best friend. He walks over to him and copies his motions, opposite of him.

Steve glances at Bucky. He was still confused. He wondered if Bucky’s ever tried anything with you, if he’s done anything with you. He nods his head towards Bucky, “how long have you had a roommate?”

“Going on six months.”

“Is that why you never invited me over? Trying to keep her for yourself,” Steve teased, a little bit of truth behind his words though.

Bucky chuckles and shakes his head. Although he rejected Steve’s notions, he kind of felt like thats exactly why he didn’t invite his best friend over anymore. He liked knowing that he would get to come home to your voice asking how his day was. And every time a girl laid her eyes on Steve, it’s like he’d disappear. The sounds of footsteps making their way to the kitchen made the guys’ head turn. You were wearing a sundress and wedges. Bucky had never seen you wear anything like that. He was so used to seeing you in sweats or his t-shirts - even your apron for work, never a dress and wedges. When he dragged you to that party, you were just wearing jeans and a fancy shirt. He said to go casual so you did. Looking at you, Bucky couldn’t think of anything prettier.

“(Y/n), you look... beautiful,” Steve says. He turns to Bucky and grabs the rose that was sitting in front of him. You blush, smiling as you tell him ‘hi’. He hands you the rose and smiles softly.

“She hates roses,” Bucky mumbles, staring at your smile. You and Steve brush off his comment.

“You ready,” Steve asks as he reaches for your hand. You nod and grab his hand. You glance at Bucky and give him a ‘oh my god’ look. Bucky chuckles softly and watches your happiness expressed on your face. Everything’s moving slow motion for him. Your hair was curled, and the way it moved when you turned to look at Steve made Bucky weak. He didn’t know what was going on. He wasn’t sure why he was looking at you the way he was.

“I’ll bring her back safe and sound,” Steve says as he waves bye to Bucky. Bucky peels his eyes off of you and nods to Steve. He sticks his hands in his pocket and walks behind you guys. Before you completely walk out the door, you turn and face Bucky. Steve lets go of your hand and waits for you outside of the door, leaning against the frame.

“Do I look okay,” you whisper to Bucky. He clenches his jaw and nods, giving you this look. You knit your eyebrows together, trying your very best to read him. This look was new. You had never seen it before. It almost looked like frustration, pain. But you didn’t know. You weren’t sure.

“You’re breathtaking, doll,” he whispers back. He clears his throat and pushes you out the door gently. “Have her back no later than eleven p.m, son.”

Steve chuckles and rolls his eyes, looking at his best friend. It was his turn to whisper to Bucky. Bucky leans against the door and smiles at his friend. Steve gives him a handshake and pats his shoulder. “Wish me luck.”

“A day date. What did I tell you about those?” Bucky shakes his head, laughing as he hugs Steve, patting him on the back. You watch them and roll your eyes playfully, mumbling ‘get a room’. Bucky glances at you with that stupid look again. You swallow the lump in your throat and look away. The two pull away. “It’s good seeing you, punk.”

“You too, jerk,” Steve says with a smirk. The three of you bid goodbye’s and see you later’s. Walking to Steve’s car was fun. There wasn’t awkward silence, not even on the way to the movie theater he was taking you. He bought you snacks, a huge bucket of popcorn. He even did that cliché thing where the both of you reached into the popcorn at the same time. It wasn’t much, but it was enough to make the two of you bust out laughing. Of course, the two of you did not pay attention to the movie whatsoever. Making jokes and throwing food at each other was what the experience consisted of. After the movie, he took you out to eat sandwiches.

There was this place - amazing place. He had mentioned it to you while the two of you were strolling through the park, eating ice cream. You had never been and he was so shook. He practically pulled you to the place. He ordered you his favorite and watched you take your very first bite. You loved it. Safe to say, you liked him. You like him. Everything was so easy with him.

“I’ll take two beers,” Steve told the bartender. You peaked at your phone. 8 pm. You had left the apartment around noon. You glanced at Steve. He was leaning over the bar counter, waiting for the beers. You smile and look back down to your phone.

You laugh and shake your head. Bucky was so extreme sometimes. “Here you go, gorgeous.” You turn your attention to Steve and grab the beer he slid towards you. He sits across from you and glances at your phone. You shrug.

“Bucky’s asking if i’m okay,” you say as you take a sip of your beer. Steve points towards your phone, you slide it to him and watch him take a selfie. You giggle as he turns the camera to you.

“Say hi to Buck. You look alive, are you alive?” You laugh and hide your face. You feel Steve’s hand pull yours away, exposing your red cheeks. You smile, showing your one dimple. That made Steve bite his lip, he loved it.

“Hi, Buck,” you said softly, “I’m alive. I’m okay. Don’t wait up for me tonight,” you said as you glanced back to Steve. He smirked and stopped recording, quickly sending the video to Bucky. 

A few drinks later, you and Steve were sharing stories. “So tell me, when was your last date?”

You sit up straight, your smile faintly fading as you try to recall your last date. “Um, I’d say about almost nine months ago? Maybe even ten,” you say with a dry chuckle. He leans in closer, you do the same. He gazes into your eyes, searching for the memory as if he can see you sitting somewhere across from another guy.

“How was it?”

“Terrible,” you say smiling. Even though it was terrible, it was still a memory of him. You hated him, but the memories of him were nice sometimes. “His name is Sam. I went to high school with him. Literally only dated him all those four years and even up to my sophomore year in college.” Steve nods slowly, listening to your every word. “I thought I was gonna marry him,” you said with a sad smile and shrugged.

“I almost thought I was gonna marry my last girlfriend too,” Steve says softly as he holds your gaze. You tilt your head and lean into him.

“What happened?” He shrugs and looks around the bar.

“She wanted to be independent. She didn’t want to rely on anyone-on me anymore,” he says weakly. You look at him and put your hand on top of his, gently squeezing.

“Let’s get married. I’ll rely on you... sometimes,” you say with a smirk, trying to lighten the gloomy mood. He looks at your hand and laughs. 

“I think I need Bucky’s blessing first.”

You laugh and shake your head, biting your lip. “Yeah, you might.”

Steve smiles and looks up at you. Your hand was still on his. You didn’t know if it was the alcohol or if it was his eyes that made you spin. The perfect shade of blue. You were lost in them. All you wanted him to do was kiss you. You wanted him to lean over the table and grab your face and pull it to his. You weren’t that drunk. He wasn’t that drunk. He did wanna kiss you. He wanted to kiss you so badly but again, he was afraid he didn’t know how to anymore. And quite frankly, so were you. You hadn’t kissed any other guy but Sam. He was your world. Adjusting to doing things without him was hard. The idea of Steve was hard. You wanted it. You wanted to be with Steve. Especially after this date. You spent all day with him and didn’t think about Sam once, up until now of course. And the same for him. His ex girlfriend, Peggy, was clear out of his mind when he would hear your voice.

“I should get you home,” Steve mumbles. He doesn’t move. His eyes still stuck on yours.

“You should,” you mumble. You don’t move either. You were stuck. You didn’t ever want to look away from him. These feelings, they’re new to you. They’re new to him. 

“Let’s just stay here all night,” he says. You giggle and nod.

“Um, I’m sorry but we’re closing in five minutes,” a man says, causing you guys to turn to the source.

“Oh, like now?” Steve asks as he looks at the guy.

“Like in five minutes, sir,” he says monotone-ly. You snort and laugh, Steve looks at you and laughs too.

“Way to ruin the moment, dude,” he says as he gets up, leaving a few dollars for a tip. You scoot out of the booth and lean down, fixing your shoes as you laugh softly. The guy shrugs and watches the two of you lean into each other as y’all walk out of the bar. You pull out your phone. Two a.m. You gasp.

“Steve, take me home. James is probably having a panic attack,” you say through laughter. Steve glances at the time displayed on your phone.

“Shit, yeah lets get you home.”

“Wait,” you say as you turn to Steve. He stops and looks at you with a confused look. Even with wedges on, you’d have to tiptoe to reach his lips. So that’s what you do. You place your hands on his chest and tiptoe, closing your eyes as you softly place your lips on his. It doesn’t take long to feel Steve kissing you back, wrapping his arms around your waist, holding onto you tightly as he moves his lips against yours. You run your hands up his chest and rest your left hand on his neck while the other runs over his jawline and cheek, up to his hair. His hair was soft, it felt silky underneath your palms. He gently lifts you up, deepening the kiss. Your mind was consumed with the feeling of his strong arms wrapped around your body. The ends of your hair tickled his forearm as he set you back down on the ground. Your hands rested on his cheeks, the both of you slowly pulling away. You bite your lip and feel his grip loosen, his hands resting on your waist. You run your hands down to his biceps and keep them there. He clenches his jaw and smirks, scanning your face.

“Now I don’t want to take you back home,” he says with his gentle voice. You chuckle softly and look into his eyes.

“It’s our first date, mister,” you whisper. He smiles and kisses your cheek. He sighs and grabs your hands, intertwining your fingers with his. 

“First of many more,” he glances at you as he walks you back to his car. The two of you were taking all the time in the world. He adored you. He knew he wanted something special with you. He knew Sam screwed up, and he knew that Sam would give him shit if he knew who he was on a date with. The butterflies in your stomach came back as you felt Steve stroking the back of your hand with his thumb. How could anyone want to end things with Steve? He was perfect. It was a perfect day date turned night. Steve couldn’t be happier he went to that party. You couldn’t be happier.

Now they told me that the whole process of signing up would take from a few days to 30. My car is a 1994 Lexus ES300 with 125,000+ miles on it. I would say it is in good or fair condition, the leather seats are cracking badly and it has a few scrathes, etc. I'm just wandering if it is in my best interest to repair this car or for it to be totaled out. The estimate for repairs in $3500.00, which could always go up once repairs start for unseen damage. I'm just not sure the car is worth repairing for that amount considering its condition. On 7/24 I was at a Dairy Queen drive thru the person behind me hit the truck I was driving. I was looking at her in the rear view mirror the entire time. She had a cigarette hanging from her mouth that was unlit and she eventually backed up after hitting me. I got out of the truck and looked and I did not see any damage. She then said I didn't move you hit me I then told her No I did not hit you I am in front of you and this truck was never in reverse. Since there was no damage to the truck I did not bother getting any of her information since it was not my fault. On 7/27 I got a call from the police saying she told them I hit her. I gave them my side of the story and they said she had a witness who was a passenger in her car and they will be in touch. I also let them know I had a witness as well. The cop called me back yesterday and wanted to get my insurance information so her and I could exchange information. My question is do I have to give my insurance information to this cop? I did not hit this woman and I think she is trying to get one over on the insurance company. The cop said yesterday I'm surprised the truck does not have any damage because her car does have damage. This truck was a rental truck which was inspected at the time it was dropped back off at the rental company obviously there was no damage to it. This woman looked like she was on something to begin with and I'm guessing she was not paying attention probably looking for a lighter and let off the break and hit me. Which I still don't see how her car would be so damaged. I don't want this con artist having my information. I have had Progressive for many years and no claims.We do deserve cheaper rates because of our age and driving record and low mileage. He said for the past 6 months, each time he went in to make a payment, the girl HIS was already paid. Realizing what had happened. They were applying my payments to his automobile. I was furious. I notified the agent who initially did not want to accept blame, but since the payments were automatic and my account number was on each payment they took, they were responsible. The error was compounded by the fact that the cancellation notice went to HIS address (how dumb was that!) So I had no way of knowing that I was cancelled. I was without a car for 2 weeks and lost my job. After much haggling and many sleepless nights of wondering what to do without a job or a car, the insurance company finally admitted blame, paid the impound fees of $1,250.00. The agent also said they would handle the 2 tickets totaling 1K. FAST FORWARD TO 2010 in my state, the county did a scofflaw sweep and I was summoned to court with over 5 thousand other delinquent drivers to address unpaid tickets. The order was come to court by April 30th or be arrested. Realizing this had to be a mistake, but fearful of the law, I stood in line for over 5 hours in blazing heat, then sat in court another 5 hours waiting for my day in court. I was immediately threatened with arrest because the 2 tickets were not paid. Up to that moment, I had no idea the insurance company had not paid the 2 tickets. This time, not only was my insurance and registration cancelled, my license was suspended due to the age of the infraction (5 years). In front of the judge, I called the agents' office only to be told by the secretary that they had no intention to pay the ticket. Paying to get the car out of impound was enough. When the judge heard this she was shocked and let me off with a promise to pay in 5 days. She made me promise not to drive. With no way to get home but drive, I took a chance, and was pulled over. The officer informed me that due to the vast number of outstanding cases, tags bearing our county name would be targeted for a while (talk about a police state!). I showed him my documents from the court and headed home. This is a nightmare. Would I have a case if I filed suit against my insurance company for failing in their fiduciary responsibility to a 16 year client in good standing? By the way this company is one of the largest in the country.""

I got 6 points back in 2009 for speeding with a drink drive ban the same night! I don't need any lectures. I can easily say biggest mistake of my life! I done my time and still paying for it. I done a insurance quote without the 6 points and it was 600, with them it is 1300! HELP! Insurance company trying to low ball estimate?

Back in April I was driving and a lady tried switching lanes and struck my vehicle. I immediately went to an auto body shop and got an estimate for the damage, they took photos and everything. I've been contacting her insurance and dealing with this for over two months... I need help choosing my first car. Mustang vs Mustang vs MINI?

I will be buying my first car soon and I have a few choices to pick from. I'll have to pay for everything myself (insurance, fuel, maintenance, etc.). I'm trying to narrow my choices by choosing between a 2005 Mustang v6 (has 50k miles and is an auto :c) and a 2004 Mustang v6 (has 80K miles and is a manual c:). I found both of these cars at an auction site I'll be going to with my father next week (he's mechanically inclined lol truck driver) and I'm nervous since it's likely I won't be able to check for many issues other then auto check. I don't need much power so I don't mind having a v6 (because I'll work my way up to the newer models heh heh heh). Anyway, which should I choose should I decide to get a Mustang? I mostly need it to get to school and work; maybe an occasional mini road trip to LA (twice a year; I live in the Bay Area too so weather isn't a problem). Also, are they difficult to drive?
