Omg... this was difficult - I need to write shorter chapters 🤣 It being dialogue helps tho... so I think I’m going with this:

Ethan starts to laugh harder. “Holy crap. I forgot all about that. His mom was sooooo mad. I remember my dad going down and snagging his hoodie as he tried to untie Mark Jacob’s lobster boat from the dock.”

8: Did any real people or events inspire any part of it?

For “The Hartfield Athletic Trainer”

For this one... nope. Not at all. Which is weird because all kinds of real life bits are sprinkled throughout The Freshman Chronicles. Not huge things, but little personality quirks, mannerism or moments type things. But there’s nothing like that in this series, because I tried to keep it (more) vague and customizable... for the reader insert idea, I guess. 😆

Wish I could say I had a fun experience with someone like this MC lol.
