I figured that Roarhaven was supposed to be in the valley of a mountain. Like if Slievenamon was in Dublin, but hidden. The type of quaint but creepy place you find yourself at if you take the wrong turn off of the motorway or train.
Sounds fitting.
But I was wondering more about the style of the architecture in case they would want to use a IRL location for the scenes in New Roarhaven and not CGI it to hell and back. A mountain can probably easily be added in post tbh.

Before anyone says that Omen Darkly is a stupid name, we should remember that he is probably from Roarhaven (Derek said there’d be a lot of Roarhaven so I’m assuming...) and that town produced a guy named Lightning Dave.
Also if Roarhaven was a suburban, non-magic town, it’d be the place where kids get “unique” names like KVIIItlynn.
And I want Omen Darkly to be an unironic edgelord, or to have been an unironic edgelord at some point and seriously regret that entire period of his life, and his name. Either way, he needs to be made fun of a lot every time he steps out of that town.

“Scapegrace got up, swept his long hair away from his face, and yelled out a war cry before running away.”
The hero this city deserves.
But it’s Roarhaven, so it totally fits.

Wow I've become really excited about Roarhaven since I finished LSODM I mean can you imagine how much time and effort must have gone into planning that
I mean, those shifty buggers must have been working on that for years. I bet they got super excited about their taking-over-the-Sanctuary plans all over again when their dimensional shunter found a habitable universe with another Roarhaven. They probably needed scout groups to see that Shunted Roarhaven had the same foundations as Roarhaven, and they probably made the tough decision to kill some of the S.R. citizens because it would be too confusing having two people with the same name and appearance, there's too many variables, but it was for the common good and their sacrifices are remembered in the Hall Of Remembrance. Everyone thinks there's been a huge mistake when the names of living Roarhaven citizens are in the Hall Of Remembrance but Elders Mist and Ravel are just showing respect for their sacrifices. And people probably got really excited about visiting Shunted Roarhaven. "Where are you going? - I'm going to Roarhaven - But we're in Roarhaven - No I mean the other Roarhaven" type of thing. And wow Roarhaven.

Quote
The woman waved her hand casually and the air rippled, flinging Nocturnal backwards. He scrambled up and a man stepped out of the crowd, laid a hand on Nocturnal’s shoulder and made him scream in absolute agony. An old lady shuffled by, took hold of him and hurled him to the ground with astonishing strength. Valkyrie couldn’t hear his words as Nocturnal crawled back to the waiting Cleaver, but she imagined he was doing a lot of apologising. Roarhaven was not a town to make trouble in.
And just like that, I'm in love with Roarhaven.
