Meet The Backup Detectives!

Soo y'know that mickey mouse movie idea that I had? I've decided to try to make that an AU of mine!

Detectives AU? Pretty much that. This drawing is more of the concept of what their outfits would be like, I'm still unsure about the name "The Backup Detectives" but we'll see

And this is one of those times they took my bike because they are in a hurry to catch the case. I should make a comic that came to this picture here. Well, they are lucky that I had my bike out to buy a new helmet that fits me better both in size and style.

And poor Donald is worried because he lost his hat to the wind and is very afraid they might return to me with a broken bike. With Oswald’s luck, it’s very unlikely, but with Donald’s luck cancelling it, they still have a 40% chance they’ll end up with my broken bike.

If you want me to make a full colour picture with shading, I will…. It’ll take me longer but at least I’ve got their bases for that, saving my time 😉. @thebackupdetectives

Mickey’s body froze, his demeanor growing more nervous as he sank back into the chair.

“Why yes, I… I d-“

“Care to remind me of what it was?" The CEO kept his gaze on the window, his voice gaining a sense of authority.

The mouse grew silent, his eyes looking straight at the CEO, whose back was still turned to him.

“Uh, okay." He cleared his throat, raising a hand to his head.

"In exchange for all of the toons’ safety and well-being in the real world, I, Michel Theodore Francois D. Mouse, pledge my full loyalty to -"

“- the Walt Disney Corporation.” The CEO finished Mickey’s sentence for him, causing the mouse to grow silent once more.

He could feel his heartbeat grow faster, his expression growing more uneasy. He knew it was a mistake, but what else could he have done? It all happened so fast. Too fast.

I remembered how I participated in Mickey and Minnie Week. In addition to the AUs that I tried to implement (Stories from Mouseton, AU with Manon), I decided to illustrate Mouses from my other AUs (Fantasia Valley and The Little Keeper). And today another idea has appeared - the AU Brave Little Tailor with the participation of Oswald.

Donmick in my au is so weird to me because it has all the markings of the dumpster fire of the love square that is miraculous ladybug and it just doesn’t

Like Donald is dating Mickey here, have been for a while now. They have a very good relationship and Mickey makes him happy. But he’s realizing that the weird villain he’s been fighting (Mickey) is good actually? Maybe even kind of cute? And now he’s trying to hide his feelings or he might become a main character girl in a cheesy love triangle.

Expect Mickey knows that Donald is the duck avenger and he loves him even more because of it. He suspects that the duck avenger is the true mask and isn’t bothered because he loves the duck avenger. He’s very brave and selfless. He also loves Donald Duck because Donald is very determined and sweet.

You know how lovey dovey Mickey is with Minnie in the wonderful world of Mickey Mouse? All that love is transferred to Donald with just a bit more of that “I’m just obsessed with you” moment. Not too much but like a light seasoning

MICKEY MOUSE CRUISEHOUSE 🚢!

The main cast lives in Mickey’s luxurious cruise ship and he takes his guests and customers all over the world.

I’m thinking that this will be like a tv or comic series. It is a mix of reminiscents of Mickey Mouse clubhouse, funhouse and the House of Mouse, all in a new setting.
