Or something.
I like TSP, WTNV, Genshin, Generation Loss, and CCCC.
If you wanna maybe send me an ask based off that, feel free.

something so deeply erotic about laying in between someone’s legs after you’ve gone down and licking your fingers off to taste every last drop in between little kisses to their trembling thighs, hips and tummy… yeah

Part SEVEN of "Clone Danny"
Red Robin, Danny recognizes, steps away from him as he sits up. "My name is Phantom," he signs, blinking the exhaustion out of his eyes. (From Red Robin's perspective, it looks like he has no eyes. There lacks his signature green glow.) "I'm not a gang member, just an out-of-town vigilante."
Red Robin frowns at him, an uncertain grip on the bō in his other hand. "Phantom?" He repeats, no lacking amount of suspicion in his voice. "How can I believe that?"
Right. Yeah, okay, that's fair. Danny shrugs at him, and slumps against the wall. "Google search?" He gestures, he's been out in the daytime before and he's seen the news articles about him.
Red's eyes narrow at him and Danny simply draws his knees up and faceplants into them, half-listening to Red's murmurs into his comm while also trying to get some extra-shut eye.
("Oracle, can you pull up anything on a vigilante named Phantom? The guy here is claiming to be one." Tim says.
"On it."
"Is this Phantom wearing a white mask?" Bruce asks, his voice gruff like an aftershock. "There's a vigilante who shares the same name, but he resides in Illinois."
"Is this guy from that Amity city you visited ages ago?" Says Tim, before shaking his head. "Don't answer that. Yes, he's wearing some freaky mask. I said it reminded me of Hood's helmet for a reason."
"I've got something," Oracle interrupts, "Bats' right. as usual. The Phantom of Amity Park, not much stuff of this guy but he's only been out for over a year. Apparently, his rogues' gallery consists of ghosts."
"Oh great.")
"Look tell the Batman that I'm sorry for trespassing on his turf," He signs irritably when Red Robin eventually starts talking to (re: interrogating) him again. "It's not like I want to be here."
"How did you get in Gotham anyways?" Red Robin questions, batman was on his way to help deal with the situation but Tim doubted he wouldn't get caught up on the way with dealing with petty crime. "Your turf is nearly a thousand miles away from here."
"Two words." Danny deadpans, "Teleport ghost." (Red Robin winces sympathetically.) "I'm keeping this bastard in the thermos for a month for this alone."
(Danny was ignoring the slow-choking anxiety growing in his lungs over how he was gonna get home. He never takes his phone when he goes out, the risk of breaking it was too high. He had no way of contacting anyone to get him home.)
(He swallows the growing lump in his throat, and buries the feeling in the back of his mind.)
"Thermos?"
Danny unclips his Fenton Phantom Thermos off from his belt loop and shows it to Red Robin. "My ghost-catching device," He says with one hand, tilting it carefully for Red to inspect. "I wish I could say I made it, but its a FentonWorks invention."
(He wasn't sure if it was a smart idea to say who it belonged to, but saying it wasn't his probably loosened up any tracks on him, right?)
"Do you work with these Fentons, then?" Red asks, and something dark and shadowy flickers from the corner of Danny's eye. He glances over, and sees nothing, and his hackles raise.
(Either that was Batman, or a ghost, or Danny's mind playing tricks on him. He couldn't feel his ghost sense building in his throat, so he decided it was either the latter of the former.)
Danny snorts, quiet and gruff. "No." He clips his thermos to his belt again, stifling a smile on his face. "The Fentons hate me actually, I prevent them from catching ghosts themselves. Their son gives me their tech."
He had a cover story, so he might as well stick with it, right?
Batman shows up at that moment, appearing atop the little roof where the door is, and giving Danny a heart attack when he speaks in his low, rumbly voice like thunder rolling in, "Why would they hate you for that?"
Danny shoots up to his feet with a startled yell in his throat, clutching his chest as he whirls around and looks up. He nearly runs into Red Robin, and signs a few choice swears at the Bat.
"wow you're scarier in person, asshole."
"you didn't answer my question."
"Of course I didn't, you scared me." and Danny takes a trembling step back when the Batman jumps down and lands on the roof in front of him. He's faced ghosts before, but somehow the living is always scarier.
"But, um, the reason is a bit.. complicated, I guess." He says, fingers beginning to shake as his adrenaline wears off. God is he tired. He wants to go home. "The Fentons are the local ghost hunters and local crazies. I don't know if I can call them mad scientists because they're harmless to the living."
"But they're extremely anti-ghost. I've heard from their son multiple times the very unethical things they would do to ghosts if they got their hands on one."
Danny 'talks' a little more before calling it quits, even telling Batman that he can't tell him more without putting his identity at risk.
Plus, its getting harder and harder to hide his bone-deep exhaustion and his growing fear of being stranded in the most dangerous city in America with no way home.
"I would love to tell you more, believe me I'm dying to." Danny signs, shaky sarcasm dripping from his fingers. His hands are visibly trembling and he's withholding a slowly growing panic attack. "But I would like nothing more than to figure out a way to get home."
"Do you have no one to contact?"
"Sort of. But only one of them could probably come get me and get me back to Amity by sunrise. And I have no phone."
That one person being Ellie.

I used to be one of those guys when I first joined the Kirby fandom, but everytime I hear a discussion of the series writing that starts with "So the Lore is InSaNe-" and not like, "Kirby has a fun writing style that takes advantage of its cute exterior to tell cool stories that reward player's curiosity and leave lots of room for imagination-" I cringe so goddamn hard.
I kinda just hate that people approach things that encourage investment when they don't expect it as inherently absurd. Like it is fun to joke about how absurd Kirby lore can be, but it really often comes with an air of disrespect or exhaustion rather than like, appreciation that these games are made by people who want to tell interesting stories when they could easily make as much money just making polished enough fluffy kiddy platformers. And when it's not met with exhaustion, it's met with - like I said before - that tone that it's stupid for a series like this TO have devs who care about writing stuff for it. Which is a whole other thing about people not respecting things made to appeal to kiddie aesthetic or tone.
Maybe the state of low-stakes YouTube video essays just blows cause people play up ignorance and disbelief for engagement, but like I STG I hear people use this tone for like actual narrative based games sometimes. Some people don't like... appreciate when a game is made by people who care a shitton in ways that aren't direct gameplay feedback. And they especially don't appreciate it when it comes from something with any sense of tonal dissonance intentional or not.
Anyways, I love games made by insane people. I love games made by teams who feel like they wanna make something work or say something so bad. I love that energy, especially when invested into something that could easily rest on its laurels or which obviously won't be taken seriously. I love this in a lot of classic campy 2000s games, I love this in insanely niche yet passionate fanworks, and I love it in the Kirby series and its writing. Can we please stop talking about it like it's an annoyance or complete joke?

Rated: M
Words: 1.2K
Pairing: shinsou hitoshi x fem!reader
Summary: You agree to watch Eri for your older brother Shouta while he's out of the country on a mission. He forgets to tell you about the hot young man—Shinsou Hitoshi—currently living in his basement. Life is full of surprises.
AN: this is a late birthday gift for @southsidewrites <3 part one proper should be posted sometime in the next week, I just really wanted to include this brief scene from Shouta's POV.
Warnings: naked encounters, sorry you're an Aizawa now but blood relation isn't mentioned, part two and three will lean towards smut
Chapters: Prologue | Part One | Part Two| Part Three
Tumblr media
Shouta knows he isn’t being subtle as he checks his phone again.
There are dozens of case files spread across the coffee table in front of him. Folders are stacked on top of each other, piled annoyingly high. He’s supposed to be reviewing a series of criminal profiles with varying degrees of redacted text, but by the fifth document he could already feel a headache building behind his eyes. At least, that’s the excuse he’s been giving himself as to why his attention keeps slipping back to his phone, face-up on the table and partly wedged under a folder as thick as his arm.
From the right angle, he can see the newest notification that pops up each time the muffled vibration from his phone cuts through the silence. Even he can tell he’s been a little too interested in the random notifications. Usually, he doesn’t pay any attention to social media, and he has a special ringtone for any messages on the Hero Network, so he’s never been in the habit of checking his messages like a teenager. If he was a student, he would have scolded himself by now.
What’s worse is that he knows that Hizashi has been pretending not to stare at him for the better part of an hour. He’s been sly about it, glancing over the top of his book whenever the phone vibrates and trying to catch a glimpse at whatever notification has popped up, but not sly enough that Shouta hasn’t noticed his increased interest and the stupid smirk on his face that he’s trying to hide.
As if on cue, the phone vibrates again, rattling the folder on top of it. Instinctively, Shouta leans forward to get a better look at the screen. In a bid to seem less suspicious, he grabs his coffee mug off the table and takes a slow drink as he glances at the notification lighting up his phone. It’s from Fwitter.
When did he even set up Fwitter notifications?
On the other side of the coffee table, Hizashi snorts.
Shouta stares over the rim of his mug with what he hopes is the unimpressed glare that usually makes his students shut their mouth before they can shove their foot in it. Unfortunately, Hizashi isn’t one of his students.
“It’s barely been twelve hours,” Hizashi reminds him suddenly. “I bet they’re having an awesome time together, and nothing bad has happened.”
He sets his mug down a little too hard. Coffee sloshes over the rim and drips down the side. “I know,” he grinds out from between his teeth, silently cursing Hizashi for his phrasing. Why would he say it like that? “I’m not worried.”
“I’m just saying. It’s perfectly normal to be nervous about leaving Eri for an extended period of time. This is the first time you’ve been gone for more than forty-eight hours since the adoption went through, right? And just because your sister is totally awesome and will do a fantastic job babysitting, that doesn’t mean you aren’t—”
“I’m not worried,” he says, cutting off Hizashi’s attempt to psychoanalyze him. So what if he’s been keeping an eye on his notifications just in case his sister has a question, or Eri calls because she’s had a nightmare? He’s not paranoid, he’s just being vigilant. He’s a pro hero. It’s his job.
“Sure.”
His phone lights up with another notification, but he forces himself not to look at it. “I’m not.”
“Okay.” The corner of Hizashi’s mouth twitches like he’s trying not to laugh.
“Stop that.”
“I’m not even—”
The phone vibrates suddenly. The stack of paperwork on top of it shakes. Instinctively, Shouta glances at the notification that pops up.
It’s not Fwitter this time.
He barely registers that the little icon next to the notification is the one for his personal messages before the phone is in his hand and he’s swiping to open the text. He scans it quickly, deflating when he sees that it’s nothing important.
According to his sisters, he’s mastered wearing a distinctly apathetic expression, but it must’ve cracked slightly in his haste to grab his phone, because Hizashi puts his book down and leans across the table. “Something wrong?” he asks, craning his head to see the text.
Shouta exits the app and closes his phone before the other man can see anything. “No,” he says as he places it face-down on the coffee table. “It’s just Mindjack.”
“Oh, right! He’s covering your patrol route this week! Anything interesting happen tonight?”
He only bothered to give the report a cursory glance, but it wasn’t long by any means. Hitoshi isn’t exactly known for having long-winded reports, but he is thorough. “If you think a couple of drunks picking a fight in an alley is interesting, sure.”
Hizashi hums. He shifts in his seat, probably reaching for his book again, but pauses. Shouta glances at him and though he notices the funny look on Hizashi’s face, he turns back to the files he’s supposed to be reviewing.
“Speaking of Hitoshi,” starts Hizashi, who waits for Shouta to look at him before he continues, “did you remember to tell your sister about him?”
Shouta freezes in his seat, hand hovering over his coffee mug. He’s pretty sure his eyes widen almost comically as he thinks back to the conversation he had with his sister earlier today. It was brief. He didn’t have a lot of time before he left her with Eri and hopped on the plane for this mission. Did he tell her about Hitoshi? He mentioned studying, bedtime, feeding the cats, emergency contacts…
“Shit.”
With a groan, he leans his head back against the couch and pinches the bridge of his nose between his thumb and finger. He hasn’t had enough coffee yet to deal with this.
“You didn’t tell her?”
He cracks open one eye to glare at Hizashi, who’s staring back at him in obvious bewilderment. “I forgot.”
“You forgot?” Hizashi’s voice pitches up an octave, making Shouta wince. “She’s going to freak out if she sees some strange man come out of the basement!”
Glancing at his phone, he mulls over his options, considering the time difference and the likelihood of his sister answering the phone. “I’ll call her in the morning,” he decides. Hizashi opens his mouth like he wants to protest, but Shouta cuts him off. “It’s late there. She’s probably already asleep. Besides, chances are they won’t even run into each other. They’ll be fine until tomorrow.”
Tumblr media
It’s less than an hour later when Shouta’s phone starts to ring. At some point, he forced himself to stop looking at it every thirty seconds, and he lost track of it beneath all of the files. It takes a moment of shoving folders aside, and by the time he digs his phone out from beneath the mess of papers spread across the table, he’s missed not one, but two calls.
The phone starts vibrating with a third immediately.
It’s his sister.
He sighs. “Shit.”

Hey. Could you rec any podcasts with sapphic couples as their mains? Or a sapphic story. And so on. I only really know about where the stars fell and Alice isn't dead.
You're off to a strong start. Here's 20, there's more out there, but I tried to pick a variety. I'm going to put a ★ next to the ones I think will fit best, but they're all good.
Arden: (Fictional "True Crime", Investigative, Comedy). On the 25th of December, 2007, heiress and young actress Julie Capsom crashed her car into a tree and fled into a nearby forest clearing, leaving a trail that seemingly vanished into thin air, and a dismembered torso in the trunk. A decade later, Bea, the first reporter on the scene, and Brenda, a detective on the case, are hosting a true crime podcast about it, and neither is remotely impressed with what the other has to say. Arden is also a retelling of various Shakespeare plays.
The Author's Anathema: (Horror) Looking for some extra cash, and with some help from her girlfriend Eleanor, college student Natalie takes a small job to narrate an audiobook for a reclusive anonymous author. The book being a horror wouldn't be such a bother, but the stories within are... Familiar. Too familar.
The Beacon: (Urban Fantasy) Bee is a perpetually anxious university student who discovers she has the ability to create fire, and decides to start a podcast to find others like herself. She quickly discovers she's not alone, but a series of bizzare animal attacks suggest superpowered freshers are far from the only strange thing on campus.
The Department of Variance of Somewhere, Ohio: (Weird Fiction, Horror, Sci-Fi) On day one of a new job at the Department of Variance, in the middle of her workplace orientation, Jasmine's new workplace goes into lockdown. Guided via walkie-talkie by Scarlet, an experienced security officer, Jasmine must make her way down 20-odd shifting floors of strange entities and experiments. Ideally without becoming one of them. As a disclaimer, this one is the only addition to this list that isn't actively romantic yet, however there are canonically sapphic characters, and I am fairly confident it's headed that way.
★ Elixir: (Urban Fantasy, Romance) Set in a fantasy world's equivalent of the american prohibition, lawmakers daughter Elsie approaches someone unexpected in search of her missing sister: Vera, an alchemist and propriator of the local now-elicit hush bar.
The Far Meridian: (Magical Realism) An agorophobic young woman wakes up to discover her lighthouse home has moved overnight. It quickly becomes clear this isn't a once-off, and she decides to use this as an opportunity to search for her missing brother, having some strange encounters along the way.
Interference: (Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance) Jacq is a D&D podcaster. Geneva is an orc scientist studying ancient human ruins the next world over. What happens when these women from different realities begin picking up each other's broadcasts?
Khôra Podcast: (Sci-Fi) Somewhere between adapted from and inspired by various greek myths, Khôra follows four women who deserved better (Atalanta, Echo, Medea, and Medusa) on a grand space adventure to find the golden fleece while keeping out of the reach of the olympians who own and run the galaxy.
★ Mabel: (Mystery, Supernatural, Horror, Romance). The live-in carer of a dying elderly woman attempts to contact her granddaughter, with little success. The contents of voicemails only get stranger, and what starts as a subtley creepy mystery-horror develops to poetic lesbian fae body-horror.
★ Midnight Radio: (Light Supernatural, Romance). Sybil McIntyre, host of the ever-popular 1950's nightly radio hour, begins exchanging letters with an old fan who has reluctantly returned to visit Sybil's beloved town.
Mina's Story: (Sci-Fi, Romance Elements) Still dealing with a major loss in her family, a young woman volunteers for a long-term cryonics project. The episodes are her audio logs after waking up each time, always the same place but centuries after she went to sleep. A story about grief, change, and the intersection of past and future.
Mirrors: (Sci-fi, Mystery, Supernatural). The audio journal of three women from different periods (past, present, and future) who seem to share little in common bar the strange inhuman, ghostly figures they have started seeing.
Night Life: (Supernatural, Noir) Utterly wacky one-episode story (more of a short audio movie) about an ex-vampire hunter turned private eye who finds herself dealing with the shenanigans of mafia and vampires in the wake of an upcoming mayoral election. Find it on the feed for The Lightning Bottler.
The Night Post: (Supernatural, Mystery). The conscripted couriers of Gilt City are both respected and shunned, integral to the city's function, but inexplicably tied to the supernatural. It's not something they like to talk about. When his husband goes missing on the job, Milo is called to take over. Clementine took over from her father a long time ago, yet recently someone else with her face has been delivering her own unsent letters. Val's not going to discuss how she ended up there, but she will absolutely open people's mail (filled with their own supernatural tales) to read aloud.
Palimpsest, Season 2: (Horror, Romance, Fantasy Elements). Set in the 1800s, a young woman becomes the maid to a supposed fairy noblewoman, who is being kept as one of many "denizens", living curiousities, in a large house. Each season is a different story, this is Season 2.
★ The Pasithea Powder: (Sci-Fi, Thriller?) The last major interplanetary war was full of atrocities, but none more infamous then the creation of Pasithea Powder, a memory altering drug which was used to horrible effect and landed it's entire team of creators in prison. So when decorated war hero Captain Sophie Green sees one of them wandering free, worlds away from his prison, she gets in touch with a very old, estranged friend: one Dr. Jane Gonzalez, who's behind bars for the very same reason.
Starship Q Star: (Sci-Fi, Comedy) The small crew of a tone-deaf space agency's attempt at a PR mission wake up at Mars to discover that they - and the one botanist abandoned on Mars base - are now the last surviving members of humanity. Co-captains and ex-girlfriends Aurelia and Sim must now dedicate themselves to protecting their crew and finding a new home, but they're rarely on the same page about how best to do it.
★ The Strange Case of Starship Iris: (Sci-Fi) When the shuttle carrying the crew of scientific research ship Iris explodes, Violet Liu finds herself stranded in space, the last survivor with no way out. Until her emergency broadcast is picked up by a passing ship. But the crew aren't who they seem to be, there's more going on here than anyone knows yet, and Violet must decide who she can really trust.
Unwell: (Supernatural). Lily Harper revisits her supposedly haunted childhood home to help take care of her aging mother. The house is weird, sure, but there's something far stranger haunting the town of Mount Absolm than simply ghosts.
Weaver: (Supernatural, Romance Elements). The musings of the entity within the old house about the girl she fell in love with (the only thing she can remember), and her two new coinhabitants, who do not yet know she exists.

Half amused and half devastated at how differently Bran and Catelyn describe Robb growing a beard, like Bran’s semi-awed because Robb’s his big brother obviously and “omg he’s so old and mature wow he’s an adult now,,,” but then Catelyn comes into the war camp going all “look at you, growing a little beard!! :,) Mommy’s handsome boy is growing up so fast :,(” and you know Robb sees both as true, trapped in a liminal stage of youth he’ll never end up growing out of, despite how hard he tries to look it.

I'm into Welcome to Night Vale, TSP and Splatoon at the moment. SO. HERE'S SOME RANDOM HEADCANONS.
Welcome to Night Vale
Carlos is trans. I look at my favorite characters and boom they become Trans.
That being said, Cecil is too. Trangenderification beam lol.
Cecil has a therapist. COME ON THE MIRROR THING HAS TO BE TRAUMA.
Cecil is extremely scared of death.
Carlos' last name is actually "The Scientist".
Cecil has ADHD and Autism.
Time starting again really scared Cecil, causing him to stay home a couple of days after learning about it. Carlos comforted his husband.
Khoshekh is a horror beyond imagination, but Cecil of course finds him absolutely adorable.
Hiram McDaniels likely will never, ever, come back to Night Vale. The four other heads are scared after what happened. ... He is also wanted for murder SO.
The Stanley Parable
The Narrator is Trans and Gay.
... So is Stanley
Do you see a pattern?
Narrator desperately needs therapy, and to be diagnosed with some things.
Narrator has anger issues, ADHD and Autism. All undiagnosed.
Stanley is selective mute. The amount of his verbal speech varies on where in the story you are. He is also Autistic.
^ Pre-Skip: Semi-Verbal | Post-Skip: Non-Verbal
My 432 is a complete bitch.
Narrator and Curator were experi- employees of the office before the Parable.
Stanley speaks through ASL, and everyone in the Parable knows ASL.
Splatoon (Series)
Deep Cut is a polyam relationship.
Shiver is Non-binary (She/They, No I don't care that they confirmed her to use She/Her shut tf up), Biro and Asexual.
Frye is Demigirl (She/Xe), Omniro (Pref. non-male) and Asexual.
Big Man is Non-Binary (They/He/She), Panro and Asexual
THAT BEING NOTED
If Nintendo tells up about their ages and they're all seperate ages that seems unfit, I will change that headcanon of them being Polyam for my own comfort.
Marina and Pearl are married by Splatoon 3. They keep at it for Off the Hook, but they now have more personal time together.
The Agents are self aware. /hj
^ although if we ignore the joking part, its because I think it's a really funny idea, especially with my Agent 8, who has to go through the same level over and over for points.
The agents all live together as roommates (Captain 3, New Agent 3, Agent 4 and Agent 8).
New Agent 3 doesn't like Grizzco and Grizz's business practices. For... obvious reasons.
The shopkeepers find Agent 4 slightly annoying.
