The LIRR yard at Port Washington is full as it is on most weekends, but this Saturday is a little different, as a blizzard has dumped enough snow to paralyze the third rail operation. An equipment run with and MP15AC #155 on the r/e departs town with hopes of clearing the drifting snow from the top of the 3rd rail.
