The dangers of the night ------------------------- The dangers of the night were always real By facing the darkness every night I stamped and trampled across the wooden floor in that old house with the sweet scented memories of us Memories that used to be felt by heart And kisses now swept on beneath the rug I'm missing those eyes of colorful seasons I used to look through It was that one night Autumn it was When the wind blew in And a knock was on my door And there Was you As the wooden floors creaked from the wind We lay in front of that fire place we used to so dearly love For where there was cold there was warmth For there was always you And I miss your skin And I miss your voice And I miss our seasons And I miss our soul The reality still didn't hit me For the fact that my whole world is in front of me... That very moment. That very moment of silence And bodies drawn to each other That very moment we became Us.
