Bill calls Ford, Icarus

Ford calls Mabel ‘sunshine’ and ‘princess’

Dipper sometimes sneaks out the house with Stan to go star gazing on the roof, they just talk about anything and everything

Mabel knows Fords hand size and makes him handmade gloves for when he’s self conscious about his hands and/or in public

Stan had a pet parrot when he was in high school

He named him Mr. Pickles

Stan tried to go to college a few time but either chickened out or had to skip town because the police were catching up

He eventually gave up trying

Ford had a fling with McGugget in college

Dipper and Robbie usually don’t get along but one time when Wendy was gone for a family trip, Dipper invited Robbie over to the shack for a horror movie marathon and they actually had fun (and also figured out that Robbie likes romcoms)

Mabel makes a new sweater everyday, sometimes makes one based on a person (she made a sweater for Lazy Susan made entirely out of cat hair) or a feeling she had that day (she once made a sweater entirely out of glittery fabric because she said she ‘felt like the crab from Moana’)

Pacifica and Mabel are dating but have to hide it from Pacifica’s parents because their homophobic (though if you ask a few of the guys around town, they’ll say Preston is a ‘wild cowboy’)

The Pines family tends to stay very far away from saying Bills name for the sake of each other except on certain days where they gather together and trauma dump to finally get the weight off their shoulders and just hug each other while watching Disney movies

When Bill would posses Ford in their early days, he would be violent but very flirtatious. This caused some old feelings in McGugget to return and eventually ask Ford out on a date, which he accepted but it never went further

While he was in between dimensions, Ford has been held hostage countless times and almost became a king of an entire planet

Filbrick abused Ford and Stan, mostly verbally and sometimes physically

Sherrie was a very protective brother but unfortunately wasn’t around when Stan and Ford started getting abused by their dad so when he came home after being in the military and he found out what happened, he nearly beat the shit out of Filbrick and gave Ford a serious talking to

Wendy is full on gay panic

She dated Robbie at first because she liked him but when high school started again, she quickly realized that testosterone was not her cup of tea

Wendy’s a lesbian, Stan’s bisexual, Ford’s panromantic and asexual, Dipper’s questioning, and Mable is pansexual

Bud and Stan used to date

Stan’s always wanted kids but once he was kicked out, he was never able to settle down and he was always afraid that he’d screw it up or be kicked out again

He still wants kids but he doesn’t think he deserves it anymore and with his age, he doubts he’d be able to land anyone with kids that are still kids

Besides, he’s got Dipper and Mable, his hands are already full during the summer (though he won’t admit it, he wishes he could keep them forever, he loves them so much and cries every time they leave)

Stan goes with Ford into the woods to see mythical creatures every chance he gets, wanting to make up for lost time

About a week before Mable and Dipper leave, the Pines family has a day where they all go out and sleep under the stars, telling fun stories of the summer and relaxing

After Gideon accepted Mable doesn’t like him, he and Mable became best friends and have countless makeovers, sometimes with Pacifica

Wendy teaches Dipper how to live in the woods and protect himself from wild animals

Ford takes Mable on small adventures to have mindless fun (he won’t admit it, but he’s considered her as his favorite from time to time)

Stan teaches Dipper how to box

Stan secretly threatens any bullies Dipper and Mable may have by just standing out in their front yard and ducking away when their parents come to check only to reappear doing something crazy like petting one of his fake attractions 

Ford used to help Stan through panic attacks during school and would fight, albeit lose, kids that would talk down to Stan

He’s excited to show you the little town that changed his life forever

you always hear him talk about the memories he made with Mabel, and the two love to tell you the stories of their little adventures

When you get there and you see all of Dipper’s friends, your immediately nervous, feeling anxious as you step off the bus

truth be told you had never even heard of Gravity Falls, and probably never would have if you had never met Dipper

while meeting everyone, you were given the rundown of who everyone was and what they were about

“ This is Candy and Greta, my two best friends.” Mabel said as she hugged them both. Quickly you could see Greta as the bolder one out of the three, aside from Mabel.

“ Hey I’m Wendy.” Meeting Wendy was… awkward. At first, since you had heard from Dipper how she was his first puppy love. After a bit thought you grew more comfortable around her, finding her presence calming.

Now meeting Grunkle Stan and Stanford was, definitely something.

Stan was very welcoming, in his own way.

Stanford was very, paranoid…

He shined a flashlight in your eyes and kept asking you questions

“ What invention did Waddles make?”

“… Waddles is a pig…”

“ What do you see when you look at this?”

“ A Dorito chip… am I supposed to see something?”

After that Stanford was calm around you, as Dipper anxiously explained that his traveling with Grunkle stan made him paranoid of new people.

Seemed reasonable enough

Meeting the people of gravity falls was definitely something, all of them seemed to be the weird type but in a good way

you were incredibly shocked to find out Mcguket owned the mansion, since he seemed a little … crazy-

However as Dipper gave you the tour of the mystery shack and all gravity falls had to offer, you quickly realized why both Dipper and Mabel loved it so much

everyone was so warm and welcoming, and though the atmosphere could be unexplainable sometimes, it felt like the perfect place to just hide away from the world.

“ So, what do you think?” Dipper asked, once your little trip was over, the two of you waiting at the bus stop

“ I think, Gravity Falls is an amazing place. I’m glad you were able to show me this.”

Gravity Falls AU ideas ig

So my idea is like they are in theirlike early 30s ig but with flashbacks to their 20s or like they’re growing up idk.

But in the future Mabel becomes a content creator bc I feel like it’s a good alternative to a traditional job bc well it’s Mabel. Also long distance gf’s with Pacifica

Dipper would be a collage profesor, he would be chill but very cool and funny and everyone loves him. His class is probably about the oddity’s of gravity falls and he his on adventures still to learn more stuff. I also personally like the trans (ftm) dipper head cannon.

Pacífica would end up trying to get away from her toxic family, but she’s still acts pretty classy (idk how to describe it) but I think she’s a model who’s also going through fashion school. She sadly had to leave gravity falls but she’s gonna move back when she’s done and visits a lot. She ends up moving back when she’s older,the collage is only 4 years but she ends up flying out for shoots a lot. So she ends up doing a lot of long distance dating with Mabel.

Wendy still works at her family’s place. (I think it was a lumber yard, probably not the right wording, can’t remember). She still hang with the crew but she’s abit older. I also think she gives off a masc lesbain vibe so ya. (My au is very fruity)

I personally hate robbie so,he gets bullied in this au. He’s not successful and he’s only relevant for slander. Im not sorry. I might warmup to him,but I doubt it.

The grunkles-Stan and Ford:

Stan still works at a new and improved mystery shack and Ford spends most of his time in his underground lab, sometimes accompanied by dipper. He can’t do as many adventures bc he’s pretty old now.

Also I'm including this in the Valentine's day fanfiction challenge (day 4), but it doesn't follow any of today's prompts.

Also also kind of cannon divergence? Basically Dipper and Pacifica are cool but Pacifica never made up with Mable. The Northwests are still rich and the Grunkles live in the shack.

Mable loved highschool. She was a weird kid that wasn't the best at fitting in, but once she got to highschool she found her group, her calling.

Grunkle Ford and Stan were great, but they couldn't quite itch her creative scratch. They were better than her parents for sure (which is why she elected to stay in gravity falls for highschool in the first place) but they weren't her age and didn't always understand.

And of course Dipper was amazing too, but he didn't share Mable's creativity and spontaneous nature. He was quiet and since Weirdmeggedon he had mostly stayed to work with Ford in the basement. They still spent time together of course, but she was happy to have a life at school outside of her family.

That is to say, until she joined the art club at the Gravity Falls highschool. She knew Dipper and Pacifica had worked out whatever nonsense they had between them, but Mable had to deal with Pacifica's shenanigans first hand.

Said shenanigans included tripping her in the hallways, spreading rumors, and basically being that really annoying highschool mean girl stereotype.

Mable loved art club. She stayed after school and worked on honing her creative skills. Until Pacifica came over and somehow ruined it.

"Oh wow. Mable, is that a painting of you?" Pacifica laughed and gestured towards Mable's painting of a rat.

"I'm sorry Pacifica, do you have eyes or do you just enjoy going out of your way to be a jerk?" Mable snapped back. She wasn't offended per say, she thought Herbert looked rather dashing, it was just annoying being walked on.

Pacifica rolled her eyes. "You wouldn't understand the first thing about art."

"Yeah, cause I think I know better than you." Mable sneered and gestured proudly at her Starry Night sweater.

"Fine. Let's settle this. Come to the manner tonight and we can see who does the better portrait of the other. The loser has to apologize." Pacifica proudly put her hands on her hips.

Mable glared at her, indignant with rage. "Yeah whatever. I'll go to your stupid house."

The older Pines twin sat in her room sulking when her brother walked in. "Mable? What's up?"

"Pacifica." She groaned and buried her face in her pillow.

Dipper raised an eyebrow. "Paz? What's her deal?"

"She's being a jerk and now I have to go to her stupid mansion and paint her stupid picture to prove I'm the better artist." Mable sat on her bed with her legs pulled up on her sweater.

Dipper laughed at this. "What? That's so dumb. Mable, I don't think she's trying to fight you."

Mable cocked her head. "Uh, she basically called me a rat today dipdop. That's... Not the nicest."

"No I mean, I think she wants to hang out with you and doesn't know how. She hasn't really had friends before. Don't let her treat you like garbage, of course, but she what happens when you're nice to her. I think she might like you." Dipper smiled as his sister threw her hands in the air.

"THAT'S SO DUMB."

"Totally. But it's also the Northwests soooo... Give her a shot. You could be a good influence." Dipper gave her a thumbs up and left the room, leaving Mable even more confused and more miserable.

When Mable arrived at the mansion she was greeted by Pacifica at the front gate. "C'mon Pines. Took you long enough."

She was led into a grand room with two easels set up, paint in a variety of colors sat on a table in between them.

They both took their places at their respective easel, Pacifica of course with an apron, beret, and towel.

And they started. Mable let herself get caught in her work, looking over to study Pacifica with trained eyes. The way her blond hair fell over her shoulder, her calculating blue eyes. She found herself getting lost in her painting.

Pacifica spoke after a while, breaking the silence. "I'm not the one spreading rumors, you know."

"What?" Mable stopped painting and looked up at her.

Pacifica sighed and stopped painting as well. "I- well it's someone I know. I asked her to stop but they got worse and then- well it's dumb."

"Pacifica, I'm not going to push you to explain yourself to me, but you do owe me an explanation. Why do you still trip me? Why are you awful to me and not my brother? What is your problem?!" Mable slammed the paintbrush down and Pacifica flinched. "I- sorry that was uncalled for. I'm really frustrated."

The Northwest heir held up a manicured hand. "No- I understand. It's okay. It's really stupid but I used to have a dumb crush on you and then she threatened to tell the school because I didn't want to bully you... I'm sorry."

Mable's brows furrowed. "It took having a crush on me to realize that, 'hey maybe it's wrong to bully people'?!"

"Well no- I know that's really stupid-"

Mable nodded and crossed her arms.

"And it doesn't excuse my past behavior-"

Mable nodded again.

"I want to be a better person. I know my family is filled with spite and lies and I didn't know that was wrong until I met you and Dipper. I shouldn't have bullied you, crush or not. It was wrong and dumb. I want to try to be your friend if you'll let me." Pacifica sighed and winced, not used to this type of vulnerability.

Mable smiled. "Okay."

"That's it?" Pacifica looked aghast.

The Pines twin just shrugged. "All you had to do was apologize. I'll happily be your friend, I think you're really cool when you're not being a jerk. You're also really attractive when you're nice to me."

Pacifica smiled, feeling a surge of confidence. "So then will you go out with me?"

"HA, no. Give me some time and let's give your new found niceness a test drive, okay?" Mable smiled and held out a paint covered hand.

Pacifica slowly nodded and took it.

Mable's painting of Pacifica was glittery, but an observant eye would notice the detail in the brush strokes and the small smile at the corner of Pacifica's mouth.

Pacifica's painting of Mable was much more refined than her realistic counterpart. But if one took more time to study the muted painting they'd notice a little glitter in her hair and a heart painted onto the sleeve.

Dude, My Babysitter Is A Ghost AU

AKA the Gravity Falls Danny Phantom crossover, and why it should have more content because IMAGINE the HIJINKS:

First, the sheer fucking Horror of Vlad and Gideon meeting, can you EVEN imagine?!?

But then also imagine the stupidest triangle in the world with; Stan trying to scam Vlad out of his money, Vlad trying to scam Ford out of his ideas, and Ford helping Mable matchmake his brother the con with the other scammer.

Why? well - "They'll kill each other or they'll kiss, maybe both." "Sounds romantic!" "Sounds disgusting, actually. But at least they'll leave me alone so, let's do it." "That's the spirit, sorta! Great to have you on board Grunkle Ford!"

Then you have Sam interacting with the teen squad and she fucking hates Robbie for being such a poser and a jerk, she barely gets along with any of them tbh except obviously Wendy and, perhaps less obviously, Thompson.

It's nor like Danny and Tucker don't hang out with the teen squad, but they've got their own things going on.

Danny has his hands full with the twins and their friends, not to mention the mystery shack as a whole.

Tucker took an apprenticeship with McGucket and now they are so ahead of the curve it's wild.

Jazz bonds with Wendy over being older sisters and with Dipper and Ford over science, but real goal is to help the town.

After the "never mind all that" act was repelled, people have been able to talk about their weirdmageddon experiences.

However, talking about it brought back unpleasant memories, and with the blind eye society gone those memories were there to stay.

That meant having to deal with supernatural trauma, for the first time in the case of many people in gravity falls, and luckily as a resident of Amity Park and a student of psychology, she wants to offer her support in any way she can.

Her help is not professional but it's very useful and she's about the only expert on the subject, able to help both the human townies who have dealt with the supernatural, and the supernatural residents witn their own complex issues.

Pacifica takes ass kicking lessons from Valerie and learns how to go from rich bitch who bosses people around to do her dirty work for her, to bad bitch who takes charge of her own life, can handle situations and gets 👏🏻 shit 👏🏻 done👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.

She also recognizes Sam as Fellow old money with mommy and daddy issues and a crush on a nerdy loser dork who's too cute and smart and sassy for their soft hearts, despite their rough exterior, so they have an ✨️understanding✨️

There's so much more I can say, but I'll leave it here for now.
