Looking it over, there actually isn't all that much dialogue (yet?) - or at least not much without a bunch of stuff in between. Somehow I still couldn't decide between these two, so you get both the silly and the sweet option.

The silly:

“Definitely shortlist that one.” There’s something delightful and endearing about the way you barely manage to get the words out while still trying to calm down and catch your breath. “I’m sold.” “Oh, so you’re not concerned about this potentially causing me to ‘just about rip off the headboard whilst riding my wife’?” Much more entertaining than the comment itself is your reaction. The first time around HiMERU thought it mere coincidence but seeing how the corners of your mouth twitch into a wider smile at the word “wife” yet again, he struggles not to grin himself. How adorable. “Concerned? Why?” You look at him with a quirked brow. It’s amusing all in itself that you even seem to genuinely consider this as a possible occurrence. “I think buying a new bedframe would be a small price to pay if it managed provoking that sort of reaction. The more fun you have, the better, I’d say.”

The sweet:

“Presumably…” You don’t know whether it’s calculations or visualisation that’s going on in his head when he rubs his chin in thought and leans in closer to the screen. You’re about to offer to grab some measuring tape for reference when he comes to a conclusion without any further input. “This is it.” After the sheer endless back and forth between different tabs, comparing value for money and all sorts of data on material and circumference and… Well, for him to ultimately decide in what feels like merely a heartbeat, is surprising. “Found the one, huh?” “Did that a long time ago.” You’re grateful that he seems to busy navigating to checkout to notice how flustered the offhand comment got you. But knowing him, he probably doesn’t even need to look at you to be aware that the words had the desired effect.

Sorry Lily I was horny reading your Butler AU again but now I can only think on the different degrees of the other butlers knowing what's going on between HiMERU and [Reader]

Like Izumi definitely knows, says he is against it because of the different position in social class you two are but secretly he is glad his mistress found someone she truly loves

Makoto also knows but somewhat don't want to be involved so he usually helps Izumi to cover for you

Souma having absolutely no idea of what's going on because he either sleeps through everything or somehow get distracted by Makoto/Izumi to not realize what's going on

Nito as head butler, he has some idea of what's happening but can't tell yet if your secret lover is HiMERU because Izumi and Makoto are also acting very suspicious

i think you're pretty on point there with my personal headcanons for the AU ^^

i agree that izumi knows, probably was the first to figure it out and the one to pay the most attention to what is going on in that household and between its residents. i don't think he'd ever admit outright that he doesn't actually mind as much as he always reprimands reader and himeru for it. it's his odd way of caring. because he does, he's just bad at it.

while izumi was the first one to put the puzzle pieces together and figure it out that way, i think makoto was the first - and so far only - unfortunate soul to walk in on them accidentally. i can picture this vividly: just him opening a door, silently staring at the very unambiguous scene in front of him, momentarily panicking, but then thinking "nope, not dealing with this today" and just quietly closing the door again. never speaks of this happening. never gets the image out of his head either. poor guy. he's not getting paid enough to deal with this and izumi.

souma would probably not know for quite a while, but i actually think it'd be because he's so busy with and immersed in his work that he just doesn't bother with reading between the lines and paying attention to the fact that everyone's (especially the mistress and himeru) has been acting rather weird the last while. i think he's too diligent to get distracted by it and if he ever found out, i think he'd immediately be on board with keeping it a sceret, though the others would probably have to watch what he says in front of outsiders because he's too earnest for his own (and his mistress') good lol

nazuna i think is another candidate for the "figures it out" category, but in the most roundabout way lol you see, while reader and himeru might be good at being sneaky (makoto incident aside) there simply are some things that you can hardly hide from your personnel. laundry being one of those. and so i think what happens is that after some time of thinking that everyone is acting quite suspicious, nazuna is going over a shopping list and remembers that he needs to buy detergent yet again and then thinks that there has been an awful lot of laundry lately and why is it like 90% bedsheets? and- oh.
