I'm too young to ve gen x. I'm too old to be a millennial. I'm an iGeneration kid. I had totally forgotten about this song until a random memory fired. This is my generation. We were the first where everything started to have "i" in front of it, mostly for no reason. The Iraq wars. Being a commodity, properly, and being aware of it.

And people tried to put us down when iTunes bumped a post-Cold War sound.
My generation sat the mecca of malls, Times Square, I'm there, Viacom installs.
So we hit the net while the Trade Center fell, New York met Hollywood, we ran like hell.
No Vietnam for us, yo, Iraq it's on. So who agreed upon this cowboy Genghis Khan?
The choice made, baby. Hey, we'd take it back, logged in, dropped out, MTV took track.
They sold it back to us and claimed no correlation. The iMac, iPod, iGeneration.
And I'm waiting for the day we can get out. The world is ours, that's the story no doubt. (No doubt!)
Want to be more info super highway traffic, want to be more than a walking demographic!
"Hey! You're part of it." Talking about the iGeneration.
"Yeah! You're part of it." Talking about my iGeneration.
See the iGeneration knew organization meant optimization and unification,
When imagination gave participation in creation of culture a manifestation.
The Berlin Wall fell and out we came, the post-Cold War kids laid claim to AIM.
LOL, OMG, yo, BRB. Space, colon, dash, closed parenthesis.
We sat at our laptops and typed away, and found that we each had something to say.
Web-logged our fears, our hopes and dreams. Individuated by digital means.
Fiber optic lenses, DVD, Coca Cola, Disney and Mickey D's.
Flat mass culture, the norm that took hold, I hope I die before I get sold.
"Hey! You're part of it." Talking about the iGeneration.
"Yeah! You're part of it." Talking about my iGeneration.
This is the I-N-T-E-R-N-E-T ge-ne-ra-tion, see?
This is the I-N-T-E-R-N-E-T ge-ne-ra-tion, see?
"Hey! You're part of it." Talking about the iGeneration.
"Yeah! You're part of it." Talking about my iGeneration.

Zoomer’s Adventures into The Abyss of Traveler’s World
Zoomers are commonly known as the Generation Z or in short Gen Z. Gen Z is the term that is widely accepted by the people which refers to the people that was born between 1995 and 2010, obviously the Z means Zoomer as they are the first generation know to ‘zoom’ the internet. This generation are also known into many names such as IGeneration, the Digital Natives, internet generation, and centennials. The Gen Z or the Zoomer’s are most likely the set of people who are still studying and some are just freshly graduated that is why these generation are more adventurous and curious when it comes to travelling as it is most likely their one of their trips in their life.
Most Zoomers travel depending on how they are highly influenced by popular culture and one of the example of them is having a trip near beaches or bodies of water. It is highly common when it comes to planning a vacation, coming at a beaches, pools, hot spring resorts are always one of their best ideas on how will spend their vacation time. Zoomers always enjoys this as it is one of the basic places they knew how to spend their vacation. According also to a one site, Zoomers also preferred to travel in the are of Europe as they feel realaxed to its cities and their top city for them is the city of London.
It seems that travel is now one of the most important things that members of Gen Z spend their money on, with experiences seemingly more valuable than physical objects. Indeed, a recent survey from the student finance site Student Beans shows that from 2021 to 2022, Gen Zs’ average spending per purchase dropped for fashion (7%), tech (6%) and food (12%), while their travel purchases flew up by 60%. This results that the Zoomers enjoy their adventures in the cities of Europe.

Tumblr media
Introduction
Generation Z years aka the iGeneration, is the demographic cohort following the millennials. They are born between the mid-1990s to the early 2010s and are known to be tech-savvy, global, and entrepreneurial. As the oldest members of Gen Z are entering the workforce, they are bringing in new perspectives and innovative talents. In this essay, we will explore how talents are defined by Gen Z years to economic success.
The traditional concept of work has been significantly changed by the iGeneration. The idea of 9-5 jobs is fading away, and freelancing and remote working are becoming more popular. Gen Z prefers flexibility and diversity in their work, which results in a growing number of enterprises and self-startups. Gen Z is keen on branching out and exploring various fields simultaneously, and this is seen as one of their most significant talents.
Another talent that is unique to Gen Z is their proficiency in technology. They were born into a world of smartphones, social media, and the internet. They have witnessed how these technologies have changed the world and have become crucial to all aspects of life. As a result, Gen Z can not only navigate technology with ease, but they are also experts in utilizing it. Such talents are highly valued by companies in all areas of business.
Tumblr media
In addition to the skills mentioned above, Gen Z comprises individuals who are multi-talented. They have a broader scope of talents and are often capable of excelling in different fields simultaneously. For example, a Gen Z entrepreneur can be a social media influencer while also running a successful online store. Their abilities to multitask and excel in multiple fields are some of the most significant assets they bring to the workforce.
The iGeneration is also highly aware of the global issues affecting the world. They have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the world, and this is reflected in their career choices. The concept of social entrepreneurship is gaining ground among Gen Z, where startups aim to tackle various societal problems such as poverty, inequalities, and environmental issues. This ability to think and act globally will become one of the greatest assets to the global economy.
The iGeneration also emphasizes creativity in the workplace. When provided with an environment that allows them to be creative, they are better motivated, more productive, and better equipped to generate innovative ideas. Gen Z is known to be very creative and makes use of multiple channels to showcase their creativity. This innate creativity makes them an asset to any team in developing new products, marketing strategies, and finding solutions for clients.
A talent that is also unique to Gen Z is their adaptability to change. They grew up in a constantly changing world, and for them, change is a constant. They quickly adapt to changes and are often equipped to handle fast-paced environments. Additionally, they are open to learning new things, skills, and are improving themselves continually. A workforce that can adapt to change is a valuable asset to any organization.
Gen Z is also highly focused on diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. They understand the importance of recognizing and valuing differences in people, and how it contributes to creating a more welcoming and inclusive work environment. Their ability to work in diverse teams is a highly sought-after talent in the modern economy.
Another talent unique to Gen Z is their entrepreneurial spirit. They understand the possibilities of innovation and are not afraid to take risks. Their drive to start their ventures and create an impact on society is a talent that is becoming increasingly relevant to the modern workforce.
Lastly, Gen Z is known for prioritizing work-life balance. They are aware of the negative impact of overworking and are committed to maintaining their mental health and wellbeing. They know how to manage their time effectively and make the most out of the hours they work. This balance can be highly beneficial to both the employees and employers, leading to higher levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
