highlights from the past couple weeks:

I went partially blind for a couple days but drew anyway (which is why [new year] kirb looks a little wonky lol)

@shegosato wrote image captions for a whole bunch of posts, thank you so much! here are their captions for [rainbow], [car], and [alarm clock]!

we also had our first patreon [reward] drawing! thank you to fleurdelis who I think is only on twitter but still.

dang, that sounds disorienting :( I dunno about other blogs, but I always tag any moving images with ‘gif’, including the reblobs, so hopefully that’s useful.

thank you very much to this month’s patrons! @goldom, hadbabits, lukeperiodsun, and fleurdelis! most of them are only on twitter but the point stands! (if y’all do have tumblrs as well, please let me know so I can acknowledge you more properly!)

highlights from the past couple weeks:

kirby banishes guilt and doubt just by yelling! (and makes some art for a kind follower!) [link]

announcements:

I am opening kofi commissions! same style as the daily drawings, $12 for digital or $18 for traditional with untracked shipping. (make sure you contact me beforehand, because I’m not using the little form so it doesn’t prompt you to give me contact information.)

the patreon turns one year old next month, and to celebrate I will be adding a sticker club tier! for $5 a month I will provide a mini sticker sheet in the mail, with a new design every month! (this will not be available for another ~2 1/2 weeks, as I do not have a design ready for march fulfillment. but we will have march signups for april fulfillment!)

aww, thank you! I know writing good image descriptions takes genuine effort (which is why I don’t do it myself like I should, I’m sorry TnT ) and deserves sincere recognition at the very least! (I’d love to just properly compensate someone to caption all of them as they go up someday, but it will take a while to afford. I will be sure to put out a call for interested parties once I get there!)

I was very happy with myself when I came up with it lol, and I think that is a good idea! I already put out new stickers this month, but maybe I will finally figure out sticker commissions or just advertise kofi commissions at the same rate as the patreon tier.

penguin is just like that! (they were a kappa rather than a regular penguin, which is why they are green and like cucumbers a lot. that’s what the plate thing means.)
