oh american schools use a 4 point GPA system, an A is 4.0, B is 3.0, C is 2.0, D is 1.0 and an F gets 0 points. and then the gpa is the average of that. sometimes it’s weighted and sometimes it’s not

okay so it's not as complicated as i thought lol, and to be fair it's far simpler that the scale we used in school when i was a kid

throughout our public education we use a 1-12 scale, but for some reason in primary school they didn't give you the number. so in your school report the teacher would write shit like MBB, which is literally Very Good Good, or BMB, Good Very Good, but they're different grades (somehow).

the GPA is a piece of cake compared to this lmao, as long as that weighted thing isn't too weird. in conclusion tho, I can be a wizard, if my math is correct 9.63 out of 12 is 3.something out of 4, so yay wizard
