ok i MIGHT just be stupid but.

i was trying to figure out the layout of alexs house for a wip and so i was grabbing screenshots from the first few entries but when i was watching entry 11 i realized smth

alex gets up and walks downstairs from a finished 2nd floor

alex's house (shown in entries 71 and 72) doesnt have a 2nd floor

it has an ATTIC but even that doesnt have stairs

i went back and compared entries 1 and 6 to both alex and brians houses and im like. 90% sure that the house alex is in for all the entries in season 1 is actually brians house?

like entry 1 alex films the operator on the porch. alex's house doesnt have a porch. even if you compare it to his apartment in s2 that one doesn't have one at ground level

like again maybe this was obvious to other ppl and i just never thought about it? but this whole time i assumed alex was still at his own house in entries 1 and 6 (and possibly 3) so finding out they (presumably) take place after 22 and 51 is wild to me

also that we dont see alex's (original) house until 71 and 72? (again, unless the clips from entry 3 are in his house)

but yea sorry if im stating the obvious lmao

every time i remember that Takumi has said that phoenix isn't supposed to have a strong personality/be easy to map yourself onto it makes me giggle a bit. spending several days with edgeworth trying to put him in prison (and potentially get the death penalty) for a murder that he was pretty blatantly framed for and going 'You know what? not a deal breaker he's still cool' isn't exactly everyman behavior i think
