I still can't believe we have the ability to create an entire new human being & once that life comes into the world, the job has only just begun. My goal with @moonbodysoul is for women to realize how much power they have within themselves, to take their health & happiness into their own hands, & live the fullest most beautiful life possible, inside & out. I strongly believe what we put on our bodies is just as important as what we put in our bodies. Self-care is a means of self love. Once we take care of ourselves & shower ourselves with all the love we deserve, only then can we fully care for our loved ones.
