Hello there!

My name is Isabelle and Auntie has given me charge of Squawk Tumblr. So I figured I’d introduce myself.

This is kind of out of nowhere, but I can somewhat imagine what Invader Zim woukd be like if he were a character in Punch Out!!! (2009).

If he were to go up against Dib in a world curcuit boxing match, then Zim probably would play somewhat fair (albeit he'd probably lie about his age in an actual professional setting, though the WVBA doesn't seem to have any rules because they let someone in the flyweight division fight someone who's over 400+ lbs).

HOWEVER, in Punch-Out!!! (2009) he wouldn't be going up against Dib. Zim would be going up against Little Mac (the character you play as in the game). Though this character has fought people far past his weight class and skill level (ie: Piston Hondo, Mr. Sandman, etc). Invader Zim is a trained intergalatic soldier with possibly decades of fighting experience, so these two are on vastly different playing fields.

If the headcanons about Zim only going easy on those who are on an equal playing field and him being incredibly competent at times are true, then this maniac would likely do stuff that would put Aran Ryan to shame unless Mac actually proves to be a challenge (ie: this little sh*t would probably end Mac's life subscription). Now if Mac put up a similar fight to what Dib does, then Zim might play fair (albeit probably still cheating a bit).

I could just be overanalyzing video game logic and getting everything wrong, though (I did watch that video by BumblesMcFumbles, though). Obviously this fight wouldn't happen if the WVBA followed the standard rules of boxing (then again most of the fights wouldn't happen if this were the case). However, I do have a somewhat related and funny mental image of Aran Ryan going up against Zim and getting out-cheated.
