the place they were staying was gorgeous and while max was still very much aware of the cameras around them and what purpose they had, the whole scenery and task they'd been given made it very easy to calm down his nerves for what would likely be the first content to feature him as a new member of agito.
the whole concept still was so wild to him that he had troubles processing it, waking up disorientated from not seeing his old dorm's roof. but he was adjusting, everyone in the group doing their best to make him feel welcome too so he truly could strum his fingers along the guitar freely and not worry about having to call jiho 'sunbaenim' any longer.
"hyung," he instead calls out, seemingly stuck on something he's not sure how to proceed forward with. "can you check out this melody for a second? I'm kind of stuck where I want to go with it-"

this was probably going to be exciting right? after all this was going to be Keeho's first time on a viarty show with the rest of the agito members. matter of fact if he can recall this is actually his first vairty show.
the idea of getting inspiration from this variety show sounds pretty cool but when he was told that they would be 'experiencing life in the village' but why did that not sound luxurious. keeho almost wanted to cary just at the thought of doing chores. call him spoiled but he was just brought up very privileged but hopefully it doesn't show.
turning his attention to max, he just clinged onto the other's arm as he cried. "what are we doing here?" he asked nicely. "i don't understand how I'm going to find inspiration for music here." honestly, he wasnt joking. "my inspiration comes from the gym." he said jokingly. "but what are we doing first?" he wonder not sure what the day to day life of a normal villager was like.

this is the type of thing he's down for. yes! being out in shirakawago village, which reminded him of being back home in the countryside yet not at all, and doing what villagers do. and also being given the time to produce even more, but with the rest of the members this time? perfection. despite the outskirts always having dialects, he'd say that the senior members of agito truly have gotten fluent in Japanese through the years, and no flack or slack to newer members either who were going to catch up in no time. that being said, they were told to organically busk up with instruments and... yushin barely recalls the last time his fingers graced a keyboard or piano.
"i hope i don't have to tune a piano, or somethin' like that, but that's the only instrument i know," yushin grumbles to jiho as they had made some headway with some drafts of lyrics, compositions. jiho was a leader in many ways, but also the leader in terms of their team with producing. "if anything, i can definitely figure out the melody first and then see what we have in terms of instruments available to us. at least there are some guitars for some of us, right? that's a good start..." yushin releases a breath out that makes him realize that despite enjoying the task, there was always a sense of pressure that he put on himself for this. would the villagers like their music? would it be able to convey appropriately to them? and they were composing as a group. much different from working solo or with the other various producers before. this time, it'd be agito's work. he wanted them to do exceptionally well. "why do i feel so tense about this, jiho? oh my gosh."

━━ lee jiho : 2023 jiho day birthday surprise
the beginning of his birthday is nothing new really. he's in the studio late as usual, looking at the different things that he's been working on and trying to think if any of it is good enough to even bother to submit to the higher-ups.
his phone goes off with a bunch of messages at once, and he looks up from his laptop screen, surprised by the buzzing. he's not really expecting anyone to be calling him but the time and date on his screen have him realizing why people are suddenly messaging him.
he smiles, reading the texts from his parents and his cousins and friends and responds to them all before he goes onto twitter. he had completely forgotten that his birthday was coming up, considering everything was usually halloween-focused around this time. it's nice that the fans forgo their halloween celebrations to celebrate his birthday though, and he scrolls through the fan-voted hashtag for his birthday for a while, smiling to himself and saving some cute fanarts to use as a lockscreen one day or something.
deciding that tonight of all nights is a good one to sleep early, he heads back to the agito dorm and greets whoever is awake before he goes to sleep.
the next morning, jiho doesn't really expect anything but he's surprised by a meeting with kyuwon. he goes into the meeting a bit confused but he can't help the excitement that builds as their manager tells him about the new girl group that's debuting soon.
his brain is already whirring with ideas, thinking about which little snippets of songs on his laptop could be tweaked and edited to make this debut song a perfect one. the concept is one that he thinks is similar enough to agito's that it could possibly work, and they walk back to his studio together.
opening the door, he's about to say goodbye to their manager when the lights flick on and his eyes widen, flinching just slightly when the streamers and horns go off.
"wait ..." he pauses, squinting at the other agito members in slight amusement before realizing it's a birthday surprise and he laughs, walking into the room and looking around. it's decorated a bit haphazardly but he's touched anyway, and the cake is cute with a cat on it.
he thanks everyone happily and he sits down at his desk in front of the cake, the candles lit and he closes his eyes to make a wish like he's been told to.
after that, he blows out the candles.

V&A MISSION 006
SCHEDULE TYPE: TRIMESTER ( PART 1 OUT OF 1 ) SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS: cannot be paired with another trimester schedule, unless stated otherwise. for reference as to whether your muse is eligible for this event, please click over HERE.
on OCTOBER 9, the V&A managers, KYUHWAN and KYUWON gathered all of the current members together along with KANG MAXIMILIAN in one of the practice rooms. KYUWON begins the meeting as he reveals, “some of you may be familiar with MAXIMILIAN and i’m here to tell you that he will be joining V&A, specifically in the AGITO unit. please congratulate and welcome him to the group.” the managers allow the rest of the members to get well-acquainted and welcome the new member before resuming the main reason why they were there, which is because of their schedules.
VERSUS COMEBACK
“we know it’s been around 8 months since V&A had a comeback and due to the year end ceremonies along with the other groups’ schedules, V&A’s comeback has been pushed a bit. this also means that this will be the first time that V&A will be having korean promotions separately in their units. VERSUS will be having their comeback in the middle of JANUARY while AGITO is scheduled to be sometime around Q2 2024. but no worries, because both units will be busy with various activities from now until then.” KYUHWAN explains to the members before he tells the pertinent details to the current VERSUS members about their comeback.
lyric distributions for this will be revealed later, but here’s the album list:

VERSUS will be having their comeback on JANUARY 15, but due to the songs mentioned above along with other projects, they will start preparing, recording and learning the choreography for some of the songs starting now until then.
MUSIC IN THE TRIP
“while VERSUS is busily preparing for their comeback, AGITO will be guests on a new variety show called ‘MUSIC IN THE TRIP’, where the guests will be split into teams, travel to a different place, and get some inspiration to create a new song. for AGITO, all of you will be traveling to SHIRAKAWAGO, GIFU and staying in a small inn there for a few days. even though this will be filmed, consider that bit of time to disconnect and relax.” KYUWON advised the AGITO members, knowing that they would enjoy the trip.
AGITO will be in GIFU from NOVEMBER 15 to NOVEMBER 20. during that time, they will be staying at the inn and getting a chance to do normal day to day activities that many of the villagers do. the AGITO members will also be tasked to hone in their strengths and talents in music production and create a song. since the place that they will be residing in is quite remote, there will be limited devices used to create music so they will be encouraged to create the melodies based on everyone’s proficiency with musical instruments and music composition. lyrics will be based on everyone’s skill points in lyric composition. on the last day of the trip, all of the teams participating in the show will be having a talent show night where they get to perform the songs live in front of the teams and staff members.
for the sake of this task, there will be some stipulations on the song:
the song has to be a korean b-side that was released sometime between JULY 1, 2021 to NOVEMBER 18, 2023. drama osts will not count for this.
it’s recommended to choose a song that not only complements the members and their skills, but one that can match agito’s concept. furthermore, the songs suggested will need to come from groups with 3-6 members.
ic wise, the episodes will be released sometime around Q1. the final song chosen will be pre-released to promote the show AND will be a part of the upcoming korean comeback for AGITO.
we recommend suggesting at least THREE songs in total, but more is encouraged so that it would be helpful for the admins to decide which song will be best suited for AGITO’s album. you can send all of the songs to admin a ( cloud ) or send it through lgcmanager, but make sure to send in the song suggestions before NOVEMBER 18, 2023 11:59PM EST.
LGC WEBTOON OST
KYUHWAN then announces another small project, “it’s going to be announced soon that LGC’S WEBTOON — which originated as PROJECT ORIGIN, will now be an animation series. since all of your alter egos are a part of this universe, LGC has asked V&A to record some songs that will be part of their OST.”
more details about the webtoon will be coming sometime around Q1 2024, but V&A will be recording the songs listed:

because of their busy schedules, this will be done whenever the boys have any free time and will be done in several separate recording sessions.
JIHO’S BIRTHDAY ( HIDDEN CAMERA PRANK )
on the morning of OCTOBER 31ST, JIHO will be called to a meeting with KYUWON about how they’re impressed with JIHO’s talent as a producer that a company for a ‘fake’ upcoming rookie girl group ( not from lgc ) wants him to create a title track for them. KYUWON will tell him that it’ll be a 5 member girl group ( think something like APINK’s latest comebacks in terms of concept. the names of the girl group members are YURI, MYUNGHWA, JIWOO, SUMIN, and DAY ) and additional details such as when he’ll be able to meet the girl group in person, when their debut date is, etc. all of this will be secretly recorded for content.
during this time, YUSHIN, MAXIMILIAN, KEEHO, and HARU will enter JIHO’s studio room, decorate the room with a mixture of halloween and birthday decor, and prepare the birthday cake by removing it from the box and adding the candles. while the other members are working on decorating the place, each member will be called to the side to film a birthday message for JIHO, which will be a segment that JIHO will be able to watch by himself ( the fans will not get a chance to watch this part ). some of the assistant managers will be helping them film the behind the scenes content as this is going on. when KYUWON and JIHO are done with their meeting, they will head towards JIHO’s studio room, find out about the surprise and KYUWON will admit that the meeting was merely a prank to stall for some time for the surprise. to conclude the video, JIHO will be asked to make a wish and blow out the birthday candles.
the video for this will be released around NOVEMBER 13 on V&A’s youtube channel.
YEAR END CEREMONIES & PROJECT ???
year end ceremonies will be in a separate post and be revealed at a later time. near the end of the meeting, KYUWON will inform the boys that during the week of DECEMBER 4, they will be having a special schedule, but not much is discussed about it except that for one of the days, they are expected to wake up at 3AM in the morning. KYUHWAN will also joke that it may or may not be related to a previous variety show that the V&A members have participated in ( aka lgc boys adventures ).
WRITING REQUIREMENTS

BIRTHDAY SURPRISE: write a 250+ word solo or a 4 posts ( minimum 8 lines ) thread with another AGITO member about anything related to the birthday surprise for +5 POINTS TO DISTRIBUTE ANYWHERE and +3 NOTORIETY ! ** only for JIHO. if thread option is selected, the other AGITO member will NOT receive any points **

V&A MISSION 006: Comeback Preparations
comeback preparations always left him wondering how the fans would react to their new songs, all of it was something which alex had grown used to and even looked forward to each time they were told they'd be having a comeback.
maybe, just maybe, he was getting too used to even the way their practice schedules were at this point. between learning the choreography, recording in the studio, even recording the music videos for their comebacks, it was like a second nature to alex now and he didn't seem to find himself actually getting as exhausted as he had in the very beginning of their career.
basically, even the recording studio had become like a second home to him at this point. it was actually more calm and relaxing when he was standing there in front of the microphone, recording his voice for their songs and just enjoying himself.
this comeback was no different than the previous ones, standing there listening to the instructions given to him and being told how they wanted him to sing each line for the songs. alex does as he's told, making sure to fix his tone and pitch when instructed to, even asking to redo a few of his own parts because he's not entirely satisfied with himself in some areas.
alex takes this all seriously, making sure that he keeps that same 'professional' vibe that he needs, though occasionally does give a small laugh when he realizes where he's screwed up before jumping right back into things. it doesn't take him long though before he's finished and out of the recording booth.
once he's seated himself, the producer plays through the song to show alex what he had just recorded, alex bobbing his head to the beat as he listens carefully. only when it's all said and done does he smile and thank the producer, bowing politely before he exits the studio entirely. he was definitely ready to take this comeback on.
now all that was left for them to do was learn the choreography and make sure to practice hard. they had to prepare to show their fans what they were working so hard on.

V&A MISSION 006
time seemed to blur these days, moving faster than jaesun would like. if only he could stop time for a little bit so he could relax and just be in the moment. but for now, it was time to start preparing for a comeback (which, he obviously wasn't going to complain about especially since so many artists didn't even get the same opportunities to do so as they were getting).
comebacks were fun challenges for jaesun. as someone who could get bored easily at times, it presented something new to focus on. plus, after taking a listen through the songs, he really liked what he was hearing. as the leader of the group, he wanted to make sure that he was prepared. that, if the group needed his help, he would have the ability to provide that support to the rest of them.
which was why he started learning the songs immediately from the time they were announced. he needed to get the details down to a tee. sure, the members were all capable, but in the event that they needed the extra hand, he wanted to be able to at least know what he was talking about. what good was a leader who was confused, after all?
on top of their regular comeback schedules, jaesun was also excited to learn that they would be taking part in lgc webtoon's ost. side projects were also always fun for jaesun and undoubtedly, he would be thrilled to see his alter ego become animated in the new webtoon. truth be told, he had somewhat forgotten about the whole project origin bit and so it was interesting to see it coming back to life once more. it felt like so much time had passed since then, but perhaps time felt that way as he got older, jaesun thought to himself.

–––– . . . he wonders what the sudden suggestion to brush up on their foreign language skills will mean for them in the future. maybe there’s some kind of near future plan for a concert in another country, but that would be surprising to him - subin hardly thought they were popular enough for something like that after just one release, but v&a seems to have been trending for awhile along with their brother group type zero, so maybe there’s been more offers made than he could have ever imagined. that would be nice, but subin isn’t necessarily the idealistic type - rather, he’s a realist.
still, fitting time to study english in between his schedules is a little harder than he’d like it to be. it’s both similar and different to the years that he spent in school while still keeping up with his training, because at least his schedules then were predictable. nowadays, they’re not. spotting his ( probably willing ) victim in the dorms, subin plops down next to daeyeol on the couch with a wide grin. “ got time to study with me?”

V&A Lee Daeyeol’s Cooking Date! 💜
premiering: now
daeyeol didn’t think that the company would be so gracious to give him a time slot for his very own livestream, but he was shocked when it was told to him in their latest meeting.
he wasn’t alone: yushin, yeonwoo, and shinha had also been granted this opportunity. daeyeol is at least grateful they each get one. another part of him realizes this is the company’s way of trying to grow their individual fanbases so they could compete against their more popular members.
but daeyeol is grateful, so he spends a long time preparing what he wants to make. he knew he wanted to do a cooking livestream because he is absolute shit at videogames, despite him having several random mobile games on his phone. he wasn’t interested in any pc games and they didn’t have any console games in the dorm. daeyeol also had no idea how to stream games from his phone to an online screen and he really didn’t want to try and figure that out. cooking seemed like the best option for him.
yeonwoo was already talented in cooking but daeyeol was still learning about it. he decided just to make some simple food: kimchi stew and kimchi pancakes. those were two dishes he was actually confident in; plus he could try explaining his steps and have it be some kind of ‘cook with daeyeol’ vibe. something where he wouldn’t have to prepare a crazy atmosphere and he could concentrate on the content he wanted to create.
he decided to keep his hair untouched, only using a little bit of hairspray to keep the ‘clean but messy’ look. his makeup was minimal, just looking ‘natural’ enough to have most people to think he just naturally looks like that. for his clothes, daeyeol just opted for a simple white t-shirt, a pair of dark blue fitted jeans, a brown belt and a cute maroon apron, one that was tied around his neck and waist in big bows (he had to ask the manager to help him tie it well).
as he watched the staff set up the cameras, microphones and lights, daeyeol was allowed to prepare the ingredients he needed and the cookware. his heart was pounding a mile a minute; how did live streamers do this so easily? did they also feel nervous too?
daeyeol took some time to just try and calm his racing heart until he heard his manager call out his name, letting him know that they were ready to go. smiling to hide his nerves, daeyeol nodded and brought some of the metal mixing bowls towards the counter they decided to use, staring at the little camera. he blinked and then took another deep breath in. then, with a smile, he spoke.
“i’m ready to start when you are,” he grinned and the staff nodded, pleased that it seemed like he was ready to go and didn’t need to wait around. daeyeol glanced back down at the camera and shyly hid himself behind one of the metal mixing bowls he brought over when they told him the live stream was starting. comments began flooding in and daeyeol could see the chat moving at a moderate speed from the corner of his eye.
his grin grew as he popped his head out from behind the bowl, his eyes closing into the beautiful crescents the fans recognized. he was ready to knock this live stream out.
“hello, i am v&a’s maknae: lee daeyeol. today, i’m doing a cooking live stream, so either grab your ingredients or come and watch me make kimchi stew and kimchi pancakes! let’s start started!”

considering it’s not their first time filming a music video, he doesn’t think it’ll be too difficult. it is a bit strange that it’s three of them now and no longer four, but he understands when life and things become more important and bigger than what you can understand. either way, haru is still with him and that’s the most important part, if he’s honest.
he finds the younger by the snack table, just waiting for their next shoot since they had just had a big outfit change. the parts they had done so far had been in the pink outfits and there were still casual outfits to go for now. it’s funny to him that they got this concept this time, and it’s similar enough to blue hour that it makes sense.
part of him hopes that they will also get to do a different concept aside from the colourful, cute concepts but he understands at the same time. also he thinks this concept suits haru well, so he doesn’t mind it too much.
“i think this music video perfectly suits the song,” he comments, nudging his friend and pointing at one of the juice boxes that’s on haru’s other side, silently asking the other agito member to pass it to him. “how are you feeling?”

V&A MISSION 005 ( UPDATE )
( important note: there’s no writing requirements for this. it’s just an ic update so that everyone knows what happened/will happen. )
on NOVEMBER 21, the current members were summoned to another meeting with their managers, KYUHWAN and KYUWON. the two of them were seen wearing christmas hats to celebrate the joyous festivities early. KYUWON begins to speak first, “good news, all of you got a christmas present from legacy.” he then hands each of the members the folders of line distributions for their b-sides. “due to the holidays, the company was able to prioritize your comeback and we can now slowly work on making sure that everything is ready for the big day. i know it means more work for all of you, but we did warn everyone beforehand to enjoy the break while you can.”
“but wait!” KYUHWAN exclaims as he felt excited over the next batch of news he was about to tell them. leaving his spot, he exits out of the room and after a few minutes, he returns back with HAN KEEHO, JUNG WOOKJIN, and PONGSAK TEE standing next to him. “these three should be familiar to you thanks to future dreams. if not, now is the time to get well-acquainted with all of them. after the coaches saw their performances during the debut bootcamp that they undertook recently, we’re happy to announce that these three will be joining all of you as members of V&A.”
KYUWON smiled as he added, “i know, i know. some of you are going to ask us who is going to what unit. that was the same question we had when our bosses told us the news too.” perhaps it’s because it was the first time V&A had new members, but both of the managers were hoping that this would be the start of something good for their group.
“HAN KEEHO,” KYUWON called his name first before revealing, “you will be joining AGITO, the unit that i take care of.”
KYUHWAN looked at WOOKJIN and TEE with a shy smile as he told them, “and WOOKJIN and TEE will be joining VERSUS.” KYUHWAN then added in a lighthearted manner, “personally, i’d say all three of you should get used to recognizing your managers. you don’t want to accidentally go to the wrong unit.”
the managers give the next few minutes some time for both the current and new members to get well acquainted with each other before explaining additional details about the new members.
for KEEHO, WOOKJIN, and TEE, all three of them will move from the debut bootcamp dorms to the V&A dorms. KEEHO will be in ROOM B with HARU while TEE will be in ROOM A with ALEX and WOOKJIN will be in ROOM B with JAESUN and YEONWOO.
because this announcement is only known to the members and not to the public, they will be spending the rest of the trimester and part of JANUARY getting well acquainted with the rest of the V&A members and learning all of V&A’s songs and choreography ( including the new ones, as you will see later on ). they will not be able to participate in OPEN EVENT 006 ( FANSITES ) until FEBRUARY, but if you want to give us the e-mail address to add you to the blogs, you can do so! furthermore, aside from the year end ceremonies event, they ( KEEHO, TEE, and WOOKJIN ) can participate in V&A MISSION 005 ( WRITING CHALLENGE ) if they want but for them it will be any posts written from TODAY until DECEMBER 31, 2022 11:59PM EST.
“oh! about the comeback,” KYUWON changes the topic back to what they had originally. “V&A’s comeback will be on FEBRUARY 7. it’s a bit earlier than what the creative team had in mind, but supposedly legacy is going to have a busy first half of 2023.”
since the title tracks were not revealed last time, we can now announce it:

( important note: there will be no V&A title track song like before and the albums this time around will be split into two; one version for versus and one version for agito. in addition, for agito’s title track, there’s no choreography for it so agito won’t be focusing on dancing as much as they have before. however, they will be strongly encouraged to work on their vocals. )

after the family concert had ended, most within the company were back to practicing as usual and getting through their schedules when it came to training, but for alex and the other members of V&A things were a bit different. they were debuting which meant that their schedules would be busy with promotions on music shows, something that alex was still trying to mentally prepare himself for. now, he was standing backstage with the other members as they patiently await their turn to go up on stage, nervously chewing on his bottom lip.
his gaze moves around to see what the others are doing, some being tended to by the staff members for some last minute hair and makeup touchups, though his gaze eventually stops on jaesun and he decides to make his way over to the other male. “hey, jaesun... i need you to do me a favor.” he starts off, hands slightly fidgeting as he continues on. “i need you to convince me that i won’t fall and make a fool of myself up there, because that’s all i’m thinking about right now and i feel like i’m going to be sick...” he rambles, only shutting up once his worries are out there. he knows in the back of his mind that he’s worrying over nothing, though the images of him slipping on stage keep replaying in his head.

a starter for @lgcyeonwoo
jaesun wonders what the company has planned when they announce that they want everyone to be working on their languages. he debates studying japanese or mandarin more, but then opts for the former. thankfully, english is no problem for him. his japanese isn’t terrible either. it’s probably at the same level of his korean when he had first arrived in korea, meaning that he could probably converse if on vacation, but perhaps not enough to do proper schedules in the language.
he stares at the list of vocabulary in front of him and turns to the other. “have you studied japanese before?” he asks curiously. he actually hasn’t really pinned down what languages each of their members were fluent in, and he realizes that maybe he should have taken that into consideration when they received this assignment. wouldn’t it be best for them to spread themselves out a bit?

–––– . . . their goodbye stage came in like a wrecking ball. subin can’t really tell how he feels about the end of their debut era, whether he felt proud of their achievements or whether he thought they could have done so much better. it’s a sort of bittersweet feeling, but with his schedules packed like they are and the requests for his presence pulling him every which way, he probably doesn’t have the time to think about it.
he hasn’t even really had the time to interact with the agito subunit of their group. that much he knows he’s a little confused by - it almost feels like they’re two separate groups sometimes, even if they’re currently promoting at the same time. sometimes he wonders if any of the agito members feel the same.
but speak of the devil and he shall appear. shinha is one such member of their brother subunit, and subin doesn’t even think he’s shared more than a word or two with his younger groupmate. he scratches the back of his head, wondering if he should approach - but his hands stretch out toward him before he could think twice to brush something from his jacket. “ uhh .. sorry. you had a piece of fuzz or something.” he mumbles awkwardly, but gives the younger boy a half hearted smile. “ wanna look your best for the goodbye stage, you know?”
